Is Congress Finally Waking Up?

(Mar. 7, 2013) — On her recent visit to Washington, DC, Atty. Orly Taitz served 14 congressmen with subpoenas and an “Urgent Demand for Verification” in regard to Obama’s reportedly fraudulent identification documents.

Obama has acted as president since 2008 despite initial questions over his constitutional eligibility based on reports that he was born in Kenya or Indonesia. In 1991, Obama’s literary agent had stated that his birthplace was Kenya, and it is generally accepted that foreign-born individuals are not eligible for the presidency.

Obama openly campaigned for a Marxist candidate for Kenyan President in 2007 rumored to be his cousin.

Further questions arose after two private investigators found multiple Social Security numbers associated with Obama’s name in 2009.  In two press conferences last year, law enforcement investigation declared his long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration card “computer-generated forgeries.”  The lead investigator of the Cold Case Posse, Mike Zullo, and Pastor Carl Gallups will be attending the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) late next week to speak with congressmen, governors and attorneys general about their findings.  Pastor Gallups stated on his radio show that he and Zullo were invited to attend CPAC and that a congressman has asked to speak with them there.

Does CPAC have an “identity crisis?”  Sen. Rand Paul, who filibustered the nomination of John Brennan for nearly 13 hours over Wednesday and into Thursday morning, will be attending as well as Sarah Palin and former vice-presidential candidate Paul Ryan.  Sen. Ted Cruz, who also asked tough questions of Eric Holder about the drone program’s constitutionality, will also be in attendance.

Paul had mentioned Hitler’s ascension to power in Germany, and Taitz has compared the Obama and Hitler regimes on many occasions.

Palin has recently expressed concern that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is stocking up on armored tanks and more than a billion rounds of ammunition.  Reports of U.S. soldiers patrolling American streets were published before Gen. Martin Dempsey ordered members of the Army to perform law enforcement functions in Samson, AL on March 10, 2009, both in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act.  Dempsey was promoted by Obama to Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in 2011.

On December 31, 2011, Obama signed the 2012 NDAA bill, which allows for indefinite detention or assassination of American citizens upon the order of the president.  State legislatures in 22 states are now considering bills to countermand the NDAA.  Paul’s filibuster brought attention to the possible use of drones on American citizens.

The posse is an adjunct to the Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff’s Office, which is experienced in detecting perpetrators of identity theft.

A few state legislators have expressed awareness of the questions surrounding Obama’s past.  While progressive groups continue to ridicule anyone simply stating that he or she “doesn’t know” where Obama was born, they refuse to respond to questions from this writer about the Cold Case Posse’s conclusions.

To date, mainstream “conservative” pundits such as Michelle Malkin have refused to discuss the eligibility and identity issues which Taitz brought to Washington on Tuesday, calling questions about the long-form birth certificate, now debunked as a crude forgery, “a birther circus.”

Gen. Colin Powell has attempted to marginalize questions about Obama’s allegedly forged birth certificate by raising the issue on mainstream media.  Powell has been invited to travel to Arizona at the Cold Case Posse’s expense to view evidence not yet made public but has not accepted the offer to date.

In November 2012, Obama was reportedly re-elected in the midst of hundreds of reports of election fraud, some of which are now under investigation.  Many polls released by reliable public opinion firms had indicated a Romney lead in several key “swing” states which disappeared on Election Day.  In one swing state, North Carolina, an independent organization found that 11,000 invalid voter registrations were taken over the internet by Democrat and Obama operatives, although the state’s electoral votes ultimately went to Romney by a small margin.

Voter fraud in North Carolina was also reported after the 2010 election.

Intimidation of the press has become public during the last week after veteran reporter Bob Woodward revealed that the word “regret” was used in an email from Gene Sperling, Obama’s economic adviser.  Sperling was displeased with Woodward’s outspokenness in regard to Obama’s contentions about the effects the upcoming sequester would have on American workers and told Woodward that he would “regret” his characterization of it.  While Woodward later said he did not feel threatened by the email, he said, “It’s not the way to do business.”

Left-wing media are now ridiculing Woodward for expressing concern for “young reporters” despite numerous reports of inappropriate and possibly criminal behavior on the part of Obama’s regime members.  Woodward and Carl Bernstein were the first to report the Watergate Hotel break-in by Republican operatives in collusion with then-President Richard Nixon, who was forced to resign in 1974 after being re-elected in 1972.

The Obama regime has proudly declared that it controlled the media in 2008.  If anyone opposed Obama’s policies or even questioned them, he or she was retaliated against, ridiculed, marginalized, and called a racist.  Now many are asking if Obama is the racist.

The late Hugo Chavez also used the term “regret” and arguably intended it as a threat.

Since its inception in August 2009, The Post & Email has received death threats and other forms of intimidation which have been reported openly.  We have now brought the matter to our congressman from whom we expect no action, at least in the near future.

Sen. Rand Paul filibustered the nomination of pro-Islamic John Brennan for CIA Director for nearly 13 hours from Wednesday into Thursday morning, invoking the specter of Adolf Hitler having been “democratically-elected” and that sometimes “democracies make mistakes.”  Paul had asked for clarification from the Obama regime on whether or not it would use unmanned drones to kill Americans on U.S. soil because of a suspicion of involvement in a crime to which putative Attorney General Eric Holder responded with ambiguity.  Concerns about drone use were raised weeks ago on the internet and have now been covered by mainstream media, including Fox News and MSNBC, the latter of which is openly supportive of Obama and left-leaning causes.

In April 2009, Obama addressed the Muslim world from a sacred mosque in Cairo, Egypt and falsely asserted that Islam played a large part in U.S. history. During his first presidential campaign, Obama had insisted that he was a Christian, but commentator Erik Rush had uncovered that Obama’s pastor of more than 20 years had preached Black Liberation Theology, a value system based on the quest for “social justice” and redistribution of wealth.  In a fiery, anti-American sermon, Rev. Jeremiah Wright echoed the words of Malcolm X when he said that “the chickens have come home to roost” to describe the fallout from 9/11.  Those same words were spoken by Malcolm X after the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, with Malcolm saying that chickens coming home to roost “made me glad.”

Many have speculated that Obama is the illegitimate son of Malcolm X.  The Cold Case Posse has expressed doubt that Obama’s so-called “parents” are actually related to him.

On Friday, Michelle Obama and putative Secretary of State John Kerry will honor a woman who celebrated the killing of nearly 3,000 people on U.S. soil on September 11, 2001 and the murder of Israelis during an attack on Burgas Airport in Bulgaria last year.  The Obama regime has released jailed illegal aliens into the general population, ostensibly because of sequestration cuts, and ordered that the effects of the budget cuts appear as damaging as possible to the American economy.

Obama has increased the federal debt from by $5.4 trillion to more than $16 trillion and raised taxes on wealthier Americans, including those who traditionally create jobs.  Because a budget has not been passed by Congress since Obama has been in office, fiscal “cliffs” and impending government shutdowns have become the norm along with mass killings which Obama has used to launch an aggressive campaign against the Second Amendment, propped up by unknowing children.

The regime continues to support insurgents in Syria and Libya without congressional approval and to supply Egypt, which is now ruled by a member of The Muslim Brotherhood and Israel-hater, with Abrams tanks and fighter jets.

Last fall, Sen. Lindsey Graham said that Obama had “put the finest military at risk at the time we need it the most.”

A majority of Obama’s first-term cabinet members departed the regime before his second inauguration or announced plans to do so as soon as their replacements could be found.  Those who have remained have outed themselves as liars, traitors, tax cheats and mafia-style thugs in some instances.  Long-time political activist Lyndon LaRouche stated in a video on January 25 that indictments had been issued against Obama and Ben Bernanke, Chairman of the Federal Reserve, but has not responded to two emails from The Post & Email requesting more information.

Supporters of the U.S. Constitution, Ten Commandments, the Bill of Rights, and the rule of law have been declared “right-wing extremists” by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), which has actively advised the Obama regime over the last four years. Left-leaning media have repeated the SPLC’s statements apparently without doing their own research.  The SPLC contends that attempts to control illegal immigration are evidence of right-wing extremism.

The FBI considers such people “sovereign citizens” capable of “domestic terrorism.”  Citizens fighting government corruption have been defamed, impoverished, and jailed.

The enormity of the crimes which could have been committed to propel Obama into the White House and maintain him there could be too much for most people’s consciousness to absorb.  On her website over the past four years, Taitz has discussed evidence of identity fraud, racketeering, election fraud, Social Security fraud, forgery, wire fraud and ineligibility for the office.  Other attorneys have brought some of the same concerns to the courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, which have not allowed discovery of the facts of Obama’s background.
