Obama Set to Do What He Said Was a Violation of Law

“TOO NUMEROUS TO LIST”

Is Obama turning into a Hitler?

(Nov. 20, 2014) — On Wednesday night’s “The Kelly File,” host Megyn Kelly presented Barack Hussein Obama saying in at least 25 instances that declaring “amnesty” or otherwise changing existing federal immigration statutes would be a violation of law.

On July 25, 2011, Obama said in a formal address, “I swore an oath to uphold the laws on the books” (2:20).

“My job is to execute laws that are passed,” he said (3:22).

At 4:40, Obama stated that “broadening” the DACA declaration would be “very difficult to defend legally.”

At the end of June, Obama claimed that Congress was not “doing its job” out of frustration that an immigration bill had not been presented to him.  Last year, the Senate passed a measure which the House did not deliberate.

On Wednesday, the White House announced that Obama will unilaterally announce changes to immigration policy not found in federal immigration laws passed by Congress.  Former Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa attempted to explain Obama’s new claim of authority by stating that Obama had previously not grasped what his executive powers were.  “He did his research since those remarks…” Villaraigosa said.

Kelly reminded her audience that Obama had said that his issuing of an executive order on immigration form would be “both unwise and unfair” on July 1, 2010 (6:49).  “This could lead to a surge in more illegal immigration,” Obama said, also maintaining that the United States “has the right and obligation” to set immigration policy.  “The 11 million who broke these laws should be held accountable,” he added.

Over the summer, Americans learned that tens of thousands of illegal-alien children were allowed to cross the border along with gang members, criminals and potential terrorists from state sponsors of terror such as Iran and Nigeria.  The Obama regime termed the unprecedented number of unaccompanied children “a humanitarian crisis” and provided a section of Lackland Air Force Base and two other military installations as shelters.  Medical workers were reportedly threatened not to speak to the press of the conditions they witnessed while providing free care to “the kids.”

Unaccompanied children were transported to various locales around the country, including Hawaii, to be placed with relatives or in foster homes.  Religious organizations were reportedly paid sizable amounts of money to open their doors to the children, who might have brought communicable diseases to U.S. public schools from which at least nine children have died.

According to Breitbart and other sources, Border Patrol agents’ firearms have been taken purportedly for inspection and not immediately returned or replaced.  Border agents have reported providing babysitting services for illegal-alien children, including “changing diapers,” rather than maintaining their posts at the border to apprehend illegals crossing the border.

There is no evidence that Obama himself is a U.S. citizen, as his long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form have been declared “definitely fraudulent” by a law enforcement investigation spanning more than three years.  In 2008, Americans began to question Obama’s constitutional eligibility for the presidency in keeping with Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution, which states:

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

The lead investigator of the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse, which conducted the criminal investigation and found Obama’s documents forgeries, stated that they were created “with the intent to deceive.”

Adolf Hitler’s actions resulted in approximately 6 million people’s deaths worldwide

In a video which has since been removed, Sen. Rand Paul, in protesting presidentially-ordered drone strikes on U.S. citizens overseas, reminded viewers that [Adolf] Hitler “was elected democratically.”  After his election, Hitler quickly consolidated power by dissolving the Reichstag (Parliament), dispatching his secret police to arrest or kill his political enemies, and ultimately imprison and murder millions of Jews, Catholics, dissenters, disabled people, and others he found undesirable.

On Thursday morning, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell spoke on the Senate floor, quoting Obama in one of the instances which Kelly captured in the montage on her show.  “He was talking about immigration that day, and here’s something else he said on that topic: ‘I know that some wish I could just bypass Congress and change the law myself, but that’s not how democracy works.’  Indeed, Mr. President, it isn’t,” McConnell said.

McConnell pointed out that if Obama follows through on his promise to issue an executive order this evening, Obama will be contradicting his own previous statements, which McConnell said are “almost too numerous to list.”

McConnell described Obama’s contemplated action “overreach” and asked “Where is the justice?” in regard to the millions of Americans who are unemployed and cannot find work.  He said that Obama “needs to listen” to the voices of the voters following the November 4 elections in which many Democrats were voted out of office and enough Republicans were elected to take control of the U.S. Senate.

“He knows this is not how democracy is supposed to work, because he told us so himself,” McConnell concluded.

Some Democrats are opposed to the action Obama plans to take, which, according to Bloomberg, include “work permits for up to 29 months to foreign graduates of U.S. universities with degrees in science, technology, engineering and math, according to the people, who requested anonymity before a formal announcement. That provides more workers to fill high-tech jobs” and granting a deportation reprieve to parents of DACA enrollees, who number approximately 600,000.

Congress is aware of the forgeries of Obama’s documents but has refused to take action.

So go ahead and pass another non-binding resolution – that’ll show the people that you are doing something. Mr. McConnell, that is about all you and Mr. Boehner are good for.
