TAXPAYER-FUNDED TRAINING PROGRAM DEMONIZES FITZPATRICK, HUFF AND THE POST & EMAIL

(Oct. 10, 2012) — On August 23, 2012, The Post & Email wrote the following letter to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) to submit an Open Records request under TCA 10-7-503, which allows seven business days in which to provide a response.
We were referred to the TBI after first contacting the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security. Both agencies’ logos are shown at the conclusion of a training DVD dealing with the “Sovereign Citizen” movement, which the FBI reports is one of five priority law enforcement concerns in the nation today. The program was funded by a grant from the Bureau of Justice Assistance, which is a division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
The Power Point section of the training program identifies Darren Wesley Huff and Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III as “Sovereign Citizens” in the same category as Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh and his accomplice, Terry Nichols. Huff is in federal prison and Fitzpatrick is being prosecuted in a case fraught with unlawful components, including the compromised grand jury foreman, who is at least 84 years old and has no appointing order by her own admission.
To date, we have received no response from the TBI.

RE: REQUEST FOR INFORMATION UNDER TENNESSEE OPEN RECORDS ACT
Please find enclosed a copy of a letter received from the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security regarding an open records request submitted on August 1, 2012, a copy of which is also enclosed.
I am specifically asking that your agency address item #4 referenced in the letter, the records for which the Department of Safety and Homeland Security states you are the custodian.
In addition, I am submitting a second request for any and all documentation generated in the production of the TBI/FBI “Suspicious Activity Reporting” DVD which includes a PowerPoint section depicting Darren Wesley Huff, now in federal prison, and Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III as “Sovereign Citizens.” I am requesting any documentation which contains references to “The Post & Email,” “Post and Email,” “Post and E-Mail,” or any variation thereof which was included in a slide on the training program in association with Fitzpatrick’s name.
The training program contains a slide which depicts “Birthers” as “Sovereign Citizens.” Has any documentation been produced to update that slide to indicate that a later birth certificate of Obama’s, the “long-form” presented to the public on April 27, 2011, has been declared “definitely fraudulent” by the Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff’s Office? If so, I would like a copy of it. If not, is there a written plan to do so?
I would like copies of documentation on file which contains the names of all personnel from your agency who contributed to the production of this training program. I am also requesting documentation exchanged between and among individuals at the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation regarding the production of the “SAR” DVD.
If there is a document which lists all of the law enforcement offices to which the DVD was distributed upon its completion, I would appreciate a copy of that as well.

Dear Director Gwyn:
On August 23, 2012, I sent a request under the Tennessee Open Records Act (TCA 10-7-503) to your agency in search of documentation regarding the “SAR Line Officer” training program DVD which includes a reference to my electronic newspaper, The Post & Email, used without my permission or consent and funded by taxpayer dollars.
The law mandates a response within seven business days, which your agency has failed to provide.
For the past three years, my newspaper has been investigating crime and government corruption in Tennessee, specifically in the Tenth Judicial District, which is now reportedly under investigation by your agency. The type of misconduct alleged in recent articles in The Chattanooga Times Free Press has long been known to my publication and my readers, many of whom live in the Tenth District. The corruption goes much, much deeper than what the Times Free Press has described.
LCDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III has provided information to your agency which could have led to the apprehension of the murderers of Mr. Jim Miller in July 2010, but you have failed to utilize it. By failing to investigate his claims, is your agency protecting local government which could be involved?
Judicial corruption and rigged grand juries are the norm in Tennessee, yet your agency has failed to investigate judges who routinely break the law, denying citizens due process and falsifying information to achieve a conviction. According to TCA 16-2-506 and 510, grand juries are supposed to be convened at the district level, not the county level, but the judiciary never took notice of the laws passed in 1984.
A representative of your agency, Agent Cathy Pendleton, told Fitzpatrick two years ago that in order for the TBI to investigate a judge, an order from a district attorney general would be necessary. Pendleton ended up hanging up on Fitzpatrick in a most unprofessional manner. We have the call recorded and broadcast at The Post & Email.
You are now investigating the District Attorney General’s office itself. That probe should include all of the judges who have made law from the bench, routinely violated state statutes, and forbidden members of the public to observe public hearings. Local police and defense attorneys are part of the corruption ring.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is running a prisoners-for-profit enterprise through the county jail, which was placed under a “Plan of Action” and is unfit for human habitation, yet your agency does nothing.
Your community, sir, is truly lawless.
I am seeking your prompt cooperation in providing a response to my Open Records request as required by state law.

In a letter dated September 27, 2012, the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security provided a response to our second Open Records request of September 18, 2012 stating that “The Department is currently in the process of retrieving, reviewing, and/or redacting the records. By November 30, 2012, either the records you have requested [sic] receive copies of will be available or a determination of accessibility and availability will be made regarding the requested records.”
A previous letter contained the same wording with the exception of the dates and yielded no documentation.
As a Veteran, one of many things that are sad, to see that Sargeant York who was from Tennessee, was the most highly decorated Veteran in the U.S. Military. Many people don’t know that, there are many fine people in the state of Tennessee but the people we see here that are involved with the corruption are not Tennessee’s finest or the brightest lights on the Christmas tree. The fact that Obama’s henchmen had raided the Gibson Guitar factory in Nashville TWO YEARS in a row should be evidence of how these people operate. It turned out that the false claims of illegal paperwork for rare woods was false of course, the real truth was that the president of Gibson IS a Republican AND Conservative AND he donated money to the Republican Party AND Gibson is one of the few musical instrument manufacturers left in the U.S. that is NOT Union! So, Bari Shabazz and his boys wouldn’t have any of that! Anyone else that gets in their way gets the same treatment, Walt, Darren, Wood, Lakin or any other Veteran that stands up for the Constitution. A man came in to where I work the other day and someone asked him who he would vote for. He answered “not Romney”-he is this and he is that and blah blah. He wanted Obama and someone asked him about the Constitution and his answer was-“Well you know the Constituton is old and in a modern world, we really don’t need that, it needs to be changed”. I knew he was a Democrat and hard core. He revealed a dark deep secret without even knowing what he had said and that was the heart of most Democrats believe that the original laws are to be changed and nothing can be learned from them, they are “outmoded” and not usable in today’s society. Nothing could be farther from the truth and there is a similarity in thinking though I couldn’t ask him and wanted to, that question would be “Do you believe in the Bible and what is written?” Since about 85% of the Constitution was written on Bibilical Principal, neither one would make any sense to these liberal Communists since BOTH require MORAL CLARITY to understand them and they don’t want that. Not everyone is Christian but the America was built on Christian Judeo Principles, not any other “man made” religion. I was taught by an old minister that in order to understand misconceptions about Christianity, you have to divide it in half. On one side you have “non-denominational” and on the other side you have “denominational”. What is the difference? In non-denominational-you read strictly out of Old & New Testament and quote scripture. In denominational no matter what it is called- you have “man injected law”. Man has no business in God’s law and that’s why there is so much division in “Christianity”. One is straight from God’s word, the other is tainted with man’s ideas and idolitry. Seems to be some similarity in two “Political” parties. Though some of the Constitution’s ideas came from the original writings/outlines of Vattel for social and military order and “assumption of law”. It became a “guideline” for the founding father to lay out a fair and self checking system that would last the test of time. Unless of course you bring in a lot of ignorant and greedy group like the one in power at this time who has ignored and violated every part of the Constitution and serve Socialist ideals that run counter to everything written in the Constitution AND the Bible. I hope there are enough people with God in their life and with brains and some intelligence that will vote for the Constitution not the Communist Manifesto this time around. America’s survival is at stake, don’t blow it folks.
We are seeing the deliberate obfuscation by government “public trustee’s” at all levels. America is coming apart and all we see are people trying to make money on the spoils. The Post Email is the only media that is keeping up with any of this at speed and is keeping pace with the corruption that is out of control. How do you prosecute the Judicial when they are initiating the crime? How can you call the LEO’s when they committed the murder? Who’s on first? What is the DNC Law Firm of Perkinds Coie in Seattle hiding with Obama’s papers and background? A man child that deserves no attention. Col. Allen West may hopefully soon be his replacement after this voting session. America and the American Patriots/Citizens can not take 4 more years of this. Theft has been good to them but even the genius “Blago” ended up in jail? What’s the hold up for the rest? Treason, Perjury and Election Fraud!
