Obama’s “Lawlessness” Decried, But Not His Fraudulent Documents

NO ONE WILL BROACH THE REAL PROBLEM

(Nov. 1, 2014) — Retired and current politicians, pundits and private organizations have openly stated that Barack Hussein Obama has demonstrated “lawlessness” during the six years of his regime.

Examples of alleged violations of his oath of office are his allowing illegal aliens to enter and remain in the United States in violation of federal law; permitting young illegals to avoid deportation by an “executive memo” and not congressional action as the Constitution requires; appointing replacements to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) ruled by the U.S. Supreme Court to be in violation of the Constitution’s “Appointments Clause” because the Senate was not in recess; and unilaterally raising the federal minimum wage to $10.00 an hour without a Congressional vote, among many others.

Obama’s admission of children from Central American countries without comprehensive health screenings may have led to the deaths of nine American children as of this writing.

On Friday, Rep. Lamar Smith reported that a fund established by the passage of the Affordable Care Act in 2010 purportedly to “promote healthcare” has been used to encourage the young illegals granted amnesty to renew their status.

In January, Rep. Steve King told CNN’s Chris Cuomo that Obama failed to uphold his oath of office to “take care that the laws are faithfully executed.”

King, who originally claimed in a letter to this writer that Obama held the presidency legitimately because birth announcements in two Hawaii newspapers appeared after his alleged birth there, more recently stated that Obama “was not raised with an American experience” and that he could not “assert where Obama was born.”

At a townhall meeting last spring, Sen. Mike Lee told his constituents that the authenticity of the long-form birth certificate image posted on the White House website purported to be Obama’s has been questioned but did not acknowledge that a criminal investigation revealed that it is undoubtedly a “computer-generated forgery.”

Just after the 2008 presidential election, blogger Debbie Schlussel published documentation obtained through a FOIA request which showed that Obama’s Selective Service registration form may have been falsified.  Further investigation revealed that at least two versions of the registration existed, or were produced, by the Selective Service System, which refused to acknowledge the irregularity.

If Obama embraces “lawlessness” on numerous other fronts, why is the issue of the forgery of his birth certificate and Selective Service registration form unmentionable by those holding political office?

Retiring Congressman Steve Stockman had promised the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse, which began its investigation of Obama’s “documentation” in September 2011 and concluded that it was fraudulent six months later, that he would assist in disseminating the findings to the public.  However, several weeks ago, lead investigator Mike Zullo stated on a radio show that Stockman “went dark” after deciding to mount a primary challenge to Sen. John Cornyn and simultaneously to retire from Congress if his bid were unsuccessful.

Rep. Jeff Miller of Florida and former Rep. Joe Walsh also reneged on promises to take action on their knowledge of the forgeries.

Colorado Rep. Cory Gardner, who is seeking to unseat Sen. Mark Udall on Tuesday, reportedly met with a private investigator last spring after having been provided with information demonstrating how the Cold Case Posse arrived at its conclusions.  However, Gardner has said nothing publicly about the crimes.

Not one member of Congress has publicized or called for an in-depth investigation into the forgery of Obama’s only identification documents, choosing instead to fight Obama on political turf.

At least one congressional staffer has admitted to a caller that he or she “knows the birth certificate is a fake.”

Atty. Stephen Pidgeon, who authored Articles of Impeachment submitted to the House Judiciary Committee earlier this year, told The Post & Email that the current occupant of the Oval Office adopted the identity of “Barack Hussein Obama” at a given time for a specific reason, according to a former CIA operative with whom Pidgeon met in person.

If it is true that Obama has committed identity fraud, every time he has voted, which he did on October 20 in early voting in Chicago, and every office he has held under the name “Barack Hussein Obama,” has been obtained illegally.

As The Post & Email has noted previously, Congress, many pundits, former American political figures, radio show hosts, and media outlets have continued to refer to Obama as “the president” and challenge him on policy matters when many questions persist about his identity, background, and birthplace in light of the findings of forgery by a criminal investigation.

A second criminal probe stemming from the first is expected to reveal “gut-wrenching” information about Obama’s fraud.

If Obama were to be declared ineligible to serve as president, every bill he has signed and all appointments he has made could be nullified.  Questions which arose in 2007 about whether or not he met the definition of “natural born Citizen” as required by the U.S. Constitution’s Article II were ridiculed by the mainstream media and internet trolls, some of whom have been found to have IP numbers tracing back to the Obama White House.
