WILL OBAMA ELECTORS BE CASTING VOTES FOR A CANDIDATE WITH A FALSE IDENTITY?

(Dec. 13, 2012) — On Wednesday, Atty. Orly Taitz filed a new lawsuit in the Eastern District of California on behalf of presidential electors and several presidential candidates asking for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief from defendants including Barack Hussein Obama, his known aliases, Joseph Biden, the Electoral College, the governor of California and others. Taitz based her case on “fraud and use of forged IDs by Candidate Obama” in the 2012 election.
In the case, Grinols et al v. electoral college, Taitz also claims that Obama is using a “fraudulently obtained Social Security number” issued from the state of Connecticut where Obama has never worked or lived, as reported previously by The Post & Email.
“There are several layers to this lawsuit,” Taitz said. “I’m asking to stay the certification of Obama before the electoral vote. Second, if that is not done, then I’m asking to either stay or enjoin electoral votes for Obama due to fraud, and if that does not work, to enjoin certification by Congress of the electoral vote. So if any of those benchmarks have passed, it will still go on.”
Taitz told The Post & Email exclusively that she flew to Sacramento on December 10 and became licensed to practice law in the Eastern District of California, having previously been licensed only in the Central District. “I took the oath, completed the paperwork and paid the registration fee in order to be admitted as an attorney in the Eastern District of California,” she said. One of her reasons was that the governor and secretary of state’s offices are located there. Taitz reported on Thursday that the case has been assigned to Chief Judge Morrison England.
A different case filed by Taitz and adjudicated by Central District Judge David O. Carter is currently in front of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Carter had appeared willing to hear oral arguments on the “natural born Citizen” question in the summer of 2010 but suddenly reversed course, stating that his court did not have jurisdiction.
The day before, Taitz had filed a lawsuit on behalf of presidential candidates to withhold the certification of California’s 55 electoral votes on which U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy is expected to issue a ruling “any day.”
Reflecting on a case filed in Mississippi charging Obama, the Democrat Party of Mississippi and Obama for America with racketeering, Taitz said, “What is more important is that the commissioner of Social Security defaulted recently. It’s unbelievable what’s going on. We have a president using a bogus Social Security number and the commissioner of Social Security defaulting. It’s just a mess, ” Taitz told us. She has asked for a default judgment and default judgment discovery.
