“IT’S ALL ABOUT CONTROL”

by OPOVV, ©2014

Has Obama’s “fundamental transformation of the United States of America” succeeded?

(Sep. 27, 2014) — Look, the only way to view the news these days is as if you’re watching made-up cartoons, with stories so patently implausible as to be laughed out of a producer’s office, down the hall and escorted off the lot, and if you try and call or send a postcard, they’ll be issued special orders to hunt you down and be issued a variance which will legally allow them to “Shoot to kill,” reminiscent of 007 out to save the world. In their mind, that would be exactly what they would be doing.

The first, and by far the best, example of a script gone haywire is, of course, the “Fundamentally change America” line. Welcome to Obamacare, and from then on, all we’ve been hearing is, “Oh, I didn’t know.” Say what? Day after day, on radio and television shows across our country, the word was out: “Obamacare isn’t about healthcare, it’s all about control.”

If anyone was out to prove the existence of “low-information” voters, Obama and Obamacare is it. Voted for Obama and realized you’ve been shafted? Guess what? You’re automatically a racist, and it has nothing to do with color, you understand. It has, however, everything to do with supporting the destruction of our Constitution: in other words, criticism of the Administration, the government and of Obama is cause for you to be “Red-Tagged”: an asterisk placed next to your name as a “subversive,” a “domestic terrorist” (I kid you not).  Perhaps the worst, by far, is to be labeled a “Patriot,” thereby implying that you implicitly support the Constitution and, by default, the Second Amendment.  You are, therefore, most likely a gun owner willing to protect your life, home and country from “authoritarian agents” and openly oppose the destruction of the USA by flying Old Glory (upside-down, a sure sign of distress).  Or you might have the symbol of a fish on your vehicle, making a conscious effort to obviously go out-of-your-way to blatantly “offend” guest workers and Muslims.

It used to be exercising the ability to criticize the government was considered “Patriotic”; standing on the “soap box” in the town square was the right of the people: nowadays you need a permit and “permission” to spout your views, that is, your patriotic views. Opposing views are exempt from such restrictions. Mosques can dictate the destruction of our country, but churches are not allowed to sermon on saving our country.

Today, the word “immigration” is the same as “uninvited guest.” Oh, really? An uninvited “guest” in my house gets shot. An uninvited “guest” on my property gets run off with the “about-to-be” threat of grave bodily harm, and if they don’t leave, as in “a minute before,” they get shot. My professional training while in the military, and my little excursion that I “volunteered” for, has given me valuable direct in-the-field experience that is nothing like, well, we wouldn’t want to give anything away, now, would we? Not like Obama giving away military secrets, or Clinton letting that Chinese spy leave the country with neutron bomb plans.

You see, I don’t think any of us care, or “give a hoot,” about people who willingly refuse to see the truth or acknowledge the facts before them: we all have equal access to the information that would allow us to be informed voters. The misinformed send computers to Africa when what they really need is contraceptives; “Think Green” while burning Arab oil at a prodigious rate; and check out DVD’s from the library yet have never read “War and Peace.”

Tolstoy, Chekhov and Dostoevsky, among others, has taught the West about the diehard belief that the Russians have in Fatalism, and any negotiations with the Russians must take their steadfast homeland world outlook into consideration when dealing with them. On the other hand, America also has a profound homeland view that is so gallantly expressed every time we sing our National Anthem: yes, the bombs were blasting, and we won.

Does anyone consider Obama and his Administration capable of handling foreign policy? Does anyone think of John Kerry as intelligent? Or Holder? Napolitano? Obama? Hillary? Or are we just going to continue to elect total incompetents, year after year?

As long as Americans choose their president from the infinitesimally small field of professional politicians, America will unabatedly slide to oblivion. It’s all about the Constitution; it’s all about being a Nation of Laws; it’s all about deporting illegals and undesirables; it’s all about protecting us from them; it’s all about affirming, every day, that we are worthy of the freedoms that we hold dear, for without our steadfast belief in the possibility of equality for all, we will surely fail to pass on a free country to those who come after us. Without a doubt, the Obots will reap the whirlwind of the total and unequivocal destruction of our land, our home, and they’re taking us down with them.
