Anyone who donates $50 or more to this effort will receive an autographed copy of Andy Martin’s book, Obama: The Man Behind the Mask, which is “not a biography; rather it is a work-in-progress, as we try to comprehend how Obama rose from the sewers of Chicago politics to being a serious candidate for President of the United States.”

Martin states that his organization seeks to raise funds to “defend America from all enemies, foreign and domestic,” and adds:
We are dedicated to publishing only accurate facts and information about Senator Barack Obama, and raising what we believe to be are legitimate questions about his qualifications for the presidency.
During the 2008 presidential campaign, Mr. Martin appeared on Fox News on Sean Hannity’s program discussing Obama’s history as a “community organizer” and what his ulterior motives in that capacity might have been.
On October 17, 2008, Mr. Martin filed a lawsuit in Hawaii to obtain access to Barack Obama’s original long-form, typewritten birth certificate. He has stated that Hawaii officials admitted that the online COLB which has been presented as a “birth certificate” by Factcheck.org and Politifact.com is not the same as “the original” which the Department of Health has on file. Martin has speculated that Obama’s true biological father is Frank Marshall Davis and that Obama had been lied to regarding that fact, having been informed of it only after he reached adulthood.
Mr. Martin has filed a second lawsuit against Hawaii Governor Linda Lingle, as she “supervises and controls the actions of the executive department and in particular supervises Dr. Chiyome Fukino who is the Director of the Hawai¶i Department of Health.” Mr. Martin stated that his requests made under Hawaii’s UIPA law were ignored for months and, when they were finally answered at significant expense, did not address his request.
The Post & Email has filed a Motion to Intervene in that case.

Mr. Martin has stated that the “Obamacon” is being held to coincide with possible action in Honolulu on his case against the governor.
The Post & Email has previously interviewed Mr. Martin regarding his lawsuit against Governor Lingle, who claimed in a radio interview last spring that Obama was born at Kapiolani Medical Center in Honolulu.
John Charlton had reported last year that Google has blocked information about Mr. Martin’s questioning of Obama’s eligibility for the presidency.

come on andy. are you naive enough to believe obama was born in hawaii just because you talked to some people that knew him there? i lived in georgia years ago and there are people there that still remember me but that does not mean i was born in georgia. i was not born in georgia but i was born in another state. i only lived in georgia later for a few years. as i stated you must really be naive or out to lunch so to speak. obama has no long form birth certificate from hawaii so you are never going to see one unless he provides a forged one. he was not born in hawaii. talk to tim adams who was the chief elections clerk in hawaii during the campaign. a long form birth crertificate on obama from hawaii does not exist. obama cannot show what he does not have. so mr. martin get realistic.
The Judge Said – the public’s right to know about candidates outweighed the right to privacy.

If ALL of the plaintiffs and such ( this guy , Phil Berg , Alan Keyes , etc ) would join together ie. share info and help each other . Maybe this darn suit would make it . But , each of them seems bound and determined to “be the one” and it sucks ! If the “real issue” with them was the constitution and obama , that is exactly what they would be striving to do . Even this page has it proverbial head up its ass and ignores the point . Just keeps yelling about what “the post has done” “what the post believes” and “what the post has found” . Put all your brilliant minds together , all your supporters and put your damn egos aside and beat this S.O.B. !!!!
In defense of the Post and Email: I believe they have worked with all of the “major players”; however, the “major players” don’t seem to be willing with each other!?!? It is frustrating! It would be great if the Post and Email were able to pull all of them together and get the job done.
In my opinion, The Post and Email has been unwavering in the quest for justice, and appear to always tell it as it is!??
i will not send andy martin one cent. he continues to say that obama was born in honolulu when there is no birth place for him there. also not one person comes forward knowing anything about obamas birth in hawaii. he also denies there was an indonesian adoption for obama. phillip berg has his school records from indonesia . they read nationality indonesian religion muslim etc.
Johnny one of the problems wth our movement is the dissaray caused by people competing rather than working together. Most people already realized Obama is a muslim. That document Berg presented did more harm than good, because it told us nothing new about Obama and it also states Obama was born in Hawaii! I am constantly getting that thrown at me by Obots!
What was the point? What good did it do? Phil was so pleased with himself he released it without thinking thru to the ‘unintended consequences’ of his action.
There is no co-operation between the ‘leaders’ of our movement!
I doubt Dr Orly would work with Andy Martin because of certain elements of his history, Dr Orly and Phil Berg are having a huge battle (unrelated to the eligibility movement, but involving several other fighters of the good fight ) in court, Lucas Smith defamed Orly and undermined her case in front of Judge Carter, the whole RAP thing drew off hundreds of people who had previously spent *all their time* focussing on eligibility issues…the list goes on and on…and on.
Personally I think Andy is grandstanding with this ‘conference’. If I could see any evidence that Conferences 1 and 2 achieved anything then I would support it, but money is spread thin and I have donated all I could to LTC Lakin’s defense. If the Military Lawyers are to be believed, then Lakin could lose his pension and even his right to practise medicine as a civilian – his needs are greater at this time!
I wish all the leading members of the Eiligibility Movement would get together and book a conference room, thrash out their differences, and agree to a unified strategy.
to jesse—- obama was adopted by his step father in indonesia. the point berg makes is that obama never legally changed his name back from barry soetoro and it is believed he came back through immigration on an indonesian passport which means he is an illegal alien regardless of where he was born. no evidence can be found that he legally changed his name from barry soetoro back to obama. he commits fraud every time he signs his name. so far as born in hawaii goes inform the obots that there are no official legal hawaiian birth records on obama that have been made public.
for jesse—- when the obots throw it at you that obama was born in hawaii ask them to name the birth place. inform them no hospital in hawaii will confirm his birth. also not one person in the state reveals any knowledge of him being born in hawaii. not one. he has no legal birth certificate from hawaii with any doctors name and signature name of hospital or clinic description of baby and witnesses.
Hey Thomas that doesn’t surprise me you recd no answer from Andy the golddigger. Maybe you should have offered to pay him to help him. I see he’s still working the money angle real hard wanting people to buy his book, donate money, pay to sign up for one thing or another. I wrote him back in 08 and asked why doesn’t he get on the same page witn Phil Berg or Denofrio, he said they, especially Berg were taking the wrong approach & hindering more than helping. My impression of this guy is his ego is bigger than the issue and he’s always looking for money. Nonetheless, anyone who is trying to bring the eligibility issue front & center deserves a high 5. So you go Andy!
Conference??, why not call it a Party?? These Folks are fully aware, or they are “Brain-Dead!” “WE the People” of the United States of America HAVE a problem that is Close to being Proven!!
They should not be wasting Taxpayer for this Conference??!!
I followed Andy in 2008. Seems he dropped the ball when he was running for office in IL, but now has picked it up again. I emailed his campaign in 2009, told him I was a retired military member, not much cash… but willing to donate my time to his cause.
A staff member replied… “What political organizations are you affiliated with?” I replied that I was not politically associated with any party or group, but wanted to assist in anyway they thought I could be useful.
No response from him or the staff member who had emailed me. Not sure why he turned down free help, but find it hard to support him financially now. Good luck with your efforts Mr. Martin, you have my moral support.
I’ve been a follower of Andy Martin for a long time. I just sent him $50.00 and I’d suggest that, all of you who can afford it, do the same. If there’s a cause that deserves it, this is it. I just wish I were in a position to attend the conference.
