(Mar. 22, 2011) — Despite what Bill O’Reilly, Chris Matthews and other uninformed media personnel think, it’s not about Obama’s Birth certificate, nor is it about where he was born. It is about the fact that Obama’s father was a Kenyan National and never a US citizen. This fact alone makes Obama a British subject or at best gives him dual citizenship and because of this makes Obama unconstitutional to be President.
Now those who question this openly are labeled birthers, racist, bigots, right wingers or are thrown in jail for some bogus charge. Theresa Cao and Lt. Col. Terry Lakin are just a just a couple of people who have questioned Obama and his eligibility. These people are no more guilty of commenting a crime than anyone of us, they have just questioned the Usurper in Chief.
Now where is Congress in all of this? Is Congress afraid of Obama? Are the Courts afraid of him? Have there been death threats made against members of Congress. Has Obama’s goons made them an offer they couldn’t refuse? Did they wake up one morning with the head of a horse next to them in bed? What is the going price these days for selling out your country?
When the truth comes out about Obama and how he usurped America, will Congress make all he has done null and void or will it be Business as Usual?
Obama had no experience before and the only experience he has now is seeing how many vacations he can take on the backs of taxpayers and doing so while he tells the American People they need to tighten their belts.
We are not Birthers…we are Patriots. We have fought in wars, that kids today know nothing about. We proudly display the American flag on our homes, our pick-up trucks and our construction sights. We aren’t afraid of work and we don’t want the government to take care of us. We do want the government to uphold their oath they swore to the Constitution. This includes every member of Congress. Just remember, you were voted into office and you can be voted out. You also need to remember that you work for Us and so far we are not pleased.

I have asked both of my state Senators a simple direct question about the Constitution, what was the reply, don’t know, they won’t even return my email or letters. My question seems to cause panic, gives them the “deer in the head light look”, an its a very simple question, goes like this, Just where in the Constitution does it allow a foreign tyrant or other despot to come to the US, marry a American women, have a child in which they take to another country in which they give that child a new citizenship, train that child in a new religion and politics, bring that child back to the US, seal any and all life history and other documents from public view, and after a few years this child grows up and becomes the President of the United States. Do you see a problem now?
Most Senators and members of Congress have their head in the sand.

One thing we should tell everyone on the right is to stop being so timid about the issue – and the name. Some people are still politically terrified of the moniker “Birther”. Guess what? We saw by far the most “Birther’ activity in 2010 – the most lawsuits, Lakin going to prison, late-night television spoofing it and Obama’s paranoia, tabloid covers emblazoned with the word in full color and the left tried to paint everyone on the right as a “crazy birther”.
And what happened? The GOP had the greatest congressional victory, and the democrats conversely the worst congressional defeat, in 70 years. SEVENTY YEARS. The word “Birther” didn’t hurt us one bit. In fact, my own view is that the whole mystery helped us by making people feel even more unsettled about Obama. In that way the left did us a favor by giving us a quick and memorable name, as opposed to “those guys who think that etc etc etc….”
The word we now desperately need to get out to politicians all over as well as right-wing commentators is that the issue didn’t hurt us one bit and may have helped us. They can shed their fear and timidity. It didn’t hurt us in 2010 and won’t hurt us in 2012. In my mind, that message is paramount, so that many people – some influential – can come out of their shells on this issue and speak its name – loudly and with confidence, and put the pressure not on us, but where it has always deserved to be – on Obama. We have nothing to fear. This name and issue cannot hurt us. 2010 absolutely, manifestly proved it beyond a shadow of a doubt. When it comes to this issue, we’re free.
Blogger, your thoughts are mine also! The powers in Washington want a New World Order, and the works have been slowly put in place for the past fifty years. I thought Americans threw out the last British ruler in 1776, but it looks like another has arrived. It’s time to rebel again! Talk is cheap, and that’s about all I’ve seen from Constitutionalists or so-called Birthers. Look what voting in so many new faces in Congress has done so far. It’s time to really rebel again, or our Republic is lost forever!
As for myself, I will never vote for any member of congress that does not address this Constitutional problem. They can all go to #&%% as far as I am concerned!!

Morrison R. Waite has weighed in on Natural Born Citizen confirming and validating Vattel and John Jay. This presents a very serious problem for the U.S. Supreme Court because I believe that they are very much aware of it! The SCOTUS knows that the Founding Fathers meant Natural Born Citizen to mean being born to a mother and father who are both U.S. citizens!
The SCOTUS and Chief Justice John Roberts have painted themselves into a corner. They have to either agree with Morrison R. Waite or find away to discredit Morrison R. Waite! But to do so also means that they will start and open up the much needed national discourse on NATURAL BORN CITIZEN and how it has pertinence and relevance to the usurper Obama! It also means that they will also have to acknowledge all the preponderance of Historical Facts addressing Natural Born Citizen.This is why I say people need and must start using the names of Morrison R. Waite and John Jay in this discussion more and more! If we are to win we must make John Jay and Morrison R. Waite household names!
I don’t know why the U.S. Supreme Court is helping the government carryout this act of treason to the United States of America and the U.S. Constitution. But it does appear that their best line of defense is ignorance. To not even allow a discussion to begin. In other words, to betray the American People to them is more important than admitting that America has an Illegal Usurper living in our White House!
Congress and the courts are fully complicit in Obama’s election fraud and sedition. And yes, Obama’s place of birth is still relevant, since as a Kenyan native he is not even a U.S. citizen, much less a natural born Citizen as MANDATED by the Constitution. This mess is so messy that no one in power wants to tackle the job of cleaning it up. They all prefer to just cover it up and hope they get away with it, and so far the coverup is working for them. Heaven help them if it fails.

Of the 91% who do not believe that Obama has “proven” his eligibility, what percentage of them understand that the birth certificate cannot prove his eligibility — that it can only further disprove his eligibility, should it show a foreign birth?
How many understand that Obama has already admitted his ineligibility due to his foreign citizen father?
If an adult naturalized citizen (such as Schwarzenegger) is ineligible due to having been born subject to a foreign power, how is it that Obama, even if born in Hawaii, can be eligible when he too was born subject to a foreign power on account of his foreign citizen father?
I don’t believe for a moment O’Reilly, Beck, Matthews, Cooper or any of the other media talking heads covering for Dear Leader 0bumm0 is uninformed. They’ve all had enough time with enough knowledgeable people around them to have it explained to them 10 times over. Plus, you can bet they’ve checked out websites like The Post & Email and have seen it explained dozens of times what the problem is. The question is why are they lying to their viewers?
The more serious question is: Which brave congressperson with some backbone, that took the Constitutional Oath, will be the 1st to stand up and be on record telling Dear Leader 0bumm0 he hasn’t qualified under our Constitution to be parking his butt in our White House. And, follow that up with the fact, that besides his numerous bogus COLBs which are absolutely worthless, he hasn’t provided any proof to the exact place where he was born if that place is in the United States.

Fresh from the “expert” at my Senator’s office a few days ago via phone call:
“The leaders of Congress had a meeting and decided the information which Hawaii provided concerning Obama’s eligibility was sufficient, and they will not be taking any action on the issue.”
Case closed as far as Congress is concerned.
If you check, Hawaii has offered nothing. NO Hospital in Hawaii has admitted Obama was born there. Seems kind of strange.
The left is using the Alinsky’s tactics by ridiculing those who are threatening them. This is predictable as they don’t have any viable response while the one they use always works. The left has been using mud slinging machines while the birthers only have good intentions. Interestingly enough, the spin-stop master on the Fox news has become an anti-birther watchdog who jumps with fervor on anybody who can be construed as making birther remarks. His tools? The same torture instruments from Alinsky’s arsenal…

Until we see some documentation, we don’t know who was named the father at the time of Barky’s birth.
It does not make any difference as to the real parentage of Obama, because Obama Senior claimed him as a product of the marriage. In the time of our Founding Fathers, all that was necessary was for the father of record to claim he was the father in actuality, which Obama Senior did in the divorce papers. In the time of our Founding Fathers there was no way to test (such as with DNA) for paternity. If a man claimed to be the father of a son, then that was good enough for all legal purposes of identity, passing on of inheritance, land grants, and especially citizenship.
The intent of the Founding Fathers was to have Presidents who had exclusive allegiance to the US from the time of their birth. Obama grew up believing that Obama Senior was his biological father, and he knew that Obama Senior was a British/Kenyan citizen. Natural born citizen status is the “strong check” against foreign influence. This foreign influence was present from the time of Obama’s birth and in the years that followed, which included 3 trips to Kenya, the most recent one in 2006. These are all facts which will not go away should Obama’s father turn out to have been an American.

This claim was made in the divorce papers of Ann Dunham and Obama Senior.
You are right in that we do not know who for sure is the real biological father. But you are missing my point. Obama Senior is the man that Obama identified with as his father — a foreign citizen from Kenya who never intended on becoming an American citizen. Obama believed himself to be Kenyan, and that is the kind of foreign allegiance that the Founding Fathers wished to avoid in the president. The natural born citizen requirement was a means to an end, and that end was a President with no foreign and competing allegiances — such as Obama has had since he was a baby.
I think its is weird that the O looks more like Malcolm X than Obama Sr.
That’s right-tell every one of them-they are to be voted out unless they come out publicly to support the Art II movement to investigate Obama’s eligibility and support the movement to determine the eligibility of all candidates.
I agree Stock. With the number of people who now doubt Obama’s eligibility we can make it much more of a liability for a politician to ignore the issue, and a credit for them to speak out without fear.
I also agree that Alinsky is about used up as far the birther name having the desired negative effect they hoped for. If it wasn’t, the number of people with doubts about Obama’s eligibility would not be growing as it is.
