ENTITLEMENTS MEAN MORE GOVERNMENT AND LESS FREEDOM

(Oct. 3, 2012) — We avoid unwanted and unwarranted intrusive behavior by anyone, be it a nosy next-door neighbor or an out-of-control government run by thugs, goons, and your “not-going-to-abide-by-the-Oath” politicians. In a perfect world, there is no government. Everybody behaves in a rational manner and, consequently, there’s no need for the police, courts, or prisons. That’s the goal, or should be, one would think, but then of course you’d be wrong, totally wrong.
For some completely unfathomable reason, there are those out there who actually never grew up, for whatever reason, and never will mature past the age of dependence: they substitute the government caring for their needs as once they relied on their mother to provide for them, and we know such parasites as suffering from “Entitlement Disease.” No “work ethic” for that group. The terms “elbow grease” and “hard work” are meaningless because they have no meaning. The sad part is that’s it’s an animal that’s been created by the government, on purpose, because society found it easier to silence ignorance rather than eradicate ignorance.
The best example of stupid people attempting to make-believe that they are on some path to righteousness is the New Black Panthers. Four years ago they intimidated voters, or, to put it truthfully, they denied fellow citizens the very freedoms that they themselves enjoyed. It used to be that kidnapping was a capital offense, or, to put it truthfully, denying a citizen of his right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness was a capital offense, as it should be. Wars were fought to preserve those very freedoms, so who cares who takes them away from you? Whether an army or an individual, the result is still the same, and yet Obama’s Attorney General refused to prosecute those who did what Hitler tried to do.
It would be cost-effective for the US to deport Communist and Palestinian sympathizers to a Communist country rather than to put-up with their childish rhetoric, hearing people whine about how they aren’t rich and successful when all it would take is to get off the bar stool and see if they’ve enough brains to find the nearest public library.
We have a country of lazy bums, starting with our elected politicians in Washington and spreading far and wide to every government employee. Then we have Washington actually pay out money for “disabilities” when the only disability (most of the time) is nothing more than a scam to steal either money or a vote, or both.
You can’t get something for nothing and there’s no such thing as a free ride. Less government, less regulation, less looking over your shoulder means more freedom, and more freedom means the ability to live where you want, to pursue your dreams as you see fit, and to speak, read and write as you so desire. Less, in this case, is more.
Rather than Congress making more laws, I wish they would start to repeal some of them. We are over-regulated and over-taxed. I advocate less government, whereas Obots want more. I advocate more freedoms when Obots want fewer. I advocate more Civil Rights when Obots want fewer. So it comes down to two camps: those who want Freedom and those who choose to live as slaves. Non-Obots vs. Obots. Freedom of speech vs. no freedom of speech. And if you have to think about it, welcome to the Land of Ignorance, welcome to The Land that Reason Forgot, and if I can get my way, bon voyage to your new home in Libya, Egypt or China.
