“I HAVE THE SMOKING GUN”

(Sep. 29, 2012) — The following article was received earlier today from Tennessee state inmate Todd Joseph Sweet, who has a hearing scheduled in February following his submission of a post-conviction petition to the court at the end of June. Sweet pleaded “not guilty” to charges of forgery and criminal simulation but was convicted by a Monroe County jury in April 2009 of both. Sweet is currently working as the law clerk at the Turney Center Industrial Complex located in Only, TN, which appears to have a new warden since we last checked.
