CITIZEN SENDS TREASON COMPLAINT TO LONGSTANDING MEMBER OF THE U.S. HOUSE AND FORMER REAGAN APPOINTEE

The following letter was sent to Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, who is serving his 12th term from the 46th District of California:

Dear Representative Rohrabacher:
Multiple sworn affidavit criminal complaints naming Barack Hussein Obama and his criminal actors in the commission of treason have been filed in multiple states by US citizens. As a natural born citizen, I am demanding that you, Congressman Rohrabacher, act to fulfill your legal, moral and ethical responsibility, in accordance with your oath of office, and to act in good faith, to process these legally sworn affidavits.
It is your specific responsibility in these matters to take legal action against the traitors identified. Your failure to act makes you complicit and calls for criminal charges to be filed against you for Dereliction of Duty, Misprision of Felony and of what ever other suitable criminal action(s) you may be culpable.
As a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, I am calling on you Congressman, to act upon these criminal complaints and hold Barack Hussein Obama and his criminal assistants responsible for their treasonous acts against the United States of America and legitimate citizens.
I further demand you take a firm and public stand confirming your loyalty to the American Flag, the American people, the American Constitution by removing Barack Hussein Obama and his criminal assistants from the seats of office which they obtained by fraud and subversion. You are so ordered to reverse and make null and void all of the illegal and unlawful acts as detailed below and executed under his unlawful administration:
Specific instances of Treason include but are not limited to the following:
1. U.S. Army troops were deployed in Samson, Alabama on March 10, 2009. In response to a Freedom of Information request by the Dothan Eagle (see Lance Griffin), the Department of Army Inspector General found that the armed troops deployed to Samson, Alabama violated the Posse Comitatus Act, which restrains the use of the military for civilian law enforcement purposes.
2. BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA violated Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8 of the United States Constitution by becoming the first United States President to chair the United Nations Security Council. To Wit:
No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, or Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.
3. (a) Mr. OBAMA declared War on the Republic of Libya on March 17, 2011 without the approval of the Congress, violating Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 of our United States Constitution.
3. (b) Mr. OBAMA has also entered into an Agreement with the Muslim Brotherhood (Ikhwan), a foreign Power, and with the intent to sell 125 tanks to Egypt, home of the Muslim Brotherhood, violating Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 of our United States Constitution. To Wit:
No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent danger as will not admit of delay.
4. BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA is under investigation by California Congressman Darrell Issa, the Chairman of the Government Oversight Commission for Project Gunrunner. Justice is clearly being obstructed in this case as well as the Black Panther voter intimidation case.
Under Obama’s direction, his unlawful administration has declared war on the American citizens and the states of Arizona and Alabama. They are being sued over enforcing the equivalent of existing federal immigration laws.
It must be made clear, Senator’s Feinstein and Boxer, Obama could not have have accomplished his fraud and abuse without the willing complicity of the 111th and the 112th Congress. Both of you are also chargeable to all, but not limited to, all of the criminal actions listed above.
