WHAT ARE THE MONROE COUNTY CLERKS AND PROSECUTORS THINKING NOW?

from an Observer

Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III, May 4, 2012

(May 4, 2012) — The following eyewitness account was submitted in regard to the status hearing for Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III which took place on May 4, 2012 on the charge of “tampering with government records.”

Walt was at his best, his experience came thru, and allowed him to use the strategy he had planned.  He got in the record everything he set out to do.  The judge is now prejudiced to the motions which Walt will formally introduce before the 25th.

Rush was horribly out classed and knew it.  Walt had established himself as competent before Rush got to say anything and what he finally got out was demeaning to Walt.

One of the classic moments was when Rush attempted to restrict Walt from wearing his uniform in court.  He told the judge that they had contacted the Navy and the Navy said it was inappropriate for Walt to do so.  The judge told Rush there was nothing in the military code to prevent Walt from wearing his uniform.

Walt hit a home run when he complimented the judge on his Bronze Stars.  Judge Kurtz had actually graduated from The Citadel and served as an officer in Viet Nam.  He got his JD later.  So he and Walt had a discussion about the judge’s Bronze Stars.

Walt insisted that the judge read back the motion dates and court date.  When Walt verified the court time as 1300 hrs, the judge said he hadn’t heard that in a long time and acted like it was old home week.

But Kurtz is fair and honest as much as I can see.  He will hear the arguments on the motions and make his decision as to whether to go on or dismiss.

  1. Walt,
Outstanding! I wouldn’t expect anything less from a Naval Academy Grad and outstanding Naval Officer! Looks good in dress whites, knows the regs and fired rounds midships, well done! Standing by! Good to know we have a real Veteran judge and not some cloned wimp beancounter that can’t tie his shoes but passed “The Bar”. Maybe we’ll see someone from the judicial that will stand up for the WRITTEN LAW and not his paycheck and do his job by the LAW not the left’s corrupt self serving agenda! I thought we were supposed to have a “judicial” that was without “political party representation” and not just controlled by the “Democratic” party? What happened to that? Another testimony to the “Premis of Trust Law”? Maybe we need to rewrite that too, at least to “suit” the Conservatives this time around?
