Open Letter to Debbie Wasserman Schultz: Are You a Criminal?

Dear Rep. Wasserman Schultz:

I am editor and owner of an electronic newspaper, The Post & Email, which reports on government corruption at all levels.

Over the last three and one-half years, Barack Hussein Obama II has spent considerable sums of money, much of which has been reported to have come from the Democrat National Committee, to keep his birth records, college records and other personal data sealed.  He has allowed distinguished military men to be imprisoned and countless lawsuits to be filed so that he would not have to show an official birth certificate.  Earlier this year, it was revealed that his literary agent had touted his biography, with the claim that he had been born in Kenya, for 16 years before suddenly changing the narrative in 2007 to say that he was born in Hawaii.

Does that not seem a bit strange to you?

Whether or not Obama was born in this country is only one factor in determining whether or not he meets the constitutional definition of “natural born Citizen” found in Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution.  Or do the Democrats not care any longer about what that document says?

After pressure from Donald Trump early last year, Obama finally released what he claims is a certified copy of his long-form birth certificate, but it was immediately declared a forgery by numerous experts, some of whom have staked their reputation on their assessment of it.  At least one of those experts sent his report claiming that the image was a forgery along with a criminal complaint to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Last the Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff’s Office and ancillary Cold Case Posse performed an extensive investigation into authenticity of the image at the request of voters in the county.  In a press conference held on March 1, both the birth certificate and Obama’s purported Selective Service registration card were deemed to be “computer-generated forgeries.”  On July 17, the investigators pronounced the birth certificate image to be “definitely fraudulent.”

Arpaio has called for a congressional or Department of Justice investigation, but with a political appointee such as Eric Holder who selectively prosecutes cases according to his own whims, it is doubtful that he would direct the Justice Department to take action. Both Holder and Obama, the man you plan to nominate to run for president again based on fraud and deception, have withheld documents pertaining to Fast & Furious, an illegal gun-walking operation which has cost hundreds of lives, at least two of them American.  Holder’s role in that ill-conceived plan leaves little faith in him as the chief law enforcement officer in the country.

I have personally contacted the FBI in Washington, DC, which is aware of Arpaio’s office’s investigation and the results, but because the agency reports to the Department of Justice, it is doubtful that anyone there will take a principled position, either.  Instead, under Obama, the FBI is persecuting and arresting people, particularly military veterans, who have committed no crime, but oppose Obama’s policies or point to longstanding government corruption, as both The Rutherford Institute and my newspaper have been reporting.

At least two private investigators have stated publicly that Obama is using a Social Security number issued to a resident of Connecticut who was born in 1890.  Social Security numbers are not reassigned, so the question is:  Where did Obama obtain the number, and from whom?

Obama’s life story is disjunct, confusing, and simply does not withstand close scrutiny.  There is no evidence that his “parents” ever married, as he claims.  In fact, there is no evidence that they are even his parents.  Former Hawaii Department of Health Director, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, had described Obama’s birth certificate as “half typed and half handwritten” 16 days prior to its release, but that was not what was displayed on the internet in April of last year.  The image lacks an official seal and has been reported to have been created using layers and not originating from a real paper document.

While the Obama regime has controlled the media and put out purposeful disinformation to the public in an attempt to convince people not paying close attention that he is legitimate, the overwhelming evidence is that he has lied about his birthplace, background, circumstances surrounding his college attendance, and his Marxist orientation.  Whether or not he was born in Hawaii now makes no difference.

Are you not concerned that as a result of your plans to support a man who presents forgeries rather than authentic documents to the public, you also could be charged with aiding and abetting the serious crimes of forgery, election fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, misuse of government property, and racketeering?

After a three and one-half year probe into the practices of Sheriff Arpaio’s office and multiple allegations of racial profiling, the U.S. Department of Justice suddenly announced on August 31 that it was dropping its investigation and would file no charges against Arpaio.  Is that because Arpaio knows that Eric Holder, as head of the DOJ, is aiding and abetting Obama’s crimes?

While Obama’s behavior becomes more and more erratic, unreliable, and unconstitutional, your party insists on maintaining its support of him.  Why?  Is there not another person in your party who a) meets the definition of “natural born Citizen” as stipulated in Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution; b) can show authentic, unaltered documents to the public about his background; and c) tells the truth?

The dam is about to burst on Obama’s deceit, and all who blindly supported him will be scrutinized as to what they knew and when they knew it.  We know that “Obama,” which is probably not his real name, is a fraud, a liar and a traitor to the United States.  Is this the image which the Democrat Party wishes to present to the American people?

Obama’s house of cards is collapsing, and it would be wise for you to act before it’s too late.
