OAS Attendee to MSM Reporter: Obama Ineligible for the Presidency

(May 18, 2014) — On Sunday, Tracy Fair, who operates the website Unslave America, told The Post & Email that while attending the opening day of Operation American Spring (OAS) on Friday, she spoke to an NBC News reporter and informed him that Barack Obama is not eligible to serve as president.

Since 2007, questions have remained unanswered as to why Obama’s constitutional eligibility was not aired publicly given that his birthplace has never been proven and he claims to have a father who was never a citizen of the United States.  Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires the president to be a “natural born Citizen,” reside 14 years within the country and be at least 35 years old.  In an interview with The Post & Email last month, Fair contended that she possesses proof through extensive research of historical documents that Obama does not meet the requirements.

“Regardless of where Obama was born, he is still not and never can be a natural born citizen (explained below), because his father was never a US citizen,” Fair writes on her website.

A 32-month criminal investigation by the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse has found that Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form are “computer-generated forgeries.”  Radio show host Carl Gallups, who is privy to recent discoveries made by investigators, hinted on Friday that Obama may be foreign-born.

OAS was initiated by Col. Harry Riley (Ret.) as a means of peaceful protest against what he and others see as abuse of power and violation of the oath of office on the parts of Barack Hussein Obama, Joe Biden, Speaker of the House John Boehner, Rep. Nancy Pelosi, Sens. Harry Reid and Mitch McConnell and others.  Riley stated OAS’s mission as “to restore America’s lost liberties and our Constitutional Republic, through the immediate resignation of key Congressional leaders and the impeachment of Barrack Obama and Eric Holder.”

OAS is also concerned about Obama’s promise to form a “civilian national security force” in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act, which was apparently violated after the Boston Marathon bombings last year and on March 10, 2009 when U.S. Army soldiers were deployed into Samson, AL for law enforcement purposes for which a complaint of treason was filed against Obama on March 17 of that year by CDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret).  An Inspector General’s investigation confirmed that the Posse Comitatus law had been violated.

The treason complaint was never addressed other than by a visit from the U.S. Secret Service, and numerous other complaints and reports of treason against the Obama regime have since been lodged.  In March, House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Rep. Darrell Issa called alleged CIA “spying” on the Senate Intelligence Committee “treason.”

OAs utilized a YouTube channel, several websites and numerous radio broadcasts to deliver its message.  Additional videos have been released since the effort launched on Friday.  OAS was conceived as continuing indefinitely until its objectives are met.

Fair features OAS on her website, providing detailed maps of locations in Washington, DC and information about transportation to and from the city.

On Friday morning, Fair debarked the Metro at the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Capitol, where she said she saw no OAS participants at the time.  Her destination was the House of Representatives, where she delivered copies of her research as to Obama’s whereabouts on September 11, 2012, the night a U.S. compound was attacked by Islamic terrorists and four Americans were killed, to the offices of Reps. Trey Gowdy and John Boehner. Fair believes that Obama was attending a fundraiser in the West Wing of the White House that evening after conducting detailed research on visitors’ arrivals and stated departures that day from publicly-available White House logs.

At the end of April, Boehner held a vote to form a Select Committee to investigate the Benghazi atrocity which was approved, with Gowdy appointed as chairman.

After leaving the House office building, Fair received a text message from another OAS attendee saying, “We’re at the Washington Monument.”  Fair said she “headed that way” and met the OAS group “marching up the Mall.”  At that point, she said they stopped at the Smithsonian, where Riley and others spoke for about 90 minutes.  She said the group then went to the back steps of the U.S. Capitol at about 2:30 p.m., staying only briefly, then heading to the White House (see video).

Fair said that reporters were present at the White House on Friday, although few OAS participants were there at the time.  “They were all at the White House running around trying to find people,” Fair said, “but people from OAS were up at the Washington Monument, which was right there at the White House.  They (OAS) should maybe have gone there instead of walking all the way down to the Capitol and back to the White House because they lost so many people.” Fair said she observed that “about 70%” of the attendees were “over 60” and might have had difficulty walking the distance between Washington landmarks covered on that first day.

Of the number of people present, Fair said, “There were maybe 400-500 at the most when were all met at the mall, but when they marched to the Capitol it dwindled to about half that and then after being there for about 20 minutes they left for the White House and when we got there it dwindled to about half again and most of those people left within 15 minutes. Right after they all left, the press showed up from many different outlets, NBC, Reuters and a few others, but there was no one left.”

It was at the National Mall that Fair was approached by a reporter for NBC News, which she described as follows:

He asked why I was there and what the message was. I told him that Obama was not natural born and gave him my evidence and read of couple of the facts that prove him ineligible. Then I said, “I’m sure you’ll never air this, though” and he said they do their best. I told him NBC does nowhere near their best and that they cover for Obama. He said he would look over my evidence and give it to the people that write the stories, but I told him I wasn’t holding my breath. The same guy interviewed several other people, but who knows if it will ever be aired.

She then told him, “The evidence is right here.  Even if you don’t print it, you’ll know the truth that he’s not eligible,” to which the reporter said, “Well, I’ll read it.”  She also gave her research to a Reuters reporter, although she did not get a chance to speak with him. However, she said that he “was pulling people out of the crowd” and spoke to “at least five” of them.

Fair said she keeps about 50 copies of her research with her at all times.  “I fold them up in a little square so they’re not big.  Wherever I go, I’ll drop one or two somewhere,” she said. “It says, ‘Ted Cruz and Rubio are ineligible’ right at the top,” she told us.  The NBC reporter took her contact information, and the document she gave to the Reuters reporter has links to her Google account and website through which she can be reached.

At 16:35 in the video, the crowd began chanting, “We want Obama here!” and then, “USA!” and “Impeach Obama!” while facing Washington, DC police at the U.S. Capitol.

Regarding a police presence, Fair said that “there had just as many cops as we had people; I think they really thought something was going to happen, because there were cops everywhere.”  She also reported that “We were all screaming, ‘You have an illegal in the White House,’ and we said the Pledge and sang some American songs.”

She said a group or about 100 ended up at the White House, staying about 15 minutes, where she also saw members of the mainstream press.  “People starting coming up and saying, ‘Where are you from?’  One was from Reuters; we had one from NBC, and there were two other ones; I can’t remember who they were, but they were big names that I’ve seen around.  There was a man sitting and reading a book, and they began filming him.”

Fair said that at about 4:30 p.m., she emailed her OAS acquaintance to tell her that the media was at the White House but received the response that the group had boarded a train to return to their hotels for the evening.

Mainstream and left-leaning media were quick to depict OAS as a failure.  On Saturday evening, several OAS attendees told The Post & Email that to their knowledge, no mainstream media outlets covered the event at all.

On Sunday, Pastor Wiley Drake stated during the OAS prayer service that Obama does not have a valid U.S. birth certificate, which surprised OAS attendee Mike Volin.  Fair’s response to that was, “I would think some of the media would watch that.”

Fair said she sent her eligibility research to both Gowdy and Boehner “about six months ago.”  She recently filed a Motion for Reconsideration in a lawsuit challenging Obama’s eligibility in Maryland, where she resides.  Fair said she sent to Riley evidence that Obama is not eligible several years ago.  “He wasn’t sure at first, but after he read all that evidence, he believed it, too,” she recalled.

The mainstream media has refused to report on the conclusions of the Cold Case Posse via television or radio.  However, commentator Carrie Sheffield on Saturday questioned Obama’s eligibility during a discussion of the IRS targeting scandal on “Forbes on Fox” with David Asman (5:26).

Several years ago, Fr. Jonathan Morris stated that to his knowledge, Obama was “born in Kenya,” to which co-anchor Alisyn Camerota quickly responded, “Well, he [Obama] was born here…” after which Morris laughed and thanked her for the “correction.”

Although Fair submitted ideas to OAS organizers which were not utilized, she said that detractors should bear in mind that “it’s just starting.”  “People are criticizing it now, but where were they before it started?” she asked.   However, she believes an increased use of Twitter could allow a greater level of exposure for the event.  “They should ALL be on TWITTER using the hashtag #OperationAmericanSpring and if they all made up just 10 general tweets about OAS, they could then all go and retweet each others’ tweets and never have to make up any new tweets. If 100 people tweeted 100 of the other tweets, it would grow exponentially, not to mention all those people followers who would be retweeting to all their followers,” she said.

On Sunday, WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com founder Mike Volin and a group of about 20 stood outside the White House holding a sign urging people to “call Congress” about the forgeries of Obama’s documentation.  The Post & Email expects to receive a report from Volin later on Monday.

As this article went to press, Drake was broadcasting live on U-Stream from OAS, referring to Obama as “Barry Soetoro.”  Drake announced that he will be having a “telephonic prayer service” beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday from the Aerospace Museum.
