ARE CHARGES OF TREASON IN ORDER?

(Jan. 24, 2013) — Members of Congress have questioned and objected to the planned departure of four U.S. F-16 fighter jets bound for Egypt today after President Mohamed Morsi indicated that he desires the destruction of Israel. Obama ignored objections from Congress voiced last month.
Morsi was raised with the beliefs of The Muslim Brotherhood, which desires the destruction of Western civilization and Israel and the installation of Sharia Law.
By the end of 2013, twelve additional jets and 200 Abrams tanks are expected to be delivered to Egypt, having been promised to former dictator Hosni Mubarak, who was jailed after being deposed during the “Arab Spring” supported by the Obama regime. The total value of the gift is reported to be approximately $1B.
Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi attempted to seize new powers and forced a referendum on a new constitution heavily-influenced by his Muslim Brotherhood supporters on December 15. The constitution was approved with a very low voter turnout despite protests, some of which were violent. Several groups protested outside of Morsi’s presidential palace after his power grab.
It is believed by some that Morsi intends to install Islamic law in Egypt, and Christians have been increasingly persecuted since Morsi’s ascension to the presidency in June 2012.
Rep. Louis Gohmert of Texas, who has been outspoken about the honoring of the “gift” by Obama promised when Mubarak was still in office, said that “My hope and prayer is that someone in this administration will wake up and smell the burning of Israel’s future and rescind the supply of planes and tanks.”
Mubarak had taken a conciliatory tone toward Israel over his 32 years in office. Morsi has called Obama a liar and urged parents to raise their children to hate Jews. Morsi has called the Israelis “blood-suckers.”
The Obama regime has hired and promoted members of The Muslim Brotherhood and affiliated groups to positions within the U.S. government and formally recognized it as a political force in Egypt.
At 8:38 a.m. EST on Thursday, Sen. John McCain told Fox & Friends that the military accoutrements are not a “gift” and that Morsi’s government will pay for them. The jets are considered part of the United States’ “defense relationship” with Egypt.
The U.S. Constitution considers “treason” a “high crime and misdemeanor,” which is an impeachable offense.
Editor’s Note: A Georgia citizen sent a letter to his congressman and several others last May demanding that Obama be charged with treason for his overtures to The Muslim Brotherhood to which he received no response.

The Constitution of the United States in Article III, Section 3., states: “Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”, and “The Congress shall have the Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, . . . “.
The Muslim Brotherhood (MB) is a self declared enemy of the United States according to their “Memorandum” (An Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goal for the Group in North America, by the Muslim Brotherhood operative Mohamed Akram (Adlouni)). Written in 1987 but not published until May 22, 1991; at its heart, Akram’s document details a plan to conquer and Islamize the United States, not as an ultimate objective, but merely as a stepping stone toward the larger goal of one day creating “the global Islamic state (caliphate).” Akram proposed coordination of 29 Islamic groups in a campaign of takiya (lies) for a “peaceful” infiltration and eventual takeover.
The Muslim Brotherhood was so violent, in actuality, that it was banned in Egypt, and in Syria in 1982, 25,000 of its followers were killed in the city of Hama alone, in an attempted takeover of the country. Bin Laden split with the Brotherhood due to ideological differences, primarily in methods of the use of jihad. The MB has past ties to terror group Hamas and espouses the implementation of Shariah law. Some of the 29 Islamic groups that support the MB efforts in America were implicated in the Holy Land Foundation trials of 2007 and 2008. HLF was formed in 1995 by President Clinton’s EO 12947.
The MB claimed no interest in positions of power during the reformation of government in Egypt but now has a frontrunner for president. And now, with the hawks in congress advocating for rebel support in Syria, the MB has regained a position of prominence. The MB is supported by the mid-east “oil states”, especially Saudi Arabia, from which they get the wherewithal to purchase the weapons and support that they give to the Syrian (MB?) rebels.
Speaking for the president in reference to the meeting he hosted on April 3, 2012 for the Muslim Brotherhood: “White House press secretary Jay Carney said it is clear to all observers that the Islamic group will be “a major player” going forward in Egyptian politics, and the Obama administration’s policy of engagement is the one they believe “has the best chance of succeeding.””
So the president hosts an organization in the White House with a history of violence, who have self declared that they are an enemy of the United States and were banned in the prominent mideastern countries of Egypt and Syria.
The president is also complicit in the overthrow of other muslim leaders in various other countries as noted and referenced in the previous eight letters which I have sent you. And the MB has bubbled up to positions of prominence in these other countries, as well. The president’s position relative to the Muslim Brotherhood is beyond coincidence. The president’s connection to the Arab Spring is not clear but his fingerprints are on that operation for those who can find them.
Arab Spring failed in north Africa but the president has sent troops in to assist the (MB) rebels in their efforts to attain political control. South Sudan is the most recent joke on the We the People with the unconstitutional launch of troops into that sovereign nation. The president used a belated letter to congress referencing the equally unconstitutional War Powers Resolution to “authorize” that mission but never followed up when the six month time limit provisions expired, other than to send more troops. And congress slept.
So the president hosts and supports the Muslim Brotherhood. He assists their efforts in gaining political control in countries whose governments are overthrown through efforts of the president. The Muslim Brotherhood is our declared enemy. The president adheres to their policy and aids them in its furtherance. This is treason, pure and simple. And this is also the very best example of why our founding documents precluded anyone but an American (natural born citizen) from leading our great Nation as President.
It is absolutely imperative that you bring charges of treason against the usurper in the White House. Charge the president under the provisions of the 2013 NDAA and ban the Muslim Brotherhood and all its various sub-groups and entangled entities from operation in America. National security is at issue. Time is of the essence in this matter!
