ASSETS SEIZED FOR NON-EXISTENT CHILD SUPPORT ARREARAGE

(Mar. 12, 2014) — I would like to update you on my recent news story I submitted just the other day. In that story I addressed a document that I received on 5/24/2013 from the Sumner County Tennessee District Attorney Child Support Division informing me “Your assets being held by Corvel Enterprise Company Inc. (western region) are subject to a lien by the Department of Human Services and have been seized to satisfy a child support arrearage in the amount of $886.32 as of 5/17/2013” “the following assets have been seized to satisfy the forgoing unpaid obligation: list of assets seized: Claim #CT130010400”.
On March 7, 2014 at 12:24 PM I spoke with Terrie Davis who is responsible for the Workmen’s Comp accounts in the Corvel Enterprise Company Inc (Western Region) Office. I explained the above document that I received from the Sumner County Tennessee District Attorney Child Support Division to Davis. Davis informed me that she has had no contact with anyone concerning a lien. It should be noted that this document baring the State of Tennessee’s symbol and Sumner County District Attorney’s name and address appeared to be a legal document informing me of legal actions taken against me containing a Claim number and signed by Pamela Harney (title IV-D Administrator Designee). It is clear this is again yet another document appearing to be legal however without legal grounds due to the fact I never owed any child support arrears. Further this act was deceptive and dishonest and was never executed in spite of what it states. If in fact this document had been authentic such as my income tax interception, it would have required a signed order from a judge or magistrate which would require a sworn affidavit containing probable cause which is required to avoid violating citizens’ constitutional rights. If false information was provided in such affidavit and the order was executed as in the income tax interception then, my civil rights provided to me through our U.S. Constitutional have been violated by a United States Government office. Lastly this document contained a “certificate of service” statement further suggesting it was official. The Sumner County District Attorney Child Support Department committed Criminal Simulation TCA 39-14-115 by attempting to use this fraudulent document to compel me into paying the requested money to avoid the lien. 39-14-115 – Criminal simulation.
39-14-115. Criminal simulation.
(a) (1) A person commits the offense of criminal simulation who, with intent to defraud or harm another:
(A) Makes or alters an object, in whole or in part, so that it appears to have value because of age, antiquity, rarity, source or authorship that it does not have;
(B) Possesses an object so made or altered, with intent to sell, pass or otherwise utter it; or
(C) Authenticates or certifies an object so made or altered as genuine or as different from what it is.
(2) A person commits the offense of criminal simulation who, with knowledge of its character, possesses:
(A) Any machinery, plates or other contrivances designed to produce instruments reporting to be credit or debit cards of an issuer who had not consented to the preparation of the cards; or
(B) Any instrument, apparatus or contrivance designed, adapted or used for commission of any theft of property or services by fraudulent means.
(b) Criminal simulation is punishable as theft pursuant to § 39-14-105, but in no event shall criminal simulation be less than a Class E felony.

The law in Tennessee has no meaning. It is an illusion, it does not exist. Behind this illusion, criminals operate out in the open. In Tennessee, these people hold office, wear suits, and are surrounded by “officers of the law.” Correct, it is really that bad. I was raised in Texas, and from a young age was taught to respect the stand-up men from Tennessee who changed history at the Alamo. As an older man, I was never never embarrassed of my own race (white), until moving to Tennessee. Upon leaving three years later, it made me remember how Davy Crockett was likewise motivated in telling his homestate of Tennessee, “You may all go to hell, and I will go to Texas.”
