“RESTORE THE PEOPLE TO SOVEREIGNTY THROUGH KNOWLEDGE”

(Nov. 10, 2013) — The Independent Thinker radio program will host John Darash, a grassroots organizer of the Common Law Grand Jury movement, on Sunday evening at 8:00 p.m. EST.
The Post & Email has spoken with Darash on several occasions and presented a three-part interview about his and others’ efforts to re-establish control by the people over the U.S. court system in each county. Darash is working with people who have organized through the National Liberty Alliance.

The Post & Email has reported for nearly four years on the lack of citizen access to grand juries and the ways in which the once-independent investigative bodies have been overtaken by prosecutors and judges. Grand juries were mentioned by the Framers only once, in the Fifth Amendment to the Bill of Rights.
The National Liberty Alliance seeks to “restore the people to sovereignty through knowledge.”
