AND PRESIDENTIAL ELIGIBILITY

by OPOVV, ©2014

Article II of the U.S. Constitution states that the president and commander-in-chief must at least 35 years of age, have been residing in the U.S. for 14 years, and a “natural born Citizen.” Historical evidence shows that the citizenship of the parents was at least equally important to the place of birth.  Rubio’s parents were Cuban citizens when he was born in the state of Florida.

(May 12, 2014) — An ex-wife of mine became an “ex” because my perception of her as a trustworthy and loving wife was in question; in other words, the code of trust was broken by her actions. I never confronted her outright; I just announced one day that I was leaving and that was the end of the marriage, story, life. And you know what? It wouldn’t have made a lick of difference if she was the most faithful wife in the history of wives because it was my perception on which I based my reality. A relationship without trust isn’t a relationship: it’s something else.

It’s like us citizens’ perception that we have a two-party system; that peripheral political parties become absorbed by osmosis, or else summarily rejected, as the Tea Party has been rejected by Republican nitwits. Or take Marco Rubio’s assertion that he’s qualified to be president.

Here’s the deal, either overtly or “not-aware-of”: each and every congressperson sent the same form letter/email answering the same inquiry as to Obama’s eligibility, with the salutation of, “If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us at any time.”

It’s a one-party system, with Obama’s continuing ineligibility as the absolute proof of the existence of the “Federal Reserve Party.” So the Republicans are pushing Marco Rubio’s name to the forefront of possible nominees for the office of president in 2016, which has been dutifully reported by the mainstream media. The telltale sign here is that, by the Republicans’ tacit approval of a candidate who is not Constitutionally eligible (look, it’s not that complicated: presidential candidate must have parents who were citizens of the United States at the time of the birth), they are, in essence, publicly recognizing Obama’s ineligibility as a non sequitur, so the joke’s on patriots and the Constitution.

IF Marco Rubio really felt as he says he does about our country, maybe he’d start by showing some respect for our Constitution and admit that not only he, Marco Rubio, is Constitutionally unqualified to be president, but so is Obama.

But the perception of decorum, or, to state the same phrase differently, the perception of following the rules can be deceiving, as in Marco Rubio’s case.

Out of literally millions of eligible Republican candidates, isn’t it just a little strange that Rubio is even under consideration? This editorial isn’t going to touch on all the other lies from this Administration or from the Federal Reserve Party, but take this one to the bank: Marco Rubio is nothing but a hypocritical fake, for if he was a REAL American, he would defend and respect our Constitution rather than make a mockery of it, just as Obama is doing.

Even Bobby Jindal has made some coinage about running for president.

When I testified before the Texas elections committee I had to wander around the capital buildings from 9:00am in the morning until 10:00pm that night. During the wait I had opportunity to speak with a precinct captain, a handful of attorneys and political flora and fauna who had an interest in Texas law.

What I learned was disturbing in that the republicans have determined through legalese that you only need a single parent to be considered a natural born citizen.

When I asked a republican party attorney where the statute was he pulled up a rule from the INS that was clearly a stretch and I called them on it but they really didn’t have a good response. If there was change it would have to come in the form of a constitutional amendment.

So far the best explanation of natural born is from Herb Titus on youtube. There is also plenty of case law, history, and text within the INS itself if people would just search and this is what really is irritating.

The two parent believers which is the correct explanation of natural born citizen are forced by the non-believers to prove it and when you do, every single bit of evidence is challenged without them taking a second of time to research it themselves. It makes one begin to wonder if an assault charge might be well worth the satisfaction of bonking these dunder heads on the noggin.

The RNC is screaming “Rubio for President”! He is a good speaker and intelligent but that does NOT excuse the fact that his Cuban family were here for 4 years while applying for citizenship when they birthed Marco. Marco is NOT legal for POTUS by Constitutional Law and because Pelosi and Biden falsified Obama’s Eligibility to 50 State does not allow Rubio to follow suit! Whether or not “he is a nice guy” or not has NOTHING to do with the law. Everyone is a “nice guy or woman” when it comes to stepping up to a “high pay” job for not doing a whole lot. THE LAW AND CONSTITUTION are the determining factors NOT whether people like to look at him. Current attempts of “social engineering” to force schools, parents, media and just “general morons” into submission to believe what ever they hear. Many of us DON’T like what we are seeing in Washington and are waiting for the buses to start loading up with their criminal careers for High Treason, Perjury, Election Fraud, Identity Fraud, Murder, Misprision Of Felony, misuse of authority, lying to the American Public, Sabotage of the U.S. Military while cutting the lifeblood of Veterans in VA Hospitals done by DNC Operatives to lock in pay raises for themselves

Since nothing happens in politics that can be considered a coincidence,it is obvious the GOP searches out ineligible candidates for the purpose of validating the current POTUS.It is no joke then to call the parties the “Demmicans” and “Republicrats” as they truly are the “Federal reserve party”!
