Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama: Criminals, Traitors, Both, or Neither?

STATE DEPARTMENT WHISTLEBLOWERS NAME TOP REGIME OFFICIALS AS CULPABLE IN BENGHAZI DEBACLE

(May 6, 2013) — Three State Department whistleblowers, one of whom is a former Marine, will testify to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on Wednesday regarding the attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012 which killed four Americans, including the ambassador to the North African nation.

Despite reported “threats and intimidation” from superiors, the three reportedly plan to reveal that high-level State Department employees attempted to cover up its response to the attack by denying that terrorists were the cause and that a rescue mission could have been mounted.

Obama and his spokesman denied that his regime was “impeding the Congressional testimony of State Department and CIA employees who survived the attack.”

In mid-March, Sen. Lindsey Graham, Sen. Kelly Ayotte and Sen. John McCain claimed that survivors of the attack had been silenced by the regime and demanded that their identities be released. McCain said that people taken from the compound and “evacuated” to Germany for recovery have not yet spoken publicly.  On May 2, McCain told Fox News’s Greta van Susteren that the Accountability Review Board (ARB) commissioned by former State Department head Hillary Clinton is now under investigation itself for failing to interview survivors and Clinton herself.

Members of the Obama regime have been accused of threatening and insulting reporters who attempted to investigate their actions as the press is charged to do in the First Amendment. Journalists and commentators were also threatened to deter them from investigating Obama’s eligibility to serve as president.  Despite threats and intimidation, a law enforcement entity found that the “birth certificate” released to the public more than two years ago is a forgery and is seeking criminal prosecution of the perpetrators for which critical mass is reportedly building.

Obama’s Selective Service registration card was also declared fraudulent, and private investigators have found that there are more than a dozen Social Security numbers associated with his name.

When Clinton testified to two congressional committees on January 23, she tearfully said she “took responsibility” for the four deaths but rhetorically exclaimed, “What difference does it make?” when asked why the attack had been characterized as a protest over an internet video when in fact, it was known almost immediately that it was the work of Islamic terrorists.

CBS News reported on Monday that a Special Operations team from SOCAFRICA had been preparing to board a plane bound for Benghazi to mount a rescue mission on the night of September 11 but was told “You can’t go now.”  One of the whistleblowers, Stephen Hicks, has referenced a “stand-down” order reported by Fox News on October 26.  Fox stood by its story after the Obama regime denied that such an order had been issued.  The CIA and the military both denied having issued such a directive, although Hicks stated that “a top military commander in the region” had been the source.

Obama has been named as the source of the “stand-down” order by retired military officers.  “It was a conscious act,” said a retired Lt. Col. and Special Operations planner.  Retired Navy Commander Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III affirmed that assessment when he said that contingency plans for an ambassador coming under attack would have been invoked immediately and only the commander-in-chief could have issued an order to stop them.  Both discussed a “flash-traffic message” which would have been seen immediately by a watch officer.  The AFRICOM commander, Gen. Carter Ham, had been in Washington on September 11.  “They didn’t need permission to enter Libyan airspace,” the Lt. Col. told Rush Limbaugh.

Fitzpatrick had told The Post & Email that an aircraft could have been dispatched to cause a sonic boom but no injuries to disrupt the attack, which CBS now reports has been questioned by one of those ready to testify on Wednesday.

Then-Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta and Joint Chiefs Chairman Martin Dempsey claimed that there wasn’t enough information to send military assistance after the attack began.

Fitzpatrick has named Obama in the commission of treason on seven occasions, one of which was for his part in the cover-up of the events surrounding Benghazi before they were widely publicized.  Panetta and Dempsey were included in the complaint.
