So that we may live in liberty

IS HISTORY REPEATING ITSELF?

by Robert C. Laity

King George III was king of Great Britain and Ireland from 1760 to 1801

(Sept. 11, 2010) — King George III was ruler of England. King George expanded the British empire and refused to negotiate with England’s colonies. King George was considered “mad.” He had several bouts of  psychological instability and episodes of erratic behavior. This led the colonies to seek separation from England, and the colonies declared independence from England in 1776.

Current science has researched King George’s behavior. Hair samples of his hair have established that arsenic was present. He is thought to have been suffering from Porphyria. Ironically, arsenic was used by King George’s physicians to treat him. Regardless, his behavior towards the colonies made it necessary to secede from England. King  George is historically cited as the “King who lost the colonies.” The colonists did not believe that their actions were for “light and transient causes;” their grievances were quite serious. Citing a “long train of abuses and usurpations” which were intended to place them under the thumb of tyranny, they cited their right, indeed, their duty to “throw off such government.”

“The history of the present”  fraudulent President of the United States “is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations” whose “Object” is a “New World Order,” the surrendering of United States Sovereignty, the establishment of Islam, the denial of information necessary for an informed populace (CertifiGate), the usurpation by fraud and prevarication of our highest office, the collaboration with others to dismantle our democratic republic, the raiding of our treasury and the participation in sharia “Zakat,” thereby aiding and abetting our enemies (ordering soldiers in Afghanistan not to shoot back at the Taliban), complicity in crimes against humanity (the Odinga affair), ignoring the Constitution; indeed, evading it. Ironically, there are observations from prominent experts that Barack Obama may also be suffering from mental illness.

Like King George, Barack has “obstructed the administration of Justice.”

He has “made judges dependent on his will alone” (judges are committing misprision so as not to “embarrass” him).

He has “erected a multitude of new offices” (Czars, the Board of Governors).

He has taken external office in a foreign state (his status as Chairman of the UN Security Council). He has used the Army in times of peace to harass citizens (incursion into Alabama).

Like King George, Obama has “Combined with others  to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution and unacknowledged by our laws” (Deference to foreign laws, trans-nationalists in his administration; again, the advocacy of a “New World Order, UN sanctions against our nation and surrendering of our sovereignty).

He has attempted and is attempting to “alter[ing] fundamentally the forms of our government[s].”  He has stated that our “constitution is flawed,” refused, at times to respect the flag; he has publicly denigrated the Bible, has disparaged America by apologizing for alleged wrongdoing; he has bowed to foreign potentates; he has flown a communist flag on the South Lawn of the White House.  He has displayed pictures of Che Guevera in his campaign offices; he has removed American flags from government areas, canceled the National Day of Prayer, denied that we are a Judeo-Christian nation and said that  we are a “Muslim nation.”

He has fought against other states denying them the protection of the United States from invasion, forcing the states to defend themselves (the Arizona affair).  He has allowed foreign enemies to seek refuge in the United States (Executive Determination #2009-15).

Like King George, he has instigated others to become “the executioners of their friends and brethren” (Army usage against civilians violates the Posse Comitatus Act).

As in 1776 we have “in every stage of these oppressions “petitioned for redress in the most humble terms. Our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury.”

A “President” of such “Character” that “is thus marked by every act that may define a tyrant is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.” We have pleaded with our representatives and fellow Americans to “Disavow these usurpations,” many of them “have been deaf to the voice of justice. We reiterate our Declaration “that these United” States “are, and of right ought to be, free” and that they are “absolved from all allegiance to the British Crown” (currently, we have a presumed “President” who was born a British Citizen).

Furthermore, in furtherance and preservation of our Democratic Republic  and “with a firm reliance on the protection of divine providence” [God] “we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.” September 17, 2010 is Constitution Day. Each of us is duty-bound to do whatever we can to preserve our form of government for posterity. Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness be yours. In God We Trust.  Long live the United States of America.

Taking up arms against illegal authority is societal self-defense. Those in authority are looking the other way. “We the People” are being crowded into a corner. We HAVE made numerous petitions of our Grievances to the proper authorities. They have acceeded to Obama’s will. Americans have fired on each other before, whether justly or unjustly. The point is that once peaceful avenues are deleted what else is there. Those authorities who are ignoring their lawful duties to get to the bottom of this are by their malfeasance inflaming the open wound.

“Here is what John Quincy Adams wrote about the Islamic prophet Mohammed: In the seventh century of the Christian era, a wandering Arab of the lineage of Hagar, the Egyptian, combining the powers of transcendent genius, with the preternatural energy of a fanatic, and the fraudulent spirit of an impostor, proclaimed himself as a messenger from Heaven, and spread desolation and delusion over an extensive portion of the earth. Adopting from the sublime conception of the Mosaic law, the doctrine of one omnipotent God; he connected indissolubly with it, the audacious falsehood, that he was himself his prophet and apostle. Adopting from the new Revelation of Jesus, the faith and hope of immortal life, and of future retribution, he humbled it to the dust, by adapting all the rewards and sanctions of his religion to the gratification of the sexual passion. He poisoned the sources of human felicity at the fountain, by degrading the condition of the female sex, and the allowance of polygamy; and he declared undistinguishing and exterminating war, as a part of his religion, against all the rest of mankind. THE ESSENCE OF HIS DOCTRINE WAS VIOLENCE AND LUST: TO EXALT THE BRUTAL OVER THE SPIRITUAL PART OF HUMAN NATURE.

We were “at war with” Islam then and we continue to BE “at war with” Islam NOW!

How long are we going to keep playing the ‘explain game’, to those that keep telling you that you have no rights, no standing, no power, until you realize you have nothing (no gold) and are beaten into submission. The writing is on the wall. Victims ask why and say help me, help me. Keep buying the ‘how to’ books until you learn what you already knew. Wanted, people that know how to build an ark that will set sail for the new world. Lead, follow or get out of the way.

In 1946 errant rulemakers changed the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedures illegally claiming that “Presentments are obsolete”. The fifth amendment mentions “Presentment” as an alternative to Indictment by a Grand Jury. The fifth amendment was never repealed nor altered by those errant federal rulemakers. We DO have “standing”. We always have.
It MUST BE ADAMANTLY DEMANDED by the people. The federal judges who claim we have “no standing” are absolutely incorrect. Such a ruling is patently illegal on it’s face.

        See Miranda v. Arizona:

“Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be NO rulemaking or legislation which would abrogate them.

The People have a “Secured right” to issue “Presentments”. We the People DO have “standing”.

Between those who revolted against his heavy-handed rule and King George III was an ocean. This fact may explain Oilbama’s excessive jet-setting since his coronation last year.

i totally agree but words are not solving our problem. article after article and continous complaining does no good. dr kate has right idea descend on congress in large masses . also rev. manning is correct remove obama and bring him to criminal trial. talking and words is not what we need more of. we all know the situation by now and how bad obama is. sitting and complaining is not going to make obama go away.

That is the point. We are past the time for “Humble” Petitioning. “We the People must now be pro-active. People have been trying for years to “Bring him” to Justice. Many people “Know the situation by now”,that Obama is a traitor and a fraud.”Complaining” has failed to provoke those in authority to do they “sacred” duty,to ARREST the quisling named Obama, who has, with grave disregard for America and it’s standing in the world, has worked incessantly to choke the breath from it,dismantle it and overthrow it right in front of our faces, without any tint of shame or remorse, guilt or sense of duty. Those in authority who have looked the other way,to date, has led to this juncture. The time has come for alternative
methods of societal self-defense. The very least that authorities should have already done is hea the evidence in a court of law, properly convened. To date, they haven’t even done that.
Obama clearly yields tremendous influential power over these authorities, lest they incur his wrath. Why else would they have abrogated thier constitutional duties to defend the United States from it’s domestic enemies. By doing so,they have become our enemies as well.

      Johnny,

Good comments. I still maintain that this federal government is not ours anymore and will never listen to the people’s voices. The people have no influence and power with the federal government which is acting more like a communist totalitarian government than a representative republican government.

It is my perception that we have seen an inversion of power in the United States. The once sovereign states have relinquished their sovereignty to their offspring, the federal government. The federal government, acting like a spoiled child, is now destroying the life of its parents, the states, and the people. This must stop.

These same sovereign states which created the federal government, have the proper power and authority needed for federal law enforcement, and are ultimately responsible for control and maintenance of the feds – whether or not the states acknowledge their power and authority. Imagine 30-40 thousand protesters marching on their own state capitals demanding that their state governments re-assert control of the federal government once again. Imagine what governors like Chris Christie and Jan Brewer could do if they focused on re-asserting their control over the feds rather than merely playing games with the feds.

I don’t want to see Americans firing on Americans, but if the state governments and the state ambassadors to the federal government (our senators and the congressmen) do not bring the errant federal government back into compliance with our laws, the people will have to re-assert THEIR control over the government, and the people may not be as diplomatic as their elected representatives might be under similar circumstances.

There is much anger and frustration in the American people at this time, and it is quite appropriately focused on its own unlawful government’s actions.
