“PERHAPS A BIG LEGAL PROBLEM”
by Sharon Rondeau
(Sep. 26, 2014) — Host of “Freedom Friday” Carl Gallups is commenting on his appearance on the Peter Boyles Show on KNUS on Tuesday in which Boyles and Col. Lawrence Sellin (Ret.) excoriated him for allegedly “double-talking” about the forgery of Obama’s long-form birth certificate.
On Tuesday’s show, Boyles claimed that Gallups had represented, on behalf of the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse, that CIA Director John Brennan was the forger of the birth certificate image presented on the White House website on April 27, 2011.
After Gallups corrected Boyles by stating that he had never invoked Brennan as involved in the forgery, Boyles insisted that he never said it. Video clips of the show appear in a video produced later by Gallups proving that Boyles did make the claim just 45 minutes before to a caller.
During his Friday show, Gallups recounted how he came to be a guest with Boyles both last Friday and on Tuesday. He opened the show by introducing Dr. Dennis Brunet, a theologian and pastor of Midway Baptist Church, and an announcement that he will be taking more calls than usual during the broadcast.
Just before the first break, Gallups said he would review the entire set of events leading to Boyles’ defamatory interview of him on Tuesday which Gallups said could lead to a “legal problem” for Boyles.
Gallups agreed to be Boyles’s guest to clear up rampant speculation on the investigation still in progress by the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse as authorized by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
After dismissing Gallups following a 25-minute interview on Tuesday, Boyles said to his co-host, Sellin, that Gallups had not imparted any new information and that the situation was “hopeless,” with which Sellin agreed. After the commercial break, Boyles hosted former Cold Case Posse member Brian Reilly for the entire fourth hour of the show, who stated at its conclusion that he believes that the long-form birth certificate is “straight,” meaning “legitimate.”
Last Friday, Gallups revealed for the first time that the late Loretta Fuddy, who was head of the Hawaii Department of Health until her death on December 11, 2013, was not involved in the birth certificate forgery as determined by the Cold Case Posse. Many have speculated that Fuddy created or was involved in creating the image.
Gallups told his audience that both Sellin and Boyles have been “fired” during their respective careers. Boyles had been dismissed from KHOW after an altercation with his former producer, and the Army Times reported that Sellin was “fired” for having released a column without obtaining clearance from a public relations officer. Sellin admits that he was dismissed while serving in Kabul, Afghanistan as an Army Reservist.
Gallups reported that he placed a link on his website to the broadcasts with Boyles, who he accused of “complete buffoonery” on the air.
At the end of Boyles’ hour hosting Reilly, the three men attempted to completely discredit Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo, Gallups and Arpaio. Early this year, Zullo announced that Arpaio had launched a second investigation stemming from the birth certificate probe, which concluded that not only the birth certificate, but also Obama’s Selective Service registration form, is a “computer-generated forgery.”
At the end of Tuesday’s broadcast with Boyles, Sellin used the term “computer-generated forgery.”
Gallups promised “brand-new revelations” at the bottom of the first hour at 5:30 p.m. EDT.
After the break, Gallups stated that Zullo “knows the identity of the forger.”
“There may be some pretty tough legal repercussions” to Boyles’ defamatory interview on Tuesday, Gallups told his audience at 5:38 p.m. EDT. “He publicly declared…that I accused the CIA director of forging the birth certificate,” Gallups said.
At 5:41 p.m. EDT, Gallups revealed that Zullo gave his permission to release that purported adult-rated photos of Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, which have circulated on the internet for several years are not Dunham based on forensic reconstruction done by experts.
Gallups then explained that what some believe is “evidence” does not hold up to the standard required in a criminal investigation.
“It is not her,” Gallups said for emphasis regarding the photos.
Gallups called Boyles, Sellin and Reilly “wanna-bes.”
Following Gallups’ Tuesday interview with Boyles, The Post & Email obtained an exclusive interview with Gallups asking him to relate that which he had wanted to say on Boyles’s show but was not permitted the time.
Gallups said that he is keeping Boyles and Sellin “in prayer.”
Brunet and Gallups have been acquainted for more than two decades, and Brunet assisted Gallups in writing his bestselling book, “The Magic Man in the Sky.”
“We’ll have Mike Zullo on very soon…” Gallups ended his show before saying, “God bless America.”
