The Post & Email Condemns Those Who Make Threats and Do Harm

IS THIS THE AMERICA WE KNEW?

by Sharon Rondeau

(Nov. 24, 2013) — In mid-October, a Wisconsin man allegedly threatened to use violence to take the life of Barack Hussein Obama.  The Post & Email condemns in the strongest terms threats of violence against anyone, including Obama.

While we believe that Obama has committed crimes including identity fraud, deception of the American people, election fraud, and conspiracy to commit fraud, we condemn anyone who would make such a threat as described in the criminal complaint against the Wisconsin defendant (h/t ORYR).

As most readers are aware, The Post & Email maintains a strict policy of prohibiting any discussion of violence against any individual.  Instead, we advocate open dialogue about government crime and corruption and actions citizens can take both legally and constitutionally to expose and correct it.

We sincerely hope that all who have perpetrated crimes against the American people will be brought to justice through the means provided to us by the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights, including Fifth Amendment grand juries to examine the evidence against each, to include those who have threatened The Post & Email and others.

We also roundly condemn the criminals who have injured or killed innocent people through the violence of “Knockout,” about which those in public office have not yet made a statement, despite, or perhaps because of, the fact that “their people” are the perpetrators.  While the U.S. Justice Department sought the initial and additional prosecution of George Zimmerman last summer and openly sympathized with the family of Trayvon Martin, Eric Holder has failed to condemn the heinous practice of black youths preying on innocent, unarmed white people, including a 78-year-old grandmother walking home from a shopping trip.

In Syracuse, NY, a 51-year-old man was killed by five black youths while waiting at a bus stop.  In 2011, an elderly man was killed on his way home from the grocery store.  An 88-year-old World War II veteran was killed when two black youths murdered him in a parking lot in August.

Obama and Holder have remained silent.  Why?

In the early days of our Republic and even before, such criminals would have been hung in public.  What punishment will they receive from today’s politically-correct courts?

“Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people.” — John Adams

“A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.” — Second Amendment to the Bill of Rights

  1. Perhaps we cannot speak of “America” as that which is happening is antithetical to “America” as the Constitution outlines.

It is “using the system to transform the system,” in a less than savvy way which only works with the adherence of Low Information voters (permit one to add Pelosi and Reid to this list; they are HIGHLY VISIBLE, LOWLY INFORMED Obamaphants)and those willing to take part in the Cult of Personality.

Not much different from many dictatorships, such as Evo Morales, Castro, Mussolini, need we go further?

  2. While I do NOT condone threats of Physical harm against anyone,Mr. Flossedal is not guilty of making a threat to take the life of the “President of the United States” See: 18USC,871(a).

Obama has never BEEN the bona-fides “President of the United States”. Therefore, Mr. Flossedal cannot be charged under 18USC,871(a).

  3. No matter what is said or if threats of one or another is stated, we have three more years of this. They have illegally locked down the Criminal Presentment Process to allow Discovery on any prosecution of any member of Obama’s troop. The Judicial is now compliant or we would have seen Discovery five years ago. Don’t hold your breath but you had better hold on to your wallets.

  4. Sharon, Thank you for those very wise words. As you know, I have spent years trying to convince or coerce our elected reps to “DO THE RIGHT THING”. My aim was to get a non-violent solution to what is transpiring in our great land. I am still very hopeful that task can be accomplished. The movements throughout the country are very promising.

However, there is an undercurrent that is prevalent on many web sites that call for active revolution. My fear is, that should the government do something brash, there will be much bloodshed. That, in and of itself, could put our country on a long road to recovery.

Again, thanks for what you do. Hopefully you will get through to the bozos In Washington. As to the moron that made the threat – he sounds like an infantile blow hard.

  5. Unfortunately, to expect “justice” from the Judicial branch of government, or from the DOJ, is like, well, maybe like expecting any of our judges to uphold their Oath of office, which won’t happen in our lifetime, or if it does, then we better take out some kind of insurance policy that will cover fainting.
As far as jail, won’t happen because there’s no way for us to build 100 million or so cells.
Send them all to a Muslim country and let them deal with our traitors.
In the real world there’s no “Stop or I’ll shoot”.
Cowards make threats. Real men just do it.
And I’ve never heard of someone being talked to death, although I have an ex-wife that do a pretty good job of it, I’m sure.
Remember the sounds blasting Noriega out of the Nun’s house in Panama? Duct tape headphones on our traitor’s heads and put a phone in my ex’s hand.
    Bingo! All our problems solved.
Imagine, make it a party-line call so she only has to talk for 72 straight hours. Piece of cake.
