HEARINGS IN MISSISSIPPI, INDIANA AND KANSAS

by Sharon Rondeau

The name “Mississippi” comes from the Ojibwe Indian language meaning “Great River”

(Sep. 24, 2012) — Atty. Orly Taitz will be attending a hearing in Jackson, MS on Monday regarding an eligibility challenge filed there.

On Wednesday, a hearing is scheduled with Judge S.K. Reid in the Marion County Superior Court regarding the possibility of an injunction to omit Obama’s name from the Indiana ballot.  Judge Reid had granted three of four motions which Taitz had argued in early August.

Taitz will be representing a plaintiff in Topeka, KS on October 3 in a recently-filed court case.  She had attended a ballot challenge hearing at the Capitol last Monday for which the objection had been withdrawn.  Taitz told The Post & Email that a protest by a group called “Bias Busters” has been organized to take place in front of the courthouse on October 3.

On Friday, September 28, Taitz will be appearing for an hour on the Stephanie Miller Show on television at 8:00 a.m. PDT.  Miller has both a television and radio show.  Taitz will be a guest on Jeff Rense’s radio show at 8:00 p.m. also for an hour on Friday.

Taitz told The Post & Email that she continues to receive threatening phone calls in the middle of the night as well as text messages which she has “saved for evidence.”

A case recently filed in California on behalf of several presidential candidates contends that “Barack Obama” is using a fraudulent Social Security number.
