DESPITE DELIVERY OF CRIMINAL EVIDENCE OF FORGERY, FRAUD FOUR MONTHS PRIOR
by Sharon Rondeau
(Mar. 13, 2014) — In an article published on Thursday in NewsBlaze, writer Randy Foreman reported that he interviewed two members of the U.S. House of Representatives to ask “if they had been following developments around Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse.”
Based on his stated questions of the congressmen, Foreman assumes that the reader is familiar with the Cold Case Posse‘s investigation of the long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form bearing Barack Hussein Obama’s name which were determined to be “computer-generated forgeries” beyond any reasonable doubt.
On February 3, Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo announced that a second investigation had been opened at an unspecified time by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio using the resources of the sheriff’s department. While the sheriff’s office is funded by taxpayers, the work of the Cold Case Posse is made possible solely by donations.
In his article, Foreman explains that a second investigation “separate from the actual birth certificate” was launched and refers to the recent declaration by “Freedom Friday” host Carl Gallups, who is very close to the investigation, that “major media” are now working with the sheriff’s office to coordinate the anticipated release of new information in the near future.
Foreman quotes both congressmen, Rep. Raul Labrador and Rep. Tim Huelskamp, as saying that the “birth certificate issue” is something that they “have not been following” in nearly identical statements at a Heritage Foundation-sponsored event entitled “Conversations with Conservatives” on an unspecified date.
However, neither congressman acknowledged to Foreman that he had been provided with a “Sheriff’s Kit” DVD from the WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) team last November. At that time, WOBC founder Mike Volin and a team of volunteers traveled to Washington, DC and called on approximately 200 members of Congress to distribute the DVDs, which contain a presentation given by Zullo explaining how the posse reached its conclusions about the long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form.
The Post & Email learned of the two congressmen’s reported public statements in an exclusive, face-to-face meeting with Volin on Thursday.
On Thursday evening, The Post & Email spoke with Tom Pavich, a member of Volin’s team who personally delivered copies of the Sheriff’s Kits to both Labrador and Huelslkamp’s staffers. Pavich emailed us photos containing the contact information of the staffers with whom he and Jeffrey Harrison spoke about the information contained in the kits.
Foreman speculated, if the two congressmen’s level of knowledge of the criminal investigations were representative of Washington, DC political figures, that “there will be shocked looks on many faces around the country” when the results are announced. “Thankfully there isn’t long to wait,” Foreman wrote.
Of the statements given by Huelskamp and Labrador to Foreman, Volin told The Post & Email, “The Sheriff’s Kits now have a different meaning, because we’re going to hold the congressmen responsible for being informed and not acting on the information that we gave them. On the other hand, we’re also going to hold congressmen’s staff equally responsible for not giving it to them.”
Pavich told us of the November trip to Washington, “Everywhere we went, I got a business card. Jeff Harrison was the photographer, and he took the pictures that are on the WOBC website of me. I took those of Jeff in front of all the offices we visited. If I made the presentation, the picture was of me, and if Jeff made it, the picture was of Jeff.”
Separately, Harrison mailed kits to nine members of Congress, including Speaker of the House John Boehner.
The Post & Email asked Pavich if he recalled specifically how Labrador’s and Huelskamp’s Sheriff’s Kits were handled, to which he responded, “With Huelskamp, we met with the Chief of Staff and staff assistant, so that’s about as high up as we could go.” With Labrador, Pavich spoke with the legislative director upon presenting the kit.
“They can’t deny it now because I’ll sign an affidavit that I delivered it,” Pavich said, meaning the Sheriff’s Kits. “When a congressman takes the oath of office to defend and uphold the Constitution and the Justice Department is supposed to charge people with crimes when a crime is committed, they don’t have the right to pick and choose which laws they enforce and which ones they don’t or which unconstitutional activity they decide to pursue. I tall comes down to politics, as I see it. They’re willing to go after actions of the resident, but they won’t go after the person. That’s what it’s all about.”
The Post & Email commented to Pavich that Huelskamp had reportedly said that he had given 15 townhall meetings “in the last couple of months” during which no one allegedly raised the matter of Obama’s fraudulent documentation. “Many go after Obama’s policies, but what about his legitimacy?” we asked. Pavich then responded, “Not only are his actions unconstitutional; he’s unconstitutional. Nobody wants to be the one who goes after the ‘first black president;’ that’s what it comes down to.”
Both Volin and Pavich questioned whether or not the staff members to whom the Sheriff’s Kits were given provided them to the respective congressmen they serve.
