(Apr. 7, 2014) — For years now I have been screaming on air about the importance of our 10th amendment and state rights against Federal Government encroachment and UN Constitutional over reach. Out of control and lawless Government actions seem to be the Obama and progressive legacy. It must stop.
We live with the UN Constitutional gift of Obamacare which is destroying the best health care system on earth and literal health of our citizens. If the lies, taxes, lines and fines haven’t killed you already, then perhaps Obama and the NDAA bill will. At his bidding he can and will turn troops on us all, declaring that we are a ‘threat’ to America. Already we have seen the NSA, IRS and EPA spy, audit, threaten, ignore and regulate conservative groups and businesses right out of existence. Obama has been using these and other Government agencies to stir the pot of our destruction while most of us look the other way or are too busy to pay much attention. I am slapping your face right now. Yes, it stung and I meant it to! Wake up.
I have spoken at many conferences along side Constitutional and 10th amendment visionaries such as our gutsy Rep. Matt Shea www.voteshea.com in Washington state and Larry Pratt, head of Gun Owners of America www.gunowners.org. I have spoken alongside Tom DeWeese of the American Policy Center, Sheriff Richard Mack, President and founder of CSPOA www.cspoa.org and other talk show hosts and patriots such as Sam Bushman of Liberty Round Table www.libertyroundtable.com.
For many years I have believed that we have needed more than just a plan to try and impeach Obama or take action against him due to his obvious ineligibility. There have been dozens of lawsuits that have been crushed or been ignored by the courts so far. Does Obama own every Judge and court in America? One wonders after a while.
If you think I am just another loud mouth birther/radio personality who talks from the safe zone, you would be wrong. I was a plaintiff twice in two court cases against Obama regarding his ineligibility. I had standing because I ran for President in 2012 as an independent and brought this issue up in most of my interviews and published articles. I know, many laugh at even the idea that I would have run for President as a national radio host and with no money. Was I on drugs and staring in the mirror? Did I desperately need attention? No and No. I believe that God called me to run for His purposes. I was very concerned for my country so ‘common person me’ with a vision and ideas ran.

Recently I was called about the amazing plan put together by the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association on January 24, 2014. They have drafted a Resolution for us to read and sign and a 3-Phase plan which is power-packed, peaceful and focused on getting real results. Below is a brief snap shot of it.
Phase 1) – Invite millions of patriots to sign the CSPOA Resolution/Citizens Petition
This will demonstrate our peaceful intent and that “We the People” do support and stand with those who are willing to keep their oaths of office.
Phase 2) – Initiate a delegation of patriot citizens to peacefully assemble in Washington D.C. in a non-violent, unarmed press conference/rally.
a. The event on September 17, 2014 (Constitution Day) will start with a National Rally at the Press Club. The CSPOA Resolution will be publicly unveiled with media present.
Phase 3) – Those who will not sign the Resolution will be publicly invited to peacefully resign
Below are just a few points on the Resolution I signed regarding abuses we will not tolerate: If you think we should tolerate these anymore, you must be already dead.
1) Registration of personal firearms under any circumstances.
2) Confiscation of firearms without probable cause, due process, and constitutionally compliant warrants issued by a local or state jurisdiction.
3) Audits or searches of a citizen’s personal affairs or finances without probable cause, due process, and constitutionally compliant warrants issued by a local or state jurisdiction.
4) Inspections of person or property without probable cause and constitutionally compliant warrants as required by the 4th Amendment and issued by a local or state jurisdiction.
5) The detainment or search of citizens without probable cause and proper due process compliance, or the informed consent of the citizen.
6) Arrests with continued incarcerations without charges and complete due process, including, but not limited to public and speedy jury trials, in a court of state or local jurisdiction.
7) Domestic utilization of our nation’s military or federal agencies operating under power granted under the laws of war against American citizens.
8) Arrest of citizens or seizure of persons or property without first notifying and obtaining the express consent of the local sheriff.

“There is no greater obligation or responsibility of any government officer than to protect the rights of the people. Thus, any conduct contrary to the United States Constitution, Declaration of Independence, or the Bill of Rights will be dealt with as criminal activity.”
We now have a bold, peaceful and forceful plan put together by our nations best Sheriffs, This has been already signed by many others in law enforcement, political leaders around the country and our citizens. It is high time for the UN Constitutional assaults on all of us to stop.
