PATRIOTS START FUNDRAISER TO HIRE LAWYER TO BRING CITIZENS’ PRESENTMENTS TO TRIAL

(Nov. 22, 2009) — A new initiative has been launched by Bob Campbell, founder of American Grand Jury (www.americangrandjury.org).
An offshoot of the grand jury movement, the new website, www.prosecuteobama.org, was officially launched on Thursday, November 19, 2009. Its goal is to enlist the help of a constitutional attorney to file criminal charges against Nancy Pelosi, Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soetoro, and others for fraud and treason.
Anyone wishing to join and/or contribute to this effort is welcome to log on to www.prosecuteobama.org and do so. Pledges are accepted in any amount, starting at $1.00. The short-term goal is to raise $15,000 and identify a patriot attorney who will act on the grand jury presentments and is willing to argue the case in court. If you can’t contribute but are willing to spread the word, please distribute this information to 15-20 friends.
The ultimate objective is to have Obama removed from office for his crimes.

If born abroad, his mother was not eligible to bestow citizenship on him since she was not old enough at the time.
So if born abroad, he is not a citizen at all.

Mr. Charlton replies: Joey, what you say is true, if her marriage with Obama Sr was valid, but as he was married before and his marriage with Dunham was in US and Hawaiian law bigamous, the marriage is invalid, and Obama is considered a child of a single mother: what the laws say then about a foreign birth are another thing. If born in Kenya, his birth status might also be governed by tribal marriage laws, because then his marriage is valid in Kenya, and might be valid also in the USA, and then Obama would be, as you say, not a U.S. citizen.
He is not a natural born citizen. His father was not a citizen of the USA and the child takes the citizenship from the father NOT the mother. HE IS NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.
Reply to Sherry: The issue is not whether Obama is a citizen or not, it is about whether he is a natural born citizen, as required by the Constitution. Here are the various ways to attain US citizenship:
1. Naturalized. People who are not born a citizen.
2. Native-born. People born in the US.
3. Statutory. People born abroad to citizen parents.
4. Natural born. People born in the US to citizen parents.
If Obama was born in Hawaii, he would be a native-born citizen. If born abroad, he attained US citizenship via his US citizen mother. But in neither case is he is a natural born citizen because his father was not a US citizen.
