SEEKS DEFINITION OF “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN”

(Jul. 17, 2012) — The Post & Email has previously reported on the candidacy of John Dummett, who is running as a Republican for President of the United States.
A prolific writer, Dummett contends on his website that “ordinary citizens” are not able to seek public office without the approval of leaders from both of the major political parties and would like to see the situation changed.
As a presidential candidate, Dummett is named as a plaintiff on cases filed by Atty. Van Irion of Liberty Legal Foundation in several states challenging the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama. Dummett is also represented by Atty. Gary Kreep in a challenge filed in his home state of California asking Debra Bowen, the Secretary of State, to render a definition of the requirement “natural born Citizen” found in Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution. Dummett reported that that case is still active. Kreep and Dummett are seeking an injunction to keep both Romney and Obama off the state ballot for November until it is proven that they are constitutionally eligible to serve under Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution.
Recently Dummett filed paperwork in the state of Indiana as a write-in candidate. Having chosen a vice president, she filed her paperwork with the Indiana Secretary of State’s office but was told that it was not filed on time. Dummett stated that that “is an excuse” because he has “proof” that the filing was done timely. “Her paperwork was in before mine was, ” he said. Dummett has filed a challenge to the eligibility of both Mitt Romney and Barack Hussein Obama in Indiana.
In Tennessee, Dummett’s attorney, Van Irion, was threatened with sanctions for raising a “frivolous” issue. Irion then filed a motion asking the court to sanction the DNC and other defendants, claiming that “Defendants and their counsel knowingly lied to this court.” Dummett reported that the case has since been dismissed.

In Arizona, a challenge filed by Irion with Dummett as one of the plaintiffs was dismissed but will be appealed to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which formerly ruled that a presidential candidate would have “standing” to challenge the qualifications of another “before the election.”
Dummett believes there is a great deal of corruption in our government which has caused the political parties to disregard the matter of presidential eligibility. “This isn’t an issue of going after Barack Obama; it’s an issue of straightening out the Constitution and making sure it works right,” Dummett said.
Shortly after we interviewed Dummett, he reported in an email:
Indiana just sent me some information just after we talked. They told me that I could not challenge any candidate until after the candidate is nominated. This means I can’t file until after the conventions.
As you can imagine I think this is a lame excuse. I will be contacting my attorneys over this,
Early this month, a judge in Florida had ruled in favor of Obama’s attorneys citing the same reason: that Obama is not officially the Democrat Party presidential nominee, even though his is the only name on the ballot.
Regarding his quest to obtain a determination what the Founders definitively meant by the term “natural born Citizen,” Dummett said, “If we can’t get justice in this country and we can’t even be heard, our nation is gone. Our Republic is over; it’s the end of that 200+-year run, and now we’re dealing with some other animal. We’re definitely not a constitutional republic anymore.”
Dummett clarified that he currently holds write-in status on six state ballots but will not officially have his name on any ballot. If he does not win the 2012 election, he plans on seeking public office in 2016. He is currently employed by the California Department of Fish and Game as a Staff Programmer Analyst.
Another joke on the “Republican Party” is Marco Rubio. Great guy, lots of knowledge BUT, when his parents moved from Cuba to the U.S., they waited 4 years to apply for U.S. citizenship and during that time, Marco was born before they became U.S. citizens! Wooopsy! Is that “Natural Born”, NO. It doesn’t matter how much you WANT to be “Natural Born”, you either ARE or you ARE NOT by the written Constitutional Law. So, Art.2 Sect.1 Phrase 5 about “Natural Born” being POTUS does apply but many are thinking since Obama is possibly illegal, why shouldn’t Marco be able to run. Well, here again we have Law and we have people thinking. The Constitution has not been rewritten and “Natural Born” is still the law as stated whether someone thinks this or that is of no matter other than what the “written law” says. If I violate the “law”, my opinion is of no matter, it will be settled in a court at the time of trial and the outcome will determine if and how the law was broken/violated, period, that’s why we have a court system that is SUPPOSED to work when not tampered with by corrupted “officials” that choose obfuscation, misprision or misprision of felony instead of following the “written law” and they just “make up their own” laws as in Tennessee or the Federal level or in Senate/Congress or in “Supreme Court”!? Many years ago, the “Supreme Court” was the highest and most respected area of Law that you could work in as a student of the law. Today, it looks like it’s the “Supreme Court Of Corruption”??%$ Is that a Democrat thing or just another attempt at “reinventing the wheel”?? Last time I looked, all wheels were still round as in math and 3.14 from many years ago. Nothing new here except entitlement morons trying to rebuild “The Tower Of Babel”. Maybe in November, we should send all these people home or to jail or both. NO MORE GOVERNMENT PAYCHECKS FOR BAD PEOPLE, THE SYSTEM IS BROKE, READ OUR LIPS, NO MORE BENEFITS AND RETIREMENT FOR BAD PEOPLE, NO MORE PARASITES TO SUCK OR MONEY UP AND GIVE IT AWAY TO PEOPLE THAT HATE US. Pack up your desks and get out!
Born of “two U.S. citizen parents” is Natural Born and as POTUS you CANNOT hold DUAL Citizenships to be POTUS. Obama became a citizen of Indonesia to be a student/adopted child there by Indonesian Law under Jakarta and as a Muslim at Jakarta’s prep school. If Malcolm X was his father, then he is Natural Born but he cannot be POTUS and hold dual citizenship as he attended college on a “foreign student scholarship” and the Ayers family paid for some of that. There were many Democratic operatives tied to Malcolm X the Muslim and all his Communist/Socialist/Atheist/Radical/Anti-American hater associates. Look online to see how many of our Senate, Congress and the Democratic Party belong to the American Communist Party. Why are people that defy, hate and oppose the American life and Constitution loyal members of the Communist Party on the government payroll?? Any computer search box can give you the information. The lights are on but nobody’s home and we’re paying the electric bill. Helllloooo!
