(Apr. 9, 2013) — Your editor will be a guest on the groundbreaking radio show “Breaking News Journal On Air” at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 9.

Breaking News Journal was launched as an internet and television initiative by Ruth Bryant White and a group of women producers known as Project Red Slipper.  The site features contributions from former presidential candidates of minor parties or who were lesser-known. Ms. White was herself a presidential candidate in 2008.

Bryant has appeared on “The O’Reilly Factor” and in print at The Boston Globe.

Bryant embraces “traditional family values” and opposes the U.S. Supreme Court ruling of Roe v. Wade handed down in 1973 which rendered abortion legal in the 50 states by declaring Texas’s laws vague on the matter.  Like The Post & Email, White does not accept objectionable advertising, having stated that “The Breaking News Journal will not have advertisement that is not conducive to its programming.”

BNJ On Air Radio has interviewed columnist Sher Zieve, educator and columnist Murray T. Bass, and author David A. Bego, the only CEO of a private company in the country to sue the SEIU and win.

Ms. White has appeared in numerous videos from her 2008 campaign which can be viewed here.

At 1:07 p.m. EDT, Breaking News Journal was broadcasting members of the Senate Armed Forces Committee questioning Adm. Samuel Locklear about launching a hypothetical strike against North Korea if provoked.

The call-in number for the show is 949-209-2957, and the live broadcast can be accessed here.

Breaking New Journal staff can be contacted at  Ideas for articles can be submitted here.

Update, 9:50 p.m. EDT:  For those who missed the live show, a podcast is available here.
