Is the FBI Investigating the Cold Case Posse’s Findings of Forgery and Fraud?

OR WILL THEY LOOK THE OTHER WAY?

(Mar. 9, 2012) — At 12:57 p.m., The Post & Email contacted the Washington, DC Field Office of the FBI at (202) 278-2000.  We were directed to Ms. Lindsay Godwin, the media contact, where we left a voice message with our contact information and website.  We then sent the following email as a follow-up:

Hello, I left you a voice message at 12:57 p.m. ET regarding the press conference held on March 1, 2012 by Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse, whose research over a six-month period showed that both the “birth certificate” and the Selective Service registration card released to the public bearing the name “Barack Hussein Obama” are forgeries.

What is the FBI doing to either refute the findings of the Cold Case Posse by authenticating the documents and assuring the public that massive fraud has not been committed or to investigate the conclusions?  What are members of the FBI, who are paid with taxpayer dollars, doing to uphold their oaths to the U.S. Constitution and prosecute crime wherever it is found?

Why has neither Obama nor anyone in the White House refuted the claims of forgery and fraud made by the sheriff and his investigative team?

If Obama or someone on his behalf has committed forgery and fraud, is the FBI going to allow it to occur again in the election of 2012?

Given all of the online news reports about the Cold Case Posse news conference, is any of the media asking these questions?  If not, why not?

Is anyone investigating the claims of fraud and forgery?

The FBI states as the role of the Directorate of Intelligence:

Every day, special agents, intelligence analysts, language analysts, and professional support staff within our division and in the field are working to inform and support FBI operational activities. A key component of the National Security Branch, the Directorate of Intelligence manages all FBI intelligence activities and works with all Bureau offices, making certain that intelligence is embedded in every investigative program and field office. We continue to adapt and improve upon our collection, analysis, and dissemination capabilities in a proactive fashion, while protecting the civil liberties of all Americans.

The Post & Email has been told by an eyewitness that agents at the Knoxville, TN office of the FBI stated that serious consequences such as rioting would ensue “if Obama’s name were removed from the ballot.”  Is that more significant than the possibility that the biggest fraud in history has been perpetrated on the American people?  Is allowing Obama and/or his co-conspirators to again commit fraud in the 2012 election acceptable to these public servants sworn to uphold the U.S. Constitution?

Will they allow it to stand?

And why has neither Obama nor the White House responded to the findings?  Is it for the same reason that they never responded to LCDR Walter Fitzpatrick’s treason complaint?  Are the charges therefore valid?

This morning, The Post & Email continued its contacts to state Democrat Parties around the country begun last week following a press conference held on March 1, 2012 by Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse which concluded that Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration card were likely “computer-generated” forgeries.

Arpaio had been approached last summer by members of the Surprise, AZ Tea Party who were concerned that election fraud would be perpetrated on Maricopa County if the image released to the public last April purported to be Obama’s long-form birth certificate turned out to be a forgery as some analysts had said.  Various professionals familiar with computer graphics programs, typesetting, and imaging software stated that the image contained layers that the scan of a paper document would not have had.

Not one of the media contacts from the Democrat state headquarters contacted last week returned our emails or phone calls.

Today The Post & Email contacted the Democrat Party headquarters of Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Georgia.  No responses have been received at press time, which is 3:46 p.m. ET.

In Tennessee, the person answering the phone took a message which he said he would relay to the media contact person, Mr. Brandon Humphries.

In Kentucky, the person connected me to the voice mail of Matt Irwin, the media contact, and we left a voice message.

In Arkansas, the person answering the phone enthusiastically greeted us with “It’s a great day to be an Arkansas Democrat!  How may we help you?”  Our connection to the media contact’s voice mail did not complete, and the receptionist therefore took a message.  He did not seem to be familiar with the Maricopa County, AZ investigation.  He asked if the birth certificates of “other presidential candidates” were also examined, and we told him “No, but our readers have been investigating the constitutional eligibility of candidates Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum as well as Obama on the basis that their respective fathers might not have been naturalized U.S. citizens at the time of their respective births, thereby possibly disqualifying them from meeting the requirement of “natural born Citizen.”  The receptionist then took our contact information and said he would relay it to the appropriate individual.

In Mississippi, we left a voice message for the executive director, as there did not appear to be a media contact designated.

In Georgia, we left a voice message for Eric Graves, the media inquiry person.  Late last month, the executive director of the Georgia Democrats tendered her resignation amidst financial trouble which indicated that there was funding for the party for perhaps another 30 days.

No responses were received today, March 9, 2012.
