IS IT THE REAL THING?

(Apr. 27, 2011) — The Drudge Report has posted what it states is an official White House release of Obama’s long-form birth certificate, even though an official from the Hawaii attorney general’s office, Joshua Wisch, stated on April 11, 2011, that it could not be released to him.
Recently the Hawaii Department of Health has refused requests from those born in Hawaii for a copy of the long-form version of the document. Mark Niesse of the Associated Press had reiterated that position.
Donald Trump is on Fox News Channel giving a press conference right now, 9:30 a.m. EDT.
So far, only half of the document is being shown on Fox News and at Drudge.

One man born in Hawaii had the following to say regarding this new development:
I think that, assuming the certificate is genuine, by confirming that the father is an African born in Kenya (and unless their next plan is to disclose proof (assuming that too is not counterfeit) that the father really was a naturalized U.S. citizen prior to 8/4/61, we now have proof that the president is not eligible under the Constitution.
I also note that, after all the folderol about no one being any longer able to get copies of their original birth certificates, this one was certified-stamped by Onaka last Monday, 4/25/11.

Donald Trump had very recently told CNN’s Anderson Cooper that he had been told that Obama’s long-form birth certificate had been “missing” or “doesn’t exist.”
During a press conference earlier today, Obama called the speculation about his birth “silliness.” There have been questions as to which hospital in Hawaii Obama was born, and neither has confirmed the birth.
There does not appear to be a raised seal on the document.
Commentary from Miki Booth, who has released long-form birth certificates from Hawaii in recent days, states:
This is a forgery.

His obituary from the Honolulu Star-Bulletin reads:
Dr. David A. Sinclair, 81, of Honolulu , a retired physician, died Aug. 20, 2003, at home. He was born in Portland , Ore. He is survived by wife Ivalee; sons David, Karl and Brian; daughters Margaret Peterson, Rebekah Luke and Ruth and Katherine Sinclair; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. If the original document has been available for the “three years” which Obama cited it has been an issue, why was a decorated U.S. Army medical doctor sentenced to six months at Ft. Leavenworth, forfeiture of pay, and expected discharge from the Army for asking the same question as everyone else?
The document released today bears the certificate number 151 61 10641 and can be found on the White House website here.
The COLB presented by Factcheck.org inn 2008 shows only a close-up of the number which cannot be confirmed as belonging to the paper document. That number is 151 1961-010641.
Requesters of data which would show that Obama or his representative requested a certified copy of either his short-form or long-form birth certificate were denied access to any such records which might have existed.
One analysis of the document contends that it was “composed from multiple elements.”
What appear to be copies of original birth certificates for twin girls born the day after Obama in Honolulu released in 2009 contain a bottom portion missing from the image released on Obama’s behalf today.

Because Obama has not released the image today on the internet, anyone should be able to make a request under Hawaii’s UIPA law to obtain the form he or his representative completed to obtain it. Obama did not hold up a paper copy of the document at his press conference this morning.

Update, 3:25 p.m. EDT: The Post & Email has attempted to call the Hawaii Department of Health Department of Vital Records twice. The phone appeared to give two rings and then disconnected both times. The numbers are 808-586-4542 and 808-586-4539.
3:35 p.m. EDT: We called 808-586-4542 again and got three rings, then dead silence, similar to the first two attempts to reach the Hawaii Department of Health, Vital Records Department.
4:11 p.m. EDT: The Post & Email has contacted Ms. Martha Smith, COO of Kapiolani Medical Center to inquire as to whether or not the hospital can now make a statement affirming that Barack Hussein Obama was born there in 1961. We were transferred to the Public Relations Department of someone who did not answer her phone, but we left a voice message and sent her an email. Her contact information is:

When you have corruption at the top, it permeates throughout every branch of our government, which is now totally “in-on-the-take”, stealing from the electorate – the taxpayers – to the point where no one in government can be trusted.
Notice the elephant in the room….in the letter request from the Attorney’s office. They request the Certificate of Live Birth and NOT the Birth Certificate. If Hawaii could make an exception for one thing, why could they not make an exception for the long-form original BIRTH CERTIFICATE???
And just for the record, yes I do know about the nbC issue, however I think it would be difficult to prove in a Court, since it’s not legally defined in the Constitution. Having worked for an Attorney for 24+ years, I think in legal terms. I think this is why Obummer is skirting the issue by concentrating on the BC. He knows he can get by with it as long as he “shows” he was born in the US. IF it’s ever proven he was born elsewhere, then he’s done and he knows it. This book by Corsi must be scaring the crap out of him.
Let me get this straight. Several key sources stated there is no long form original BC. Hawaii creates one with CAD out of whole cloth. And this is after three years and an honorable LTC Lakin being imprisoned. The Hospital still won’t admit he was born there and told the election officials there was no record of his birth. Over arching all is the fact of who his father was and it;s impossible to say he is natural born. Our Government has broken the binding agreement between we the people and Government. We have an officially recognized Usurper. He has symbols of Christianity blocked out when he speaks and is in open support of the enemy of mankind’s freedom- Islam. Folks, we are in some big trouble.

Obama tells us he was adopted by his stepfather Lolo Soetoro.
When a child is adopted the original BC would be seal and a new amended BC would be issued with Lolo Soetoro as the father. It would take a court order to open the original BC of Obama.
If Obama asked for a BC, the father’s name should be Lolo Soetoro.

I am wondering if it is of interest that Obama asked for two copies of his “original” birth certificate. I have heard much about the possibility or probability of it being amended as a result of his adoption by Soetoro. One of the Hawaiian officials had also asserted that she had seen his “vital records” (plural). Is there an amended birth certificate that would provide more information?

I mean, if Obama couldn’t be bothered to produce a BC (however fraudulent) for Lakin’s courtsmartial, but he produced one in advance of Jerome Corsi’s book, wouldn’t this be grounds for a lawsuit?

Didn’t Lakin plead guilty? I’m no attorney and I don’t even play one on tv, but my guess, Kristin, is that Lakin took all accountability upon himself by pleading guilty. Then again, the Goldmans sued OJ Simpson in civil court and won even though Simpson was found not guilty of murdering Ronald Goldman in criminal court. So I could be completely wrong.

The argument is not whether Obama is a U.S. Citizen, it is whether he is a NATURAL born Citizen; born from 2 USA citizen parents. Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama Jr. admits his father was a Kenyan, (as noted on his birth certificate) a citizen of Britain, that means Obama is not a NATURAL born citizen. Obama is a dual citizen = a child of parents from 2 different countries: his mother was an American citizen and his father was a British citizen of Kenya. Thereby he is not eligible per our U.S. Constitution to be President of the U.S.A. Why is that so hard to grasp?

Tim Adams’ testimony was that there is no Hawaiian hospital-generated bc for Obama. That statement is not refuted by the HI Dept. of Health bc. There is a hospital-generated bc from Kenya which is supported by a “Certified Copy of Registration of Birth.” In order to compare apples to apples, we need a Hawaiian hospital-generated bc, which does not exist per Tim Adams.
As Lucas Smith says, Obama will only release what he wants us to see: smoke and mirrors. But that’s seemingly good enough for O to run again, despite his foreign father. If he is re-elected, America deserves its fate.
Please dont let the headlines distract you from reality. Obama did not “RELEASE” his birth certificate. His records are still sealed!!! He will NEVER “Release” his vital records to be examined. He will only show you what he wants you to see. There is still something in those records that are very damaging to him. Just another Obama parlor trick.

Today we are going through a much accelerated version of what few of us went through in June 2008 when the Certification was released: We raised doubt of a possible forgery of the document (later largely proven) to realize afterwards that the problem was that it was not a valid long form certificate and therefore meant nothing at all. The forgery was just the icing on the cake.
Fron what I have read today, it seems that once again we are not looking at the original long form Certification of Live Birth such as it would have been redacted on August 5, 61 or so.
What first got my attention is that the amended notice or stamp is missing. We know for sure that it should appear on the original entry because a court ordered FOIA secured the info that the original archive entry in the name of Obama had been amended. And then the new director of the Health Department explained that she authorized an exception to be made and that a computer generated form could be released. So one more time what appears is selected info with no indication of who input them and when.
I bet you that in few days we will realized that this version of the long form is still not the August 5, 61 version but a version of info compilled at different dates to fit the narrative and mask citizenship meandres.
Let’s hope in such case, it will not take nearly 3 years to have the Press and public at large understanding that we have still not seen the real McCoy.
Juan Williams on Fox Business’ Follow the Money (4/27) says “someone puts a border on it to make it look more like it’s supposed to look like. Fine.” Really Juan? They put a border on “it” so that “it” looks more like a real birth certificate? And that’s fine? What is wrong with these people? Are they just plain stupid?
I don’t know what that thing is that Obama is showing, but it’s not a real birth certificate. If it were real, it would look like the Nordyke negative image from a microfiche. This thing is a photocopy of some paperwork in the DoH file that never lead to the issuance of a real birth certificate. As we’ve said before, Obama does not have a real long-form birth certificate.
They need to explain what this document is. The Nordyke certificate is real. This is nothing like that.
Has anybody bothered to look at the type set for Obama released BC, and that from the ‘claimed’ same hospital and typewriters as the Nordyke twins.

How did Lucas Smith Kenyan BC have the exact identical time to the minute. That is no accident. Did Grandma or Momma take a copy of the Kenyan BC to Hawaii and present it to Hawaii. How else can 2 BC 15,000 miles apart have the exact time of day on them. Impossible.
Remember today is the first time we see the time from Hawaii.
Kenya gave the time 2 years ago.
I say the time being the same proves the Kenyan BC is genuine.
Time to arrest Obama and have a full trial for Forgery and High Treason.

Auntie is right; the birth time of 7:24 p.m. was on the COLB. But Ann Dunham could still have transmitted that info to her mother from Kenya to begin with. Without an honest, thorough congressional investigation, we may never know. We do know that a natural born U.S. citizen has an American father.

I have no idea how the White House could release such a blatant forged document, but being in graphic design and working with photoshop and illustrator – you can figure this out really easy.
I have Adobe Illustrator, and you can open a document and if it’s a digital document you can separate it into layers (if there are layers). I have to deal with this all the time when sending out documents to printers, etc. If I create a layered document and then save it as a pdf, I have to make sure the document is “collapsed” meaning all the layers are put together – before saving it – otherwise the printer will get a jumbled mess when opening my files.
This birth certificate is not a copy – it is SEVERAL layers!!!!! Meaning it was created digitally, not copied from a book. A copy would not have layers . . . does this makes sense? If I copy my birth certificate and open it in Illustrator, I cannot “extract” one line or a date, etc. unless these lines were “put in separately.”
It’s all on the internet, but I decided to try it for myself – I downloaded the image from the whitehouse site, opened it in Illustrator, hit “open layers” and there they all are!!!!! It’s so SCARY how this is not going to be scrutinized. (Maybe it will be – some are saying Obama just opened up a huge can of worms by releasing this)
We’ll all look like a bunch of crazies. But the media just says, “oh, there’s the birth certificate – case closed.”
IT’S INSANE!!! I’m telling you – I can take this document and divide it up into the different layers that were used to create it – it’s a FAKE digital file!!!!!!”

Just for an experiment I scanned a book into photoshop and output it as a pdf. Then brought it into Illustrator. It was nice and CLEAN! No compression artifacting around the text or anything like you see in this BC. It created two simple layers. One with a white background and one with everything else. Also a scanner does not create the kind of heavy curved distortion you see in the BC where the book binding supposedly started. Very little in fact. That’s because the scanner lens moves up and down the page. In the BC you see it’s heavily warped at the top of the image but straight at the bottom. You can’t create that with a scanner. Only a camera with a fixed focus point would do that. Why use a camera?
This BC has been through the digital ringer. The only question is did they do this on purpose???”

The key to the HI bc is the time of O’s birth. The Kenyan bc from Coast Province General Hospital, which has been in the public domain for a very long time, says baby O was born Aug. 4, 1961 at 7:24 p.m. The HI doc released today says Obama was born on the same day at EXACTLY the same time, down to the minute: 7:24 p.m.
If the Kenyan bc were forged, what is the probability that a forger could have guessed the exact minute of O’s Hawaiian birth, which was unknown until today? Very close to zero probability, I’d say. One must also consider Hawaii’s lax rules for registering births, their provisions for amending birth records, and the history of confusing information coming from Hawaiian officials who have a vested interest in their “favorite son”–not to mention the enormous incentive for producing a doctored HI document.
The duplication of exact birth-time suggests that the Hawaiian doc followed and replicated the Kenyan documentation. From the hospital in Kenya, Ann probably called her mother in Hawaii and told her the time of O’s birth, which O’s American grandmother then used in registering the birth in HI, a registration that could be amended afterwards as needed to suit the demands of political correctness. Apparently Obama didn’t think the minute of birth matters. It does.

Does it not matter that the FactCheck Obama Internet COLB was released prior to the Smith document and has the same 7:24 p.m. birth time?

WHO is going to remove him from office? Can you or I do it? Who can do this?
Mark Levin, a Constitutional Lawyer says he can’t just simply be removed.

Mrs. Rondeau replies: From what I have observed, Levin is part of the problem. If Obama is accused of high crimes and misdemeanors or proven to be a criminal, he could certainly be removed – to a prison cell to await trial.
