The following is an exchange between a staffer for Congressman Jim Himes of Connecticut’s Fourth Congressional District:
My Dear Mr. Kelly,
Thank you very much for responding. I must say your explanation is totally unbelievable. Do you and Congressman Himes really believe we have fallen off the turnip truck?
This is really shocking! I find it totally Inconceivable that people like Congressman Himes, who must obviously be a very intelligent individual, can be so misinformed on current events.
How can this be?
Mr. Kelly… if I have this correctly, Congressman Himes is responsible for making laws to govern the people of the United States. And yet on a criminal matter as serious as fraud and treason, you’re telling me that your boss is totally ignorant to the facts?
Any federal official that deliberately spreads false and misleading information is subject to criminal prosecution. Add to that…misprision of felony is also a serious crime.
Our readers will have a very difficult time accepting your explanation below. The impact on Congressman Himes ability to be reelected may very well be affected.
Would you care to revise your comments as listed below?

Thanks for your email about the President’s birth certificate. In April 2011, the President was granted an exception by the Hawaii State Department of Health to release a copy of his long form birth certificate…putting to rest any doubt of his eligibility to be President. The answer is obvious: the issue requires such a degree of courage on the part of the congressmen to deal with it that they only look at that information that gets them off the hook so they don’t have to deal with it. But we’re winning this thing. Corsi’s book makes it’s NY Times bestseller list debut today at number 6 – number 6, when the whole mainstream media and almost all politicians have tried to make this go away by mocking and ignoring it.
Earth to congressmen: ignoring problems doesn’t make them go away. It makes them worse.
All of our “elected” officials are functionally illiterate.
We’ll be sending a return receipt hard copy of the allegations to Himes in Brdgeport, CT. Our allegations will include references to Dr. Corsi’s and Doug’s research and conclusions on the forgery. Doug’s 22 page brief is the reference point.
We’ll also serve HIMES with the financial terrorism allegations at http://wtsnb.blogspot.com, http://wantagate.blogspot.com, and http://www.FourWinds10.com. Since HIMES is probably getting kickbacks from that money, he’ll cover it up and commit misprision of felony again.
We urge all to confront your politicos in similar ways nationwide.
We should write letters to every SOS. Telll them that if they certify Obama to be on the ballot we will sue them personally.
Himes is my rep too. He is playing dumb. I sent all kinds of information to all my reps and they all play dumb.
The usurper was granted an exception to put forth a forgery? What the heck? These people are so stupid and they are covering up for the usurper.

The usurper needs to be impeached and tried for treason and high crimes and misdemeanors. Ultimately, he should be banished to a small flat island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. I never thought I would ever see a criminal as the POTUS.
You can’t impeach an imposter. Impeachments are for “real” presidents. The minute we impeach this fraud, it will validate his presidency. He needs to be forcefully removed from office by the MPs, and sent to Leavenworth… or GITMO!
Every member of Congress is ‘playing dumb’, and each and every one of them IS guilty of Misprison of Felony. They’re also accessories to High Treason. Each and every one of them are traitors… not just this 112th Congress, but both the 110th and 111th as well. They’re all spineless cowards.
Even worse is the fact that not a single Republican candidate is willing to pursue the eligibility issue. Not a one of them!! People sing the praises of Sarah Palin, who by the way campaigned for John McLame, won’t touch it. Nor will Michelle Bachmann, who by the way suggested cutting veteran’s benefits as a way to reduce the deficit. Nor Perry, the Governor of my own state, who by the way attends Bilderberg meetings. Herman Cain?? Nope. Pawlenty? Nope again.
It’s a sad state of affairs when not one single politician in the entire country will stand up and enforce the Constitution. Sad state of affairs indeed.

I have not received a reply yet but because I live in WA state and I forwarded this analysis to my State Rep. Matt Shea, Attorney General Rob McKenna demanding an investigation and that this gentleman has stated he is willing to testify as to his findings that the document released on the whitehouse.gov website last month was in fact a digitally manufactured forgery in court or a congressional hearing. I also forwarded the same to Rep. Allen West. Best hope is that one of them will call a congressional hearing but failing that I wanted the Attorney General notified that a question has been raised prior to Obama being placed on the 2012 ballot here in WA state. Should F.B.I. cyber crimes unit be notified? Should Secretary of State here be notified? Is there a more complete package which includes the documented evidence of SSN and Selective Service fraud to go with this. What documentation was sent that Congressman Himes was responding to? There needs to be a whole lot more outrage and outcry.
