3. Notice the elephant in the room….in the letter request from the Attorney’s office. They request the Certificate of Live Birth and NOT the Birth Certificate. If Hawaii could make an exception for one thing, why could they not make an exception for the long-form original BIRTH CERTIFICATE???

   And just for the record, yes I do know about the nbC issue, however I think it would be difficult to prove in a Court, since it’s not legally defined in the Constitution. Having worked for an Attorney for 24+ years, I think in legal terms. I think this is why Obummer is skirting the issue by concentrating on the BC. He knows he can get by with it as long as he “shows” he was born in the US. IF it’s ever proven he was born elsewhere, then he’s done and he knows it. This book by Corsi must be scaring the crap out of him.

4. Let me get this straight. Several key sources stated there is no long form original BC. Hawaii creates one with CAD out of whole cloth. And this is after three years and an honorable LTC Lakin being imprisoned. The Hospital still won’t admit he was born there and told the election officials there was no record of his birth. Over arching all is the fact of who his father was and it;s impossible to say he is natural born. Our Government has broken the binding agreement between we the people and Government. We have an officially recognized Usurper. He has symbols of Christianity blocked out when he speaks and is in open support of the enemy of mankind’s freedom- Islam. Folks, we are in some big trouble.

   When a child is adopted the original BC would be seal and a new amended BC would be issued with Lolo Soetoro as the father. It would take a court order to open the original BC of Obama.

   If Obama asked for a BC, the father’s name should be Lolo Soetoro.

10. I am wondering if it is of interest that Obama asked for two copies of his “original” birth certificate. I have heard much about the possibility or probability of it being amended as a result of his adoption by Soetoro. One of the Hawaiian officials had also asserted that she had seen his “vital records” (plural). Is there an amended birth certificate that would provide more information?

    I mean, if Obama couldn’t be bothered to produce a BC (however fraudulent) for Lakin’s courtsmartial, but he produced one in advance of Jerome Corsi’s book, wouldn’t this be grounds for a lawsuit?

    Obama is trying to kill 2 birds with one stone. Discredit Corsi, and make a potential GOP Candidate look like a clown.

    I’d say Obama really stepped in it this time. And it will be interesting to watch him squirm out of it.

    1. Didn’t Lakin plead guilty? I’m no attorney and I don’t even play one on tv, but my guess, Kristin, is that Lakin took all accountability upon himself by pleading guilty. Then again, the Goldmans sued OJ Simpson in civil court and won even though Simpson was found not guilty of murdering Ronald Goldman in criminal court. So I could be completely wrong.

    The argument is not whether Obama is a U.S. Citizen, it is whether he is a NATURAL born Citizen; born from 2 USA citizen parents. Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama Jr. admits his father was a Kenyan, (as noted on his birth certificate) a citizen of Britain, that means Obama is not a NATURAL born citizen. Obama is a dual citizen = a child of parents from 2 different countries: his mother was an American citizen and his father was a British citizen of Kenya. Thereby he is not eligible per our U.S. Constitution to be President of the U.S.A. Why is that so hard to grasp?

14. Tim Adams’ testimony was that there is no Hawaiian hospital-generated bc for Obama. That statement is not refuted by the HI Dept. of Health bc. There is a hospital-generated bc from Kenya which is supported by a “Certified Copy of Registration of Birth.” In order to compare apples to apples, we need a Hawaiian hospital-generated bc, which does not exist per Tim Adams.

    As Lucas Smith says, Obama will only release what he wants us to see: smoke and mirrors. But that’s seemingly good enough for O to run again, despite his foreign father. If he is re-elected, America deserves its fate.

Today we are going through a much accelerated version of what few of us went through in June 2008 when the Certification was released: We raised doubt of a possible forgery of the document (later largely proven) to realize afterwards that the problem was that it was not a valid long form certificate and therefore meant nothing at all. The forgery was just the icing on the cake.

    Fron what I have read today, it seems that once again we are not looking at the original long form Certification of Live Birth such as it would have been redacted on August 5, 61 or so.

    What first got my attention is that the amended notice or stamp is missing. We know for sure that it should appear on the original entry because a court ordered FOIA secured the info that the original archive entry in the name of Obama had been amended. And then the new director of the Health Department explained that she authorized an exception to be made and that a computer generated form could be released. So one more time what appears is selected info with no indication of who input them and when.

    I bet you that in few days we will realized that this version of the long form is still not the August 5, 61 version but a version of info compilled at different dates to fit the narrative and mask citizenship meandres.

    Let’s hope in such case, it will not take nearly 3 years to have the Press and public at large understanding that we have still not seen the real McCoy.

19. Juan Williams on Fox Business’ Follow the Money (4/27) says “someone puts a border on it to make it look more like it’s supposed to look like. Fine.” Really Juan? They put a border on “it” so that “it” looks more like a real birth certificate? And that’s fine? What is wrong with these people? Are they just plain stupid?

    I don’t know what that thing is that Obama is showing, but it’s not a real birth certificate. If it were real, it would look like the Nordyke negative image from a microfiche. This thing is a photocopy of some paperwork in the DoH file that never lead to the issuance of a real birth certificate. As we’ve said before, Obama does not have a real long-form birth certificate.

    They need to explain what this document is. The Nordyke certificate is real. This is nothing like that.

    How did Lucas Smith Kenyan BC have the exact identical time to the minute. That is no accident. Did Grandma or Momma take a copy of the Kenyan BC to Hawaii and present it to Hawaii. How else can 2 BC 15,000 miles apart have the exact time of day on them. Impossible.

    Remember today is the first time we see the time from Hawaii.

    Kenya gave the time 2 years ago.

    I say the time being the same proves the Kenyan BC is genuine.

    Time to arrest Obama and have a full trial for Forgery and High Treason.

    I have no idea how the White House could release such a blatant forged document, but being in graphic design and working with photoshop and illustrator – you can figure this out really easy.

    I have Adobe Illustrator, and you can open a document and if it’s a digital document you can separate it into layers (if there are layers). I have to deal with this all the time when sending out documents to printers, etc. If I create a layered document and then save it as a pdf, I have to make sure the document is “collapsed” meaning all the layers are put together – before saving it – otherwise the printer will get a jumbled mess when opening my files.

    This birth certificate is not a copy – it is SEVERAL layers!!!!! Meaning it was created digitally, not copied from a book. A copy would not have layers . . . does this makes sense? If I copy my birth certificate and open it in Illustrator, I cannot “extract” one line or a date, etc. unless these lines were “put in separately.”

    It’s all on the internet, but I decided to try it for myself – I downloaded the image from the whitehouse site, opened it in Illustrator, hit “open layers” and there they all are!!!!! It’s so SCARY how this is not going to be scrutinized. (Maybe it will be – some are saying Obama just opened up a huge can of worms by releasing this)

    We’ll all look like a bunch of crazies. But the media just says, “oh, there’s the birth certificate – case closed.”

    IT’S INSANE!!! I’m telling you – I can take this document and divide it up into the different layers that were used to create it – it’s a FAKE digital file!!!!!!”

    Just for an experiment I scanned a book into photoshop and output it as a pdf. Then brought it into Illustrator. It was nice and CLEAN! No compression artifacting around the text or anything like you see in this BC. It created two simple layers. One with a white background and one with everything else. Also a scanner does not create the kind of heavy curved distortion you see in the BC where the book binding supposedly started. Very little in fact. That’s because the scanner lens moves up and down the page. In the BC you see it’s heavily warped at the top of the image but straight at the bottom. You can’t create that with a scanner. Only a camera with a fixed focus point would do that. Why use a camera?

    This BC has been through the digital ringer. The only question is did they do this on purpose???”

24. The key to the HI bc is the time of O’s birth. The Kenyan bc from Coast Province General Hospital, which has been in the public domain for a very long time, says baby O was born Aug. 4, 1961 at 7:24 p.m. The HI doc released today says Obama was born on the same day at EXACTLY the same time, down to the minute: 7:24 p.m.

    If the Kenyan bc were forged, what is the probability that a forger could have guessed the exact minute of O’s Hawaiian birth, which was unknown until today? Very close to zero probability, I’d say. One must also consider Hawaii’s lax rules for registering births, their provisions for amending birth records, and the history of confusing information coming from Hawaiian officials who have a vested interest in their “favorite son”–not to mention the enormous incentive for producing a doctored HI document.

    The duplication of exact birth-time suggests that the Hawaiian doc followed and replicated the Kenyan documentation. From the hospital in Kenya, Ann probably called her mother in Hawaii and told her the time of O’s birth, which O’s American grandmother then used in registering the birth in HI, a registration that could be amended afterwards as needed to suit the demands of political correctness. Apparently Obama didn’t think the minute of birth matters. It does.

29. Ok, I have a Mac so it is very easy for me to do this. Drag the pdf file to my desktop. then open it in adobe reader, select it , copy it and paste it into Microsoft word! the resulting picture clearly show how the file was altered . Most of the black lettering appears white, but there are a few black ones also. The 1 in the upper right hand corner, the K in box 11, the S in box 13, part of signature in box 18a Stanley Ann D, the boxes in 18a and 19a , the check for parent in 18a, the scribble in box MD, the signature box 19a David A Sinclair, the signature in box 21 olelee, box and x in box 7e, the R in box 1a, the M. in the hour of birth.

39. I’m as outraged as everyone here about this fraud in the White House. The House MIGHT impeach Obummer, but I doubt it. If they did the Senate conducts the ‘trial’. Fat chance that we get any satisfaction there.

    I think there are enough brain-dead people out there that will be satisfied with this so-called BC, so I’m not convinced that we will win in the court of public opinion either. And that’s where we have to win this fight. We need to fight him on the economy. That hits home for every voter.

    Take ‘The Donald’ for instance. His mother was born in Scottland. Does he have the same issues that Obama does? Or does NBC rest totally on the Father’s place of birth?

41. It’s not a photocopy of his BC or it wouldn’t include boxes for the occupation and workplace of his mother. The Nordyke twins’ BCs, also born in 1961, didn’t have that info on them.
    But if it is computer generated , how did they get the attending physician’s signature?

    1. Via computer generation. Cut and pasted from elsewhere. In an Adobe layer. Look closely at the data items. You can see white behind the typing and signatures, where there should be green. In 1961, was an original long-form on that green paper in the first place? I doubt it. The copies of the Nordykes’ long-form BCs do not look like they’re on green security paper.

42. The only thing this Certificate of Live Birth helps “prove” is that Obama’s father was not a U.S. Citizen [whatever “African” means; he wasn’t “American”]. Therefore, Obama could never be a “natural born Citizen” (nbC). Before that issue can be settled, some case will have to necessarily include a determination of the legal definition of exactly what is a nbC, as penned by the framers of the Constituton. Eventually the Supreme Court will have to determine what makes one a nbC under the Constitution. That judgment can then be used as the standard to measure one’s eligibility to be a valid candidate.

    Thus, Step One in all of this has to be a final determination of what exactly constitutes a nbC. That can only be derived from information pre-dating or contemporaneous with the actual writing of the Constitution. The best analysis of nbC I have read on this is the one written by Jedi Pauly on this website. To get to Step One, however, some Court is going to have to find standing for someone to raise the issue before the Court. Until that happens, nothing of substance will ever happen. Alan Keyes had the best chance to satisfy the standing issue, having been a candidate for President in the last election.

    1. Jan Brewer, the traitor, was trying to make 0bama eligible for the AZ ballot. Her anti-illegals legislation(1308) stated that dual citizens were natural born. Leo Donofrio discovered it, so AZ scrapped that bill. That’s why she vetoed the eligibility bill. I wasn’t even aware she new 0bama prior to their meeting in July 2009, but as it turns out, she was named a member of 0bama’s Council of Governors in Jan. 2009. Funny how the media never mentioned that they knew each other…
       Anyways, OK’s eligibility bill only requires candidates to submit a COLB and the Texas bill only requires they prove they were born in the USA.
       I think because people were on to this is why they have now come up with a BC.

44. It’s interesting, but if you compare the local registrar on BO’s document, then the Nordyke twins’ document, they have two different local registrars signed. They were only born a day apart. The Nordyke twins on August 5th. Were there more than one of those local registrars?

45. I have Adobe Illustrator. I saved the file from the whit hous site from DrudgeReport. It’s a PDF file. I then opened it in Illustrator, showed layers and clicked off several layers.

    The base layer shows some CoLB with signature. On top of that are layers that rubberstamp out the old content. On top of that is a layer of black type that clicks on and off. Anyone can do this to see.

       This is no different from all the games that the HDOH has played with their policies and procedures and FOIA and OIP requests, or that the Hawaiian elections officials have played, for that matter, when they ignored or did an end run around their own laws, in order to get him on the ballot.

       Creating a computer-generated certified FACSIMILE of a long-form BC with LIFO “facts” can be included in her definition of what she gave herself the authority to create, by whatever “process” necessary, just for this person.

       I wish we could see these layers. Is there a way you can extract them and show them to everyone?

       1. I’ll answer questions, but I will not send any document. You all have to understand the nature of what’s happening.

          Looks like they erased that link in DrudgeReport which broke the story. The website is down.

          A PDF file is a type that’s commonly used to send to others who don’t have the same editing software, Adobe Illustrator being one of many. A PDF can be viewed by anyone as a flat document. But with Illustrator, a person can open the PDF as a layered composition if that document was built as a composition of layers. You would have a background image, some editing on top of that background or above on a layer (Photoshop editing). Say you want to replace some content, you would use the rubberstamp or brush tool and sample the area and cover over some content. Then on top of that you would add a layer and create some new content, like type, then raster that as pixels, maybe stress its edges for a dated look. Some things appear to be from another document. At the base is a certificate with the signatures, but some fields are partially replaced. If you look at the date lower left, you can see what I’m talking about with ink density. When you save this PDF out, it saves with the layers. All it takes is someone who has Adobe Illustrator or another program to see how it was built. A person might be able to download a demo version of the software to see. If a person does, they only need to open the PDF, go to Windows in the Menu, and Show Layers. A window pops up – there, you click on the little triangle in front of the layer labels to allow the sub folders to open and appear, then click to open ever sub folder. There you will see all the elements which compose the file as layers.

          There are readers which will recognize letters and handwriting and then retype them for you for better legibility. But no, there’s no way that any software will stamp/brush out the content underneath on one layer, and then separate that type with a different color above in a layer. This document was compose as layers. There’s no way around it. And yes, I’m an expert in this. Parts of some fields show original content in full, like the signatures, but some fields are partially edited, like dates (see bottom left, look at the second number 1 in the day of month “11”). You don’t need Illustrator to see this with your own eyes. Then scan the pixels around the field (rectangle). You can do this if you wish without need of opening and viewing the layers.

       3. Someone explained that the image was broken up into elements, seen by Adobe software products as layers, when the hard copy was scanned. Also, Adobe products will automatically create clipping objects and masks for editing purposes when a document is scanned. This is because Adobe products are created for and used for editing, so the software automatically assumes the file is being scanned for editing purposes.

What’s important to know: Fuddy of the HDOH says this is a “computer-generated certified copy” produced outside their usual policies, which she gave herself authority to waive, just in Obama’s case, because he’s the president. What’s a computer-generated certified copy? That could include and probably does include a photoshopped image like we see here. This in no way is an actual photocopy of the original long-form birth certificate.

    A Fox News story said,

    “Officials in Hawaii had said state law PROHIBITS THEM FROM RELEASING THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE FULL BIRTH CERTIFICATE FILING – EVEN IF THE PRESIDENT HIMSELF REQUESTED A COPY. But that didn’t stop the president from requesting last week two certified copies of certificate of live birth from Director of Health Loretta J. Fuddy. On Monday, Fuddy complied. ‘As director of health for the state of Hawaii, I have the legal authority TO APPROVE THE PROCESS by which copies of such records are made. Through that authority, in recognition of your status as president of the United States, I am MAKING AN EXCEPTION to the current departmental policy which is TO ISSUE A COMPUTER-GENERATED CERTIFIED COPY,’ she wrote.”

    The exception was to issue a COMPUTER-GENERATED certified copy. So they admit it’s computer generated. That might include all the photoshopping that seems to be in evidence. Another exception might be to not print the late or delayed or amended notification. Another exception might be to make this an abstract containing only the LATEST (most recent) permutation of all the facts contained in the “full birth certificate filing.” Which might mean elimination of the names of the biological parents, if he was adopted, replaced by the adoptive parents. Which might mean elimination of his name at birth, as opposed to what it is now, after being amended in their records. Which might mean elimination of the fact that at birth no father was named, but one was later added, via amendment, but this computer-generated abstract isn’t showing that out of deference to his status as president. You see how it goes?

    Even he can’t get access to the FULL information. So what was embarrassing on the original that is now not evident on this supposed long-form which is NOT a TRUE COPY OF HIS ORIGINAL LONG-FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE? It’s a computer-generated abstract, created just for him outside their usual policies and procedures. Didn’t a legislator want to pass a law so they could do just this? Create a “something” especially for Obama? Well, looks like it’s been done without a special law.

Your point is well taken, but I totally disagree that this is “plain English.” Her failure to use a crucial comma makes it extremely difficult to decipher yet another carefully parsed and oddly punctuated statement from yet another HDOH official.

          What is the antecedent of the relative pronoun “which”? It is ambiguous, perhaps by design. Ordinarily, the antecedent of a pronoun should not be the object of a prepositional phrase, unless the writer prefers ambiguity. I’d love to see an English grammarian diagram this “plain English” sentence.

          If the information in the phrase “which is to issue a computer-generated copy” is nonessential to the import of the sentence, as you seem to argue, then it should be separated by a comma. Thus, in your interpretation, “I am making an exception to the current departmental policy” is the essential information in her sentence, and the next phrase is additional, non-essential explanatory information. That is, if “policy” is the antecedent. For you, the point of her sentence is that she’s making an policy exception by issuing “*another type* of certified copy.” If the phrase “which is to issue a computer-generated certified copy” refers to the current policy, then a comma is required.

          If, however, “exception” rather than “current policy” is the antecedent of the relative pronoun, then a comma would not be used because the phrase is important to the meaning of the entire sentence.

          Since the sentence has no comma, then at best it’s unclear which noun is the antecedent of the pronoun “which”. I believe my interpretation is correct, because what we CLEARLY see is a “computer-generated certified copy.” And the certification itself also looks computer generated. Not hand stamped.

          I agree, in any case, that this is “another type of certified copy” altogether. It’s certainly not a faithful, unredacted, unmodified photocopy of “the full birth certificate filing.” It’s a “certificate of live birth” which is not the same as a photocopy of the original long-form birth certificate.

          “Full birth certificate filing” is new and interesting terminology. What exactly does that encompass? Does that filing consist of all the vital records (plural) that are “on file” in Hawaii “in accordance with (capriciously fungible) state policies and procedures.?”

It was just last week (or the week before?) that O’Reilly made up some BS about Barky having been issued a CT Social Security number because Obama Sr lived in CT for a short time. It was a lie and he knew it was a lie because it was his lie. A day after the program aired, that portion of the program, which had been there the night of the program airing, had been scrubbed from his web site, removing the evidence of the lie he’d told on air. As for natural born citizenship, for the past couple of decades there’s been a push by Congress and the enemedia to amend the Constitution to allow any citizen, even naturalized and anchor babies, to serve as POTUS. As part of that push, the true definition of natural born citizenship has not been spoken or written by members of Congress or the enemedia.

       3. That’s bad news to this Texan. I’ll let my reps know today by email what I think about them dropping the bill. I’ll also let them know that they, the state reps, have made these bills controversial and divisive by looking at them and speaking about them in terms of Barky’s run in 2012, instead of looking at them and speaking about them as preventive measures, a way to make sure that only the names of those who are Constitutionally eligible to serve as POTUS will appear on the state’s ballots.

59. what we know is that there is NO SUCH THING as an original bc in hawaii because they change things in the hawaii doh after the fact. the name change of the hospital proves that. and the race classification.

    What we need to get more info on is the amendments that took place on this bc for the adoption and then the subsequent removal of those amendments, maybe by another amendment. But the last line on the form is supposed to reveal amendments have been made and it does not indicate there were any. But we know there was.

    1. In my humble opinion, it’s what Corsi’s soon-to-be-released new book will reveal that’s prompted Barky to produce this document (be it authentic or not). I could be wrong; we’ll know when the book is released.     1. I can’t figure out all the pencil marks, makes no sense. But a few things got overlooked by the forger, for example, the S in Stanley and S in Sinclair are identical. the la in ‘Sinclair’ and le in Stanley are very similar. As someone else pointed out, the same person pencilled in the dates. The letters in the signature ‘Ann D’ were made with one pen and ‘unham Obama’ was made with a different one. (I suspect this is just an error with Photoshop) some expert can indentify this mistake.

       I’m embarrassed that a Harvard Law Grad can’t get a better forger on his payroll.

66. The operative phrase at the bottom is that it is a “COPY OR ABSTRACT” (abstract meaning lifted summary information; not necessarily complete information or a reproduction of the entire document.) Mother’s typed name, the legal name, is Dunham.
    Also key is whether Obama had a subsequent birth certificate reflecting the adoption of his Muslim Indonesian stepfather (and then Indonesian citizen mother who moved there and married) which would make Obama an Indonesian citizen. The US didn’t allow dual citizenship. Maybe he lost US citizenship and never took steps to regain it and even if he did, would not be naturalized citizen thereafter.

The media is framing the question of getting his college records as only looking for Obama’s grades…not true, the college records would reveal for certain if Obama claimed to be a foreign student on his college admission papers…and answer the question with certainty concerning if he was at Columbia University during the time he claims. College records are very important and Barry’s brain, also known as Valerie Jarrett, has said they will not be released.

    Stick with the real issue. Barack Obama Senior was a British subject and his son, Barack Obama Junior, was a “natural-born” subject of England (later Kenya after its independence) by British law and the Law of Nations.

    No one denies that the son of the King of England is a “natural-born” prince of England regardless of where the son is born. Even if the son of the King of England was accidentally born on U.S. soil in a U.S. Hospital, the son is still a prince and “natural-born” subject of England. This is because your political ties/citizenship are Naturally derived from your Sovereignty or Blood inheritance (not the soil where you were born).

    In the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America, “We the People” are the Sovereigns. Therefore, “natural born” sovereignty passes from U.S. Citizen parents [plural] to their children. Both Parents are required to pass “natural born” citizenship in order for there to be no doubt about “divided loyalties”.

    Barack Obama Junior was born a “natural-born” subject of England and therefore, he cannot also be a “natural born” citizen of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America.

    However, apparently NO U.S. Court will do their sworn duty to uphold the U.S. Constitution and accept jurisdiction on this Constitutional issue. Therefore, unless their are protests or riots to force this issue. This Constitutional issue is dead.
    The May 2th hearing in the liberal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals will deny Keyes justice on this issue, and then the U.S. Supreme Court will refuse to hear the appeal. Obama wins.

    Time to move on and focus on stopping the Federal Government from bankrupting the USA. Time for plan B. Get involved in your State Government. Plan for a TWO State solution.     1. Surrender is what Brett suggests, to which I would reply with the beleagured general who said “Nuts” to a similar surrender proposal long ago. Neither the birth certificate issue nor the larger “natural born” issue is dead; both need to be definitively investigated by Congress and the courts. Also, a number of states may still require documentation of nbC status to get on a presidential ballot. Obama eligibility is far from being a settled issue.

       As to dividing America into two states, I would suggest three as a more equitable and efficient number, with Hawaii being excluded altogether. If anyone wants Hawaii, let it become part of the Western States of America, where its leftist/socialist soul will enable it to feel politically right at home. Heartland America/Constitutional Republic of America would be the only place worth living in. The United Socialist States of New England would richly deserve to rot in the hot place they have created for themselves. Yes, three states will work better than two if the formerly “united” states part company.

    1. The hospital name is correct for the time. See the Nordyke twins bc, have the same hospital listed.
       There is a Dr’s name on the forgery, er..copy.
       Footprints are usually on the hospital issued certificate, not the ‘official’ long form. And since we pretty well know he wasn’t born in that hospital, he likely doesn’t have a certificate from it.

       Also when you look an enlarged copy the same ghosting aroung letters entered is visible all over the document (guess they don’t learn from their earlier failures) and the curved left edge that disappears presumable into the back of the “bound document” shows that the pattern on the security paper continues without being curved also.

77. David A Sinclair is dead, so they used his signature on this fake. The only way to really get to the bottom of this would be to soepena the Hawaii records in a COURT OF LAW after somebody files a lawsuit which is not dismissed outright.        If you download the image from Drudge, then magnify it and look at the letters, the type. It’s white underneath the letters and should look like the rest of the paper, but it doesn’t.

78. In her April 11, 2011 interview with NBC’s Michael Isikoff, Dr Fukino said that the short-form COLB, like any one of Barky’s four online versions, is “what everybody gets when they ask for a birth certificate.”

    In the same MSNBC online article, Joshua Wisch, a spokesman for the Hawaii attorney general’s office, said that “state law does not in fact permit the release of ‘vital records,’ including an original ‘record of live birth’ — even to the individual whose birth it records.”

    “It’s a Department of Health record and it can’t be released to anybody,” he said. Nor do state laws have any provision that authorizes such records to be photocopied, Wisch said. If Obama wanted to personally visit the state health department, he would be permitted to inspect his birth record, Wisch said.

    But if he or anybody else wanted a copy of their birth records, they would be told to fill out the appropriate state form and receive back the same computer generated “certification of live birth” form that everybody else gets — which is exactly what Obama did four years ago.

    In light of this, I don’t think Wisch or even Fukino knew the White House would release this document. If they had known about it just a few weeks ago, they wouldn’t have said the things they said only to be made liars a few weeks later by the very man they were trying to protect when they said them!

    Until the last few days, I don’t think the White House knew they’d be releasing this document, either. If they’d known, they would have synchronized their stories and coordinated efforts with Fukino and Wisch, among others. No, I suspect the release of this document, whether authentic or not, was prompted by Jerome Corsi’s soon to be released book. Let’s not forget what Unfit for Command: Swift Boat Veterans Speak Out Against John Kerry, co-authored by Corsi, did to Kerry’s chances of living in the White House. I’m sure Barky’s advisers haven’t forgotten.

    Somehow, perhaps by leak or maybe even by performing their own investigations into where and to whom Corsi’s investigation of Barky took him, Barky’s people have found out at least some of what Corsi reveals in his book and, without a thought or a care about how it might affect the reputations of Fukino and Wisch, released this document as a preemptive shot, pro-active control of the damage that Corsi’s discoveries will soon cause in Barky’s Kenyan Camelot.

    So, I wonder how it feels for Fukino and Wisch, getting tossed under Barky’s bus. It must be very crowded under there, what with all the other fools and tools who thought he was their bud and wouldn’t do it them, too. Poor Fukino, she must be as jumpy as a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs right now, hoping the document released by the White House is never examined by a forensics expert, wishing she’d never incriminated herself in a forgery she knew nothing about, and regretting drawing attention to herself for her involvement in the prior forgeries she hopes are never examined and prosecuted, by saying in that April 11, 2011 interview, “No matter what state officials release on the issue, the ‘birthers’ are going to question it, said Fukino. “They’re going to question the ink on which it was written or say it was fabricated,” said Fukino. “The whole thing is silly.” Like the rest of Barky’s under-the-bussers, she and Wisch must be wondering right about now what they thought they were doing it for, the useful idiots.

81. Question for thought: Does this now open the door for anyone to request a certified copy from the DOH in Hawaii?

    If you look at the statement from the White House , it says that:

    “… the President directed his counsel to review the legal authority for seeking access to the long form certificate and to request on that basis that the Hawaii State Department of Health make an exception to release a copy of his long form birth certificate. They granted that exception in part because of the tremendous volume of requests they had been getting.”

    Thus, what possible privacy interest can be claimed now? It seems like everybody should be able to request a copy directly now.

    This appears to be an official government website so that by approving the release of this clearly digitally forged PDF Obama has inescapably painted himself into a prison cell corner.

    One can see that most of the print was layered on top of the scanned document by panning or zooming the view in or out slightly while viewing the document at a high zoom level. The bottom layer (background, most of the witness signatures and some of the form text that is still original) clearly pops up and is displayed as a complete layer in its entirety before any of the forged upper layer(s?) begin to display. Check this out for yourself by viewing the document linked above (and be sure to save a copy before it gets fixed). Also, note that all the original document text, original signatures and other document features exhibit multiple levels of intensity and hue when viewed under high zoom. All of the forged upper layer text appears as an even, single dark intensity level. This clean digital characteristic of the upper layer is completely unnatural, even to my untrained eye.

    Why would Obama release such an obvious forgery? The evidence is so undeniably incriminating. Why is he not worried about going to prison. Is he laughing our faces? Is he that arrogant?

93. Very poor quality forgery. Enlarge it and see the white blocks around most of the data. Now every document I’ve seen that was typed on security paper, the security background doesn’t disappear. In fact, that’s the very reason the security background is there so you can see if it’s been altered. Enlarge ‘Barack’ and you’ll see it’s printed on a solid white background an then laid onto the security paper.
    Just to satisfy the non believers, take a check, write a name on it the see if that made the security background disappear. If it did, the bank won’t cash it.

    I could easily point out dozens of problems, but look at the K in Kansas. where did the top of it go? The K in Kenya is fine. Look at the R in BARACK on line 1a, what happened to it? Then look at the R in the same word on line 8. Change typewriters?

    Look at the bottom solid black line, why did it not print on the security marks but removed them. all white background.

    I hope they didn’t actually pay for this forgery, if so they got ripped off.

    Remember in Obama’s book where he said he found his original birth certificate and saw his birth weight? Where is that exactly?

Wendell Goler, on Fox News (April 27, 2011 8:00 am PDT) said “the White House surprised us this morning by announcing the President had asked the state of Hawaii nearly a week ago to release the long form of his birth certificate. The document arrived last night and reporters were shown it this morning with the embossed seal of the state of Hawaii. Copies were passed out as well.”

    I don’t know about you, but I don’t see an embossed seal showing up in the digital images posted on the Web by the media.

    Can they explain why it has a date for “Date Accepted by Reg. General” but the short form does not say “Date Accepted by State Registrar?”

    Where did they get this BC? Was it from the “bound volume” as stated by Chiyome Fukino to Michael Isikoff? It’s very different from others that we have seen. In the Alan Booth 1981 BC, items 5a-5f contain information about the Certifier, David A. Sinclair, MD, and the Attendant. On Obama’s BC, David A. Sinclair, MD is listed as the Attendant in box 19a. Hawaii needs to explain where this BC came from and why it is radically different from other long-form BCs. Also, why did they tell us, as recently as April 11, that Hawaii law prevents them from giving the long-form out, even to the subject of the document, and two week later they give out this document. Why did they lie?

    Now that Obama’s long form BC is open and public, Hawaii can no longer use the privacy aspect of this vital record to keep it from the public. Any one who requests a certified copy of Obama’s original long form Certificate of Live birth should be able to get one. According to Wendell Goler “the President had asked the state of Hawaii nearly a week ago to release the long form of his birth certificate.” Since Obama has asked Hawaii to release it, and they have complied, we should all be able to request and receive our own certified copy.

95. OK, here is the reason they had not previously released this document. The COLB that was placed on the net in 2008 did not give the place of birth of the father, and they did not want that information released at that time because it prevents Obama from being a Constitutionally required natural born Citizen. The long-form list Obama’s father’s place of birth as Kenya, East Africa. They did not want to raise the issue of natural born Citizenship any more than it was already raised prior to the election by those who understood the Constitution, so they issued a document without mention of Barry’s father’s place of birth. They did not want the average person to know Obama’s father was not an American citizen by advertising that fact on the Internet with a copy of the long-form BC

    After 2.5 years of the media and Congress never mentioning NBC and/or or trying to make it the same thing as just, “citizen”, and Obama having successfully placed two protectors of his ineligibility on the SCOTUS, they now felt confident enough that natural born citizenship required by the Constitution had been beat into submission and will not be a problem. From this point on, bring on the anchor babies or whoever, the founders requirement of natural born citizenship has been scrapped for Barry, and he is living proof of why the founders put the requirement into the Constitution.

    Unfortunately, the founders had no idea how dumbed down the citizens would be by 2011, or how corrupt and manipulative the media and Congress would be.

    Obama is no more eligible if he was born in Hawaii than if he wasn’t, but very few are going to care IMO.

I just assumed that this was introduced by the photocopier to make the copy of the original document or by the scanner used to create the digital image for the Web. It would be informative to understand the process by which this document was created. I don’t understand the curved paper overlayed on a patterned background look. What is this document really? The other long form BC’s from Hawaii that I’ve seen (1981 and 1978) look like copies of real certificates not copies of pages from a book inserted onto an image of a patterned frame. This is truly a bizarre looking document.

104. Has anyone noticed that the so-called Birth Certificate is on the wrong type of paper? Even if it was transposed from microfiche to some form of official paper used by Hawaii, they would have had to have reversed the negative appearance of a Birth Certificate from the 1960’s (white lettering with black background) and then colorized it to match the bond paper so as not to leave an obviously notable ink border.

     And, how did Obama manage to have a birth certificate from a time frame that looks nothing like those previously posted by people who actually had a real Birth Certificate from Hawaii? Seems like another forgery job to me, which was predicted would appear by many people over 2 years ago at about this time. Guess that Canadian printing press failed to work so they generated a computerized Photoshop forgery again.

I haven’t checked it against any of Barky’s four online COLBs, but, if my recall is correct, the background appears to be the same. Giving him the benefit of doubt even though he doesn’t deserve it, maybe that’s what the original 1961 documents were printed on and this is a photocopy of the original. However, Miki Booth didn’t get a color photocopy. But, hey, maybe whoever was working at HI DOH that day thinks Barky rates a fancy-shmancy color photocopy. When, where and how did Barry Soetoro become Barack Obama? And where does the name “Soebarkah” fit into it? Was “Soebarkah” a legal name or just a nickname (or pet name)? What is his legal name today? Is that name on the Social Security card? Or does it still bear the name of the person to whom the number was originally issued? And why a CT number? (Grandma Dunham, unable to defend herself now, will get the blame for the CT Social Security number… if it’s ever addressed by Barky or his people, that is. Grandma helped him fill out the forms and then she mailed them off for him. Mark my words.)

117. Someone has to compare this version to one from the Nordyke Twins who were born the same day in allegedly the same hospital as barry. I no longer have a copy saved of their original BC from files, but the first thing that strikes me is that their copy is a ‘negative’, one that is an inverted image, black background with white letters. barry’s appears to be an original on color paper which immediately raises flags. The original may look like this, but a color copy stamped on April 25??

     This has all the makings of a first class FRAUD! Now is the time to verify everything about it. It is not an original but bears information which forensics experts can use to determine the validity. No one can take barry at his word on this. Too much time has elapsed.

     The other more obvious point is that if we take barry at his word and accept this document as valid (are you listening lame-stream press?), barry does NOT qualify to be POTUS because he is NOT a natural-born citizen by virtue of his father being a foreigner.

        However, the problem is that they would never use “African” as a race, period. Someone had researched into the things that they would use, and they only had specific things. For 0Bambi’s dad they would have used Negro back in the ’60s.

124. He was adopted by Soetoro and it is against HI law, I thought, to release the real/original cert. because it is rewritten and issued with the adopted parents’ names. There is documentation that he was adopted in the divorce filings between Stanley Ann and Lolo Soetoro. The filings indicate there is THEIR adult dependent son, Barack, a student. So, this may be the original but not the “authentic” and legal one. Barack would have had to claim US citizenship when of age to override his Indonesian citizenship, not?
