DEFINITION OF “PRIMA FACIE”: On first appearance. A fact presumed to be true UNLESS IT IS DISPROVED. In common parlance the term prima facie is used to describe the apparent nature of something upon initial observation. Evidence that is sufficient to raise a presumption of fact or to establish the fact in question UNLESS REBUTTED.

The FBI, CIA, Secret Service, the U.S. Congress, the U.S. Senate, the U.S. Judicial System, and High Brass within the U.S. Military have all lost the people’s trust. I myself feel betrayed by the aforementioned. When it came time to take a stand and honor their oaths to protect the Constitution. they all stood down. What a disgrace they have become to us and to those who have died protecting the very thing that gives them power through the people to do what they do in the U.S. government, the United States Constitution.
History will reveal this great betrayal within the time of the Prima Facie President.
