WILL ARIZONA INVOKE THE TENTH AMENDMENT AND DO SO?

(Oct. 27, 2010) — According to the insane anti-American criminally minded judges of the Ninth Circuit, Arizona laws requiring potential voters to present documentation for AZ elections are “illegal.” Supposedly they discriminate against the poor who do not have drivers licenses.
All the potential voter now has to do is swear that he is a citizen under penalty of perjury.
But since it is illegal to prove that he is lying, well, you know the rest.
Friends, if this decision is allowed to stand, then citizens of other countries can argue that they are being discriminated against because they are “too poor” to travel to the US to vote in our elections.
By the logic of these insane America-hating judges, all human beings over a certain age can vote in US elections simply by swearing they are US citizens.
They can go to a US embassy and vote there. No US embassy official would be allowed to ask for a passport. Passports cost money and many can’t afford them.
You see where this is taking us?
What these commies in the Ninth circuit are doing is enforcing the idea of equality for every human being on the planet: the right of every person on earth to vote in US elections.
The USA is finished if this stands.
Arizona must fight back.
As tough as it is, Arizona election officials must ignore this decision, which is blatantly unconstitutional. If the law requiring people to be citizens to vote remains unchallenged, then there must be a way to prove voters are citizens.
Arizona should ignore the decision, continue to ask for ID upon registration, and then when they are challenged, they should ask the court how THEY would enforce the law requiring voters to be citizens of the US.
Until the court can find an answer their decision must be annulled by the officials on the ground in AZ. If not, AZ will have ceded its sovereignty and that of all Americans.
Sheriff Arpaio is already ignoring a federal request for papers in a phony investigation of his office. As far as I know, they have no recourse.
America is giving far too much power to unelected judges who have no power at all because they have blatantly ignored the Constitution. WE are supplying them with power. We need to just stop NOW. Our survival depends on it. This is the end of the line. Either rebel now or submit to complete tyranny and take the consequences.
Confucius recognized this kind of situation when he wrote that an emperor who behaved immorally was not really an emperor. Our founders said similar things. Jefferson said we needed another revolution every so often to get rid of the corruption in high places.
Now is the time.

I hope you didn’t think I posted the document from Congressional Research Service because I agreed with their conclusion. I posted it because it is THE document that Congress is using to come up with the replies they are sending to their constituents.
If you Google http://www.crs.gov you will find there is a document to support almost every subject Congress deals with….and it is what they use as the authority on whatever the subject is.
This is why they are usually in agreement with each other in their replies…they all read the same stuff and do little to no research on their own.
And yes, the document is real, I didn’t just make it up.

I didn’t mean to make it sound like I didn’t believe you, I just don’t have access to one right now. It’s difficult for me to make any comment on something I don’t have in my hand to see for myself! I did check out crs.gov, didn’t see what you were talking about. You said your copy was sent to you. Maybe it’s not posted on that website right now.
The Congressional report does nothing to diminish his adoption by Lolo Soetero and his Indonesian citizenship. I am sure that is why his school records have been sealed. He is an illegal usurper.
I know that the majority of the United States will vote conservatively but I am anxious about the voter fraud. Prayer will help.

A few days ago I was sent, from Senator Lincoln’s office, a 14-page document from Congressional Research Service, titled “Qualifications for the Office of President of the United States and Legal Challenges to the Eligibility of a Candidate”. It is a “memo” from Jack Maskell, Legislative Attorney, American Law Division.

I believe CRS documents are only available to the public through members of Congress, unless they have been released to the public domain. There are many that have been and they can be accessed through the website above, and other websites.
These documents, on whatever subject, appear to be the information that Congress considers credible on whatever subject is being discussed. Everything else is opinion or in error as far as they are concerned.
This particular CRS document is 14 pages of case law and opinion, concluding with this last paragraph:
Quote: “The constitutional history and relevant case law thus indicate that one born “in” the United States, and subject to it’s jurisdiction, that is, when one’s parents are not official diplomatic personnel representing a foreign nation in the U.S. would be considered a U.S. citizen “at birth” and thus a “natural born Citizen” of the United States, regardless of the citizenship of that individual’s parents.”
This document appears to have been distributed to all congressional offices, and is likely the reason most of the replies from Senators and House members are equating “native born” and “natural born” as being the same thing.
The document also puts great confidence in the validity of Obama’s online COLB and the statements from the Hawaii Department of Health. Is pretty much says the possibility of any valid birth certificate, other than a Hawaii one, existing for Obama is non-existent.
This document is something I hope all the “birther” lawyers have in their possession, if not, they need it.
Of course it’s full of arguable, (and sometime flat-out wrong), comments and only sites case laws that support the desired outcome, but for someone in Congress it is the final say-so on the subject, and may explain their reluctance to speak out. They believe, from reading this document that the “case is closed”. If I cannot locate it on the net I will scan it in, (not easy with the crummy scanner I have), and get it to anyone who wants a copy.
If anyone wants to help they can Bing, (or Google if they must), “Congressional Research Service” and use the results to search for, “Qualifications for the Office of President of the United States and Legal Challenges to the Eligibility of a Candidate” and the author, Jack Maskell, to try to find it. The Natural Born part of this case will take a SCOTUS decision, but finding out what kind of birth certificate Obama has or has not will be a much quicker solution.
“Laws of the Territory of Hawaii ACT 96 To Provide For The Issuance Of Certificates Of Hawaiian Birth was in effect from 1911 until 1972 and allowed someone who was born outside the Hawaiian Islands to be registered as though he were born in Hawaii. Under that law, someone simply would have presented herself to the Hawaiian authorities and declared that the child was born in Hawaii. The person could have sworn under oath and presented witnesses and other evidence. If the authorities accepted it, that was the end of it. All a person had to do was file a false statement and Hawaii took them at their word.
One could not just say “My kid was born in Des Moines but I want him to have a Hawaiian birth record”. But if you lied no investigation was conducted to validate your claim and the Hawaiian birth record was issued no questions asked.
Knowledge of this practice was wide spread and there are probably thousands of people who obtained Hawaiian birth records between 1911 and 1972 through the process of affidavits and witnesses rather than hospitals and delivery doctors not the least of these was the president of the first Chinese republic. Sun Yat-sen was born to a peasant family in the village of Cuiheng, China, but he had a Hawaiian birth certificate and was officially a citizen of the United States. The wording on Sun Yat-sen’s Hawaiian birth certificate reveals that at age 18 he “made application for a Certificate of Birth. And that it appears from his affidavit and the evidence submitted by witnesses that he was born in the Hawaiian Islands.” Appears? It also appears that AKA Obama was born in Hawaii. Does the AKA Obama birth certificate on file with the State of Hawaii have language similar to the birth certificate of SunYat-sen?
The only way to know where AKA OBAMA was actually born is to view AKA OBAMA’s original birth certificate on file in Hawaii to see what kind of birth certificate it is, and to examine what corroborating evidence supports what it says about AKA OBAMA’s alleged place of birth. If the birth was in a hospital, as AKA OBAMA has maintained, such evidence would be the name of the hospital and the name and signature of the doctor who delivered him.”
There is a small textural difference between COLBs issued to those who were born in hospitals with full documentation and those who were given Hawaiian birth status through an affidavit process:

Article 2 Section 1 is embedded into the United States of America’s Constitution. It is my understanding that only a Constitutional Amendment process can change the Constitution or a SCOTUS interpretation of the Constitution can redefine the Constitution, anything else is un-Constitutional! The Constitution does not say that a Congress approved committee or service shall have the power to rewrite the work of our Founding Fathers!Not having seen that document I’ll assume it is true. Let me ask you this…What does that say about our Congress who it appears are designating lower committee’s or service’s to redefine the U.S. Constitution? Didn’t they swear oath to serve and protect the Constitution? For the Congress to allow lower committee’s or service’s to rewrite the U.S. Constitution and therefore side stepping Constitutional procedure is a betrayal to the U.S. Constitution and a clear indication of Congress failing to do its Constitutional job!
Oh, and by the way! This has nothing what so ever to do with where Obama was born! It doesn’t matter where Obama was born! I don’t know why some people are so hung up on his place of birth? The Constitutional problem is with Obama’s father! Look again at the Quote you posted…it says PARENTS! Not parent! The Founding Fathers wanted a presidential candidate to be of parents both of whom were U.S. Citizens at the time of birth. Obama’s father was never a citizen!

Many of them were in on it and/or care more for their position than the rule of law. I really can’t believe that they believed that this punk could keep the chrade up for 4 years. The only conclusion I can come to is that there has for years been so much lying by the DC machine that they had become so used to getting away with it.
This is deception, because Arizona’s ARC 16-311 already has a law requiring candidates to be qualified, this is just distraction from that preexisting law. The Secretary of State did not follow their own laws already on the books, and that law still IS on the books!!

This morning on 630 WMAL (metro DC) conservative talk radio the discussion was about non-citizens being allowed to vote in local elections. An election Judge in Rockville MD (where I live) called in and said there is no requirement for anyone to show any ID in order to register to vote and/or vote in MD…just give a name, address (even a P.O. Box #) and a date of birth.
I swear I’m going to vote more than once.
I’ve asked time and time again in the past….where in hell are the republicans? Why are the republicans missing in action when it comes to defending the Constitution of the United States of America? This is insanity gone wild! The government of America is insane! Day in and day out citizens of America are asked to verify who they really are. And yet our government representatives prefer to extend privileges that citizens themselves don’t have to foreigners who are not citizens and in some cases not even here in the country legally! What in the hell is going on here in America? Where are the republicans? The government installs illegal usurpers! The government seems to be more concerned for the well being of foreigners than the voting citizens! Instead of educating America’s posterity, America’s posterity is indoctrinated into believing America is the scorn of the world!
