U.S. Bureau of Prisons: The Federalist Papers “Sovereign Citizen Material”

“THE GOVERNMENT HAS TURNED ON ITSELF”

(Mar. 20, 2014) — The Post & Email has received a report that on Wednesday, a book was taken from the possession of a federal prisoner and deemed “Sovereign Citizen material.”  Its name:  The Federalist and Anti-Federalist Papers.

In May 1787, 55 delegates from 12 of the 13 colonies met in Philadelphia to amend the Articles of Confederation, with 39 approving and 16 dissenting. The Federalist Papers were written between 1787 and 1789, while the adoption of the U.S. Constitution was debated among the colonists.  Written primarily by Founding Fathers John Jay, James Madison and Alexander Hamilton, the articles totaled 85 and were originally published in New York in a series entitled “The Federalist.”  The essays were signed simply “Publius.”

The Anti-Federalists opposed the ratification of the proposed Constitution for fear that a central government would become overly powerful and lead to “tyranny,” “despotism,” and “oppression.”  Most of the Anti-Federalists wrote under pseudonyms, and their papers also totaled 85.

In Anti-Federalist No. 7, “Philanthropos” wrote:

In the most limited governments, what wranglings, animosities, factions, partiality, and all other evils that tend to embroil a nation and weaken a state, are constantly practised by legislators. What then may we expect if the new constitution be adopted as it now stands? The great will struggle for power, honor and wealth; the poor become a prey to avarice, insolence and oppression. And while some are studying to supplant their neighbors, and others striving to keep their stations, one villain will wink at the oppression of another, the people be fleeced, and the public business neglected. From despotism and tyranny good Lord deliver us.

The inmate reporting the book confiscation concluded that “It seems that the Founding Fathers are unacceptable to the BOP.” Indeed, the U.S. military is now teaching its recruits that the Founding Fathers were “extremists” and FEMA instructors maintain that they were “terrorists.”

The inmate further related that “…a revisionist history magazine that is approved reading material was confiscated for the same reason. We’ll see what comes of it. I think its [sic] safe to say that the government has turned on itself.”

The Obama regime has used the pejorative “Sovereign Citizen” to describe Americans who believe and quote from in the rights enshrined in the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, and other historical documents; Christians; advocates of small government and state sovereignty; supporters of homeschooling, pro-life organizations and military veterans.  In April 2009, a report written by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) framed veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan as “potential domestic terrorists” and possible “right-wing extremists.”

As reported by the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse in the course of its investigation into Obama’s Selective Service registration form and long-form birth certificate, both of which have been declared “computer-generated forgeries,” the Obama regime has actively engaged individuals to distribute propaganda throughout the internet and major media.  Several of the individuals so employed work for DARPA, a division of the Department of Defense, paid for by taxpayer dollars.

Over the course of the last year, “scandals” involving the IRS’s targeting of “conservative” groups; the White House’s scrutiny of all FOIA requests in which it had a perceived “equity;” manipulation of the press and marginalization of press deemed politically unfriendly; NSA warrantless spying on innocent citizens; and scrutiny of reporters’ phone records without their employers’ knowledge have come to light.

A major announcement presumed to encompass further regime corruption is expected in the near future.

The time is nearly at hand, when you are called upon to render up that glorious liberty you obtained, by resisting the tyranny and oppression of George the Third, King of England, and his ministers. The first Monday in April is the day appointed by our assembly, for you to meet and choose delegates in each county, to take into consideration the new Federal Government, and either adopt or refuse it. Let me entreat you, my fellows, to consider well what you are about. Read the said constitution, and consider it well before you act. I have done so, and can find that we are to receive but little good, and a great deal of evil. Aristocracy, or government in the hands of a very few nobles, or RICH MEN, is therein concealed in the most artful wrote plan that ever was formed to entrap a free people. The contrivers of it have so completely entrapped you, and laid their plans so sure and secretly, that they have only left you to do one of two things-that is either to receive or refuse it. And in order to bring you into their snare, you may daily read new pieces published in the newspapers, in favor of this new government; and should a writer dare to publish any piece against it, he is immediately abused and vilified.
