ARE STATE LEGISLATORS GUILTY OF “BLATANT OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE?”

(Nov. 24, 2011) — It is nice to see some folks still believe in personal integrity. But the real problem is the willingness of many people to be so easily manipulated. Yes, manipulated.
Manipulated? Manipulated by whom?
Well, let’s look at this question a little closer.
Since the Obamanation began, the notion has been expressed that it is the fault of we the people for permitting the current state of affairs to happen, that somehow we were remiss in not keeping tabs on what our representatives were doing. This can probably be traced to these ideas being planted by the obedient media.
As in most of the clever propaganda generated by the cabal-controlled media, there may be an element of truth lurking in the very depths of their information. It would appear to me that they are attempting to transfer responsibility for all of these criminal acts to the people: the victims, mind you, instead of pointing to those members of our society who are responsible. And that select group, my friends, is the Congress, the very same group of people who we elected to protect our interests. So…in a way you could say we the people were responsible. For it was we who elected these people who have now seen fit to dishonor their contract with those of us who elected them.
Instead of us intelligently analyzing what we were being told and applying some critical thinking to the information, we simply went along with the flow and accepted what we were being told. But now that we understand the game they play, many of us are reluctant to just go along for the ride, and it is that select group that continues to challenge the media. We challenge them, for they no longer act with integrity. The terms “ethics” and “morality” as they apply to the field of journalism today have long been a thing of the past.
One need look no farther than what’s happening right now in New Hampshire. When the politically-appointed, biased Ballot Law Commission obviously and collectively ignored an officially registered complaint which offered compelling evidence of Obama’s ineligibility and qualifications to appear on the 2012 ballot, they conspired to place his name on the ballot despite openly violating their own regulations.
So, here comes the twist by the cabal…instead of the commission being investigated for potentially engaging in an attempt to permit voter fraud, the Speaker of the House called for an investigation of those who are standing up for the Constitution. By color of the influence of their leadership roles, in order to shift the public focus away from the real criminal actions of permitting an unqualified candidate to appear on the ballot, they are attempting to spin the whole thing as being over the conduct of the those demanding Constitutional compliance.
Frankly, how can any real American tolerate such blatant obstruction of justice, such an overt and obvious violation of our Constitution?

As you can tell, the government corruption which some may have thought was isolated to just Washington is now revealing itself at the state level as well.
We may be victims, but we are victims of our own making. We have not held the elected officials accountable. How many times have we voted for the lesser of two evils. Why two? Because we sad number three had no chance. Even now people are talking about how they will vote for whomever is the Republican Candidate so that we can get rid of Obama. It never occurs to them that the Republican Candidate could be no better than Obama.
So, yes we are responsible for the terrible situation we are in. The next question is what are we going to do to get out of it. Hope that an election corrects the problem. Have you not heard about the voter fraud going on in this country. Have you not heard about how Voter ID is being called “racist”. The solution to this problem is not in the ballet box.

This link took me to a booklet on FOIA issues that our previous A.G. (bless him and thank God he was not reelected) had published. In that booklet was a sample request letter and directions on how to prepare and send it.
Perhaps your state will have something similar, but, if not, the link will still send you to your statutes and codes governing FOI requests.
I FAX’d a letter to our SOS and A.G. in Georgia on the 19th asking that Obama’s name be removed from our primary ballot due to ineligibility. That has been ignored, of course.
I contacted the SOS elections division on the 22nd to inquire how to file a FOIA request for the Obama’s DNC certification papers. They said they would check on it and “call me back”. The call me back ploy will never happen, either.
What I am trying to do is see if Georgia is more, or less, corrupt than New Hampshire.
Next step is to contact the A.G. office and get the forms to file the FOIA. In the process of this investigation something may happen in raising the level of awareness of the “eligibility issue”. Hope springs eternal!
Time to investigate the NH Commission. Subpoena phone records of each member that refused to investigate the legal complaint filed regarding barry soetero’s fraud. That will reveal the entire circle of communication, time frame, and the main influence over the corrupt decision. A few select numbers will surface at the end in addition to the member numbers and my bet is they are out state phone numbers?
NH should should change their motto, “be corrupt and lie”.
