OBAMA DEFIES FEDERAL JUDGE WHO STRUCK DOWN HIS MORATORIUM ON OFFSHORE DRILLING

(Jun. 23, 2010) — It is now clear that Obama & Co’s plan to completely and irrevocably destroy America’s offshore drilling was the intent from the inception of the current Gulf of Mexico disaster. Whether the disaster was accidental or by design, it is now being used by the Obama regime as a political weapon against the American people.
After the ostensible accidental BP oil rig explosion and subsequent continuing massive release of millions of gallons of deep sea oil into the Gulf, Obama issued a fiat that all US offshore drilling was to be suspended for six months. Then, although US District Court Judge Martin Feldman disagreed with the Obama regime’s dictate and stated that “an invalid agency decision to suspend drilling of wells in depths of over 500 feet simply cannot justify the immeasurable effect on the plaintiffs, the local economy, the Gulf region, and the critical present-day aspect of availability of domestic energy in this country” and that the Obama “agency’s decision was arbitrary and capricious” and issued his ruling to lift the ban, the Obama regime immediately challenged the judge. Note: In recent memory, this is the first judge to rule in any way whatsoever against the tyrant.
ObamaMinion, Marxist and Interior Secretary Ken Salazar said that he will issue another drilling moratorium and not follow the federal judge’s orders. Obama seems determined that the jobs lost will not only remain lost, but will never return to the Gulf. Is he planning to remove all of the people in the Gulf and effect yet another massive land grab?
Clearly, the Obama Regime is openly no longer following US law. If Obama & Co. do not like a legal ruling, they simply ignore it or Obama pronounces a new law that he likes better. This is what ALL dictators do, folks. It no longer matters that Obama and his Marxist Dems have shredded the US Constitution and are committing daily overt criminal acts. If no one stops them and the law is not enforced, laws no longer matter. And the RINOs in office (“Marxist-Dem lite“) haven’t said more than a ‘peep’–if that–about any of the Obama atrocities. They most certainly have not attempted to stop the despot. By the way, don’t be surprised when you hear that Obama is going “judge shopping” for a good Marxist to hear his case so that that he (or she) can assist Obama in developing a new front in his war against the people of the Gulf and the rest of the USA.
Note to readers: If the real revolution isn’t in full swing by then and we are still allowed to vote in November, ALL Democrats and RINOs up for election must be voted out of office and replaced with those who will uphold and fight for the US Constitution.
And now something even more heinous has occurred, as The Obama continues to drag his feet on lessening the horrific damage in the Gulf, fiddle like Nero, play golf and hold dinner parties and barbeques at the White House. The continuing blast of oil and toxins into the Gulf of Mexico is depleting the oxygen levels and all affected marine life appears to be dying in huge and unprecedented numbers. Obama, however, remains smiling as he pans to the cameras. Think he enjoys watching the destruction that he refuses to alleviate? Think he relishes each and every job and life he destroys? With his pattern of actions against We-the-People and his lack of action to help either them or anything else alive (except his buddies), the only logical supposition is “You betcha’!”
If our elected officials continue to refuse to legally stop the now firmly-implanted dictator-in-chief and his supplicants in Congress, We-the-People must be prepared and start seriously planning to take over. Please remember that it is our duty to do so.

It’s reporting that the methane in some regions are 1 millions times higher than normal, and it’s depleting oxygen levels.
Doesn’t anyone realize how serious this is, meaning methane gas in some regions in the Gulf of Mexico, which the methane gas is over one million times than normal? Methane gas is so serious. It’s colorless, odorless, and they say that when it hits the air, is extremely flammable. And it does cut oxygen supply.
While I’m not a so-called environmentalist, I still try to be a good steward of the earth to which we were given by Yahweh. I know that mankind has rulership over the animals of the earth, but it breaks my heart to see the poor dolphins dying, some babies, not able to breathe, and those guys burning the sea turtles alive. It’s a sad situation when that happens. Look, many living beings will die, but a good steward of the earth has compassion for living things. Even the ones that we eat, which means they are slaughtered in a compassionate manner.
So allow me to ask, where is PETA on this, screaming to the tops of their lungs, where are the tree-huggers, where are the environmentalists? They were screaming at the top of their lungs when President Bush was President. So where are they?
This tells us that they don’t really care about being a good steward of the earth that has been given to us, meaning all of mankind, to take care of it the best that we can. It shows that they only care about one thing, being political. So do they really care? Looks like they don’t. And if they do come out and say something, it will to be say that it’s Bush’s fault. That’s all they can think of, and they don’t really care what is happening today.
Right now people are losing their livelihood in Florida in a big way. Thousands of people who have businesses large and small, and especially those restaurants that serve fish. Then you have the people who are fishermen that have basically lost their business. So those people are hurting.
I’m just so saddened by it all. While I don’t blame Barack for the oil gusher catastrophe, I do blame him for the attitude that he’s taking in not helping those people, then he automatically starts talking the tax thing. He must think that we’re stupid, I guess.
The dispersal agent Corexit 9500 is a solvent originally developed by Exxon and now manufactured by the Nalco Holding Company of Naperville, Illinois that is four times more toxic than oil….
A greater danger involving Corexit 9500, and as outlined by Russian scientists in this report, is that with its 2.61ppm toxicity level, and when combined with the heating Gulf of Mexico waters, its molecules will be able to “phase transition” from their present liquid to a gaseous state allowing them to be absorbed into clouds and allowing their release as “toxic rain” upon all of Eastern North America.
Even worse, should a Katrina like tropical hurricane form in the Gulf of Mexico while tens of millions of gallons of Corexit 9500 are sitting on, or near, its surface the resulting “toxic rain” falling upon the North American continent could “theoretically” destroy all microbial life to any depth it reaches resulting in an “unimaginable environmental catastrophe” destroying all life forms from the “bottom of the evolutionary chart to the top”….

A few days ago, a Reverend commented here on postemail.com that we need to hold referendums in all fifty states with the goal of dumping the current leadership. I disagree with that option for several reasons: 1) It will take too long to organize and jump through all the hoops necessary to hold special elections in all the states and 2) Who will do the vote-counting? The same people who fraudulently counted votes from the ’08 presidential election and our most recent Primaries? P-u-h-l-e-a-s-e !
We need to do something before the Constitution has been totally shredded. For a while now, I have toyed with the idea of calling for massive gum-up-the-works protests. We have the freedom to peaceably and non-violently assemble — as of now. With enough participants and calls from a few nationally-recognized personalities to help attract people, a Czech-type velvet revolution could be organized and staged to insist our government be returned to us. I also believe that it is firmly and clearly recognized that our federal leadership no longer has the best interests of the entire nation as its goal. That leaves it up to we the people to gum up the works until this illegitimate government reaches the point where it is incapable of functioning and ultimately capitulates, no matter how long that may take.
Obama/minions defying a Federal Judge, then what is the big deal about General McChrystal’s comments? Obama is saying McChrystal defied his glorious tactics and his Messianic view of the world, yet on the other hand Obama is openly defying a Judge-makes no sense.

RE: Congress and Senate POTUS hopefuls–doubtful. But, there are a number of Republican Governors who could make great choices. Two recent possible heroes come to mind: Jan Brewer from Arizona and Chris Christie from New Jersey.
