The Constitution in Crisis

BUT DON’T BLAME OBAMA

(Jan. 7, 2014) — The upcoming primary battles for the 2014 Congressional elections are certainly going to be as important as any in our lifetime.  But all of those races pale in comparison to what awaits America in the next three years leading up to the 2016 Presidential Election.  There are two possible outcomes, neither of which bodes well for this country.

Either there will be no election as a result of economic calamity, social unrest and a massive breakdown of infrastructure caused by external or internal subversion and nationwide Martial Law, or any election we do have will look like third-world despotism with Obama and his cronies back up for a third term with no chance of losing.

One reading this might say, “Come on, TPATH, don’t be so silly, we have a Constitution which was amended to prevent any one man from serving more than two 4 year terms.”

To which our reply would be, “Really?”

1. Like the constitution which prevents the government from mandating religions to provide services contrary to their beliefs?
2. Or the constitution which ensures the privacy of its people from government intrusion and data tracking?
3. Or the constitution which guarantees its citizens the right to a fair trial before execution by drone?
4. Or the constitution which prohibits the executive branch from writing laws?
5. Or the constitution which prevents anyone but a Natural Born Citizen from being President?
6. Or the constitution which gives law abiding citizens the right to self defense and to own and bear arms?
7. Or the constitution which only allows the House of Representatives to write bills which raise taxes?
8. Or the constitution which mandates that taxes raised will benefit all the citizens equally?
9. Or the constitution which makes it illegal for the government to force the people to buy something they don’t want?
10. Or the constitution which mandates that all presidential election votes be cast on the same day?
11. Or the constitution which requires office holders to take an oath and then actually protect and defend it?
12. Or the constitution which does not allow a president to change laws by whim or executive order?
13. Or the constitution which does not allow a president to choose which laws to enforce and which laws to ignore?
14. Or the constitution which requires that promotions to high Military positions be approved by the US Senate?
15. Or the constitution which protects people and groups from discrimination based upon faith or ideology?
16. Or the constitution which provides for equal opportunity and not mandated equal outcome?

Which part of the Constitution is more important than any other? What part should be enforced while others ignored?  If each of the above parts of the Constitution, have been and continue to be forsaken, what then gives any part of the Constitution more weight and validity than any other part?

The answer, of course is – once any term or clause of a contract is breached, without due penalty, any and all parts and clauses become similarly mooted. Once those in power get to decide what is law and what is not, they become tyrannical and the people become subservient.  Are we there yet?  It is hard to argue that we are not.

Each of the 16 Constitutional requirements listed above have been ignored and subverted in order for the Usurper, the Divider-in-Chief, to not only assume the office of the Presidency but use it to destroy the exceptionalism of our country.  And what has been done to stop this self-annihilation of the greatest country the world has ever seen?

Except for a few patriots and patriotic organizations, nothing! Judges, justices, governors, secretaries of state, attorneys general as well as politicians, political parties and elected officials, for reasons real Americans will never understand, have ignored facts, violations of the law and criminal activity.

Those with the authority and the legal position to stop and prevent the subjugation of our founding documents will go down in history as the real culprits.  Whether or not we survive these next few years, the spineless cowards whose drive for self-preservation towers above their duty and oath to America, will be the real narrative.

As the title of this article portends, the illegitimate, ineligible, forger, divider and economic destroyer postulating the Presidency can’t be blamed for doing exactly what the Communist World Order has recruited and trained him to do and all those who could have done something have done nothing.

Every country, from the earliest epochs of written history, has had to guard against and prevent subversion form within.

America appears to be the first to see it coming and decide to do nothing about it.

Clearly the people can no longer depend on the courts, the politicians or the law to stop this nightmare.
