“IT’S EASY TO PROVE A FORGERY”

(Dec. 9, 2013) — At 8:16 p.m. EST, typesetting expert and researcher Douglas Vogt is detailing on the WheresObamasBirthCertificate radio show how he drew his conclusions about the “conspiracy” which he claims occurred to place Barack Hussein Obama in the White House using fraudulent documentation, aided and abetted by persons within the Hawaii Department of Health.

The program is hosted by Michael Volin, who visited Washington, DC last month and delivered approximately 200 Sheriff’s Kits to members of Congress.  The kits contain the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse‘s presentation of evidence of fraud and forgery of the long-form birth certificate posted on the White House website since April 27, 2011.

Vogt told the audience that he was able to determine that the number of Obama’s short-form Certification of Live Birth, released in June 2008 (shown above), could not have been authentic.  Vogt said that the registration date, August 8, 1961, is “a mistake” belying its fraudulence.

“They knew that he had no birth certificate…” Vogt said of Hawaii officials in 2008, when Obama’s name was submitted for inclusion on the state’s ballot.  He said that Obama is a “foreign agent” who entered the presidency “to destroy” the United States “from within.”

At 8:22 p.m., Volin stated to Vogt that his Friday night guest, Michigan gubernatorial candidate Mark McFarlin, had said that “privacy” concerns should not apply to Obama since the image was released by the White House in 2011 with his purported birth information.  Officials in Hawaii have consistently used “privacy” as the reason that they cannot release any vital records information on Obama.

The Post & Email has interviewed Vogt on several occasions regarding his findings on the birth certificate forgery and Notice of Commission filed with a federal court in Washington state requesting that the evidence he submitted be presented to a grand jury for examination.

Vogt’s submission to the court included a sealed affidavit with the names of the alleged perpetrators of the forgery and conspiracy.

At 8:27 p.m., Pastor and radio show host Wiley Drake, who went to Washington, DC when Volin did last month, called in to the show.

Vogt recounted the public story that Obama’s personal attorney, Judith Corley, purportedly flew to Hawaii to pick up two certified copies of Obama’s long-form birth certificate days before its release on April 27, 2011.  Vogt suggested that the retrieving of the documents could have been done remotely “for $100.”

Vogt reiterated his claim made in his public affidavit filed with the U.S. District Court that executives of NBC, MSNBC and NBC reporter Savannah Guthrie participated in the scheme to deceive the public into believing that the long-form birth certificate image was authentic.  On the day of its release, Guthrie took a photo of the image with her cell phone and told the public that it possessed an official, raised seal which she could feel.  Vogt made the case that there was no raised seal.

In his filing with the U.S. District Court, Vogt stated that the forger is a female and most likely “rushed” to create the long-form forgery prior to its posting on the White House website.  He said that the forger gave “plausible deniability” to employees of the Hawaii Department of Health.  “She was not a very good forger,” Vogt added at approximately 9:43 p.m.  “She had to have known Obama and Obama known her when they were in high school,” Vogt said.

On his vectorpub.com website, Vogt has posted his research, links to his court documents, and information about his forthcoming book, written with typesetter Paul Irey, about how the forgery was made.

Vogt said that because Obama’s purported father was a Kenyan citizen, Obama cannot be a “natural born Citizen,” as is required by Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution.

At 8:46 p.m., Volin responded to Vogt that “we don’t know” who Obama’s father was.

Vogt then said that “we have the documents” showing that Barack Obama Sr. did not claim Obama Jr. as his son on INS paperwork released by the State Department in 2010.

At 8:45 p.m., radio show host Erik Rush called in to the show and expressed optimism about the Cold Case Posse investigation, which has been aided by Vogt, Volin, The Post & Email, and many others.  Volin responded that Obama has used aliases and that America “does not know” who he is.

Rush referred to the work of Martha Trowbridge, who has published that Obama is actually the son of Malcolm X and a young woman who used several aliases, one of which was “Jo Ann Newman.”

Vogt described those currently controlling the U.S. government as “Marxists of various flavors.”  When Rush said that he would not allow the country to be destroyed by the cabal surrounding Obama, Vogt replied that members of the Kenyan Parliament has stated on the record that Obama was “born in Kenya.”

Volin said “We don’t know” where Obama was born, but Vogt said, “He said it twice…” referring to Obama’s book, Dreams from my Father, for which his literary agent published a biography stating that Obama was born in Kenya.  Vogt hypothesized that Obama completed a form for the literary agent in which he “told the truth” about his birthplace in Kenya, then later changed the narrative when he decided to run for president.

Most Americans understand that a “natural born Citizen” is born in the United States, although many scholars say that the parents’ citizenship is equally important, if not more so, than the person’s birthplace.

“It’s easy to prove a forgery…he’s nailed by that alone,” Vogt said of Obama.

At 9:07 p.m. Vogt referred to his request to the federal judge to place the evidence he submitted in front of a grand jury, stating that that would be the venue to determine whether or not prosecutions should take place.

Vogt said that “it may be out turn next” to protest an illegitimate office-holder, invoking the removal of Mohamed Morsi in Egypt and others who have been accused of abuse of power and corruption.

At 9:11 p.m., Miki Booth announced that Rep. Steve Stockman had declared his candidacy for the U.S. Senate, challenging incumbent John Cornyn.  Volin responded that a Sheriff’s Kit was given to Cornyn, who also watched a presentation including the Selective Service registration form forgery.  Booth stated that “we know who they are,” referring to people at the Hawaii Department of Health who Booth suspects participated in the forgery and cover-up of the long-form birth certificate.

Booth stated that a “communist takeover” operated by the CIA, along with communist elements in Hawaii, effected Obama’s ascension to the Oval Office.

Vogt believes that Stanley Armour Dunham, Obama’s alleged maternal grandfather, was a CIA operative, not a furniture salesman, as Obama’s public life story states.

Volin played a recording of Obama campaigning in 2008 during which he speaks in a fake Southern accent how about his purported father came to the U.S. on a Kennedy airlift flight.  Vogt responded that the program was carried out by the CIA.  It has been reported by ABC News that Obama Sr. arrived in the country prior to the launch of the Kennedy endeavor.

Obama has been known to have lied to the American people about many other issues, including the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012.

Vogt then discussed technical aspects of the long-form forgery, stating that employees at the Hawaii Department of Health are “up to their eyeballs in it.”

At 9:45, Vogt stated that he is accepting donations so that his Notice of Commission can be sent “to another federal judge.”  Each mailing reportedly costs $26.00.  “The only legal way to get rid of him [Obama] is to prove that his birth certificate is a forgery,” Vogt said.

A caller on the air at 9:47 suggested that Obama might not have been eligible to run for U.S. Senate if he did not possess U.S. citizenship at the time.

CDR Charles F. Kerchner Jr. (Ret.), who called in at the beginning of the program to discuss his advertisement in The Washington Times on the fraudulent Selective Service registration card published on Monday, called again at 9:48 p.m. and suggested that Vogt send a copy of his Notice of Commission to Speaker of the House John Boehner.  Vogt said that he believes a strategy for persuading Boehner to take action on the forgery is to ask, “Would you like to be president?”  Vogt said that when the forgery is made fully public, Obama would be removed from office, along with putative Vice President Joseph Biden, which would leave Boehner as next in line for succession to the presidency.

Boehner has reportedly stood in the way of the Republican caucus pursuing the matter of the forgery of the long-form birth certificate and its accompanying crimes.

Volin asked Vogt about the identity of the forgery, to which Vogt responded, “We know who the forger is…she wanted to be sure that she could tell people years from now that she was the one who forged the birth certificate.”  Vogt has claimed that the forger “left her mark” in various ways on the image, including part of one of her names.

At 9:59, Volin asked Vogt if he would release the name of the forger if he “doesn’t get anywhere with the courts,” to which Vogt said that he would wait until a grand jury issued an indictment, after which he believes that “people are going to disappear.”

Volin stated that next week, he will be releasing the names of members of Congress who received copies of his Sheriff’s Kit last month.
