AG HAS SAT ON COMPLAINT FOR 6 WEEKS, IN SHOCKING NEGLIGENCE OF HIS DUTY TO PROTECT VOTERS’ RIGHTS!

by John Charlton

(Oct. 28, 2009) —After 6 weeks of waiting for a response from the state Attorney General, with no action taken, New Hampshire Representative Laurence M. Rappaport has demanded that Michael A. Delaney, take action on his concerns that Election Fraud had been committed in the state during the 2008 Presidential Election.

Rappaort was scheduled to met with Delaney yesterday, at 3 PM.  In his recent visit, Rappaport explained to The Post & Email, that he was going to ask the following questions:

1.     I have birth copies of two birth certificates which purport to be from Kenya.  Are they genuine?

2.     The Supreme Court ruled in the early 1800’s that a natural born citizen was one with two birth parents, both of whom held American citizenship.  The same criteria was held up in 2008 when eligibility of Mr. McCain was questioned by Congress.  Mr. Obama, in his book, states that his father was Kenyan.

3.    Mr. Obama travelled to Pakistan some years ago when Pakistan was on our enemies list and travel was forbidden.  Which passport did he use?

4.    Mr. Obama attended school in Indonesia which claimed to admit ONLY Indonesians and NO foreigners.  Was Mr. Obama Indonesian?

5.    Mr. Obama has used multiple social security  numbers.

Representative Rappaport stated that he was determined action be taken, saying, “If any of the above are true, then it is my belief that fraud was committed upon the voters of New Hampshire and it needs to be prosecuted.”

As soon as The Post & Email has more news about this visit, it will publish it in a separate report.

As reported by The Post & Email on Sept. 12, of this year, New Hampshire State Representative Laurence Rappaport is determined to see that the Granite State uphold the integrity of its elections.  In his visit to the New Hampshire Secretary of State Mr. William Gardner, on Sept. 10, he had asked that an investigation be undertaken regard the presence of Barack Hussein Obama on the ballot in the 2008 General election, due to the face of prima facie evidence in the news that Obama was not qualified for the office he ran for.

The Post & Email subsequently found that according to New Hampshire State laws, Presidential Candidates must swear to the following to be admitted to the Ballot in the primaries (NH 655:47):

I, __________, declare that I am domiciled in __________, in the city (or town or unincorporated place) of __________, county of __________, state of __________, and meet the qualifications for the office for which I am a candidate; that I am a registered member of the __________ party; that I am a candidate for nomination for the office of __________ to be made at the primary election to be held on the __________ day of __________; and I hereby request that my name be printed on the official primary ballot of said __________ party as a candidate for such nomination.

Since to swear such an oath without certain knowledge of having the proof to substantiate such a self-qualification would be the crime of false swearing, and since to swear this oath with knowledge that one is not qualified would be the crime of perjury with the intent to commit fraud; under either circumstance Election Fraud would have been committed as a result, because an ineligible candidate would have been admitted to the 2008 General Election Ballot in the State.

Since Barack Hussein Obama could not swear such an oath, being that he is not a natural born citizen, who has 2 citizen parents, such a self-testimony would involve fraud and lead to Election fraud.

On this basis, all impartial observers agree:  every state needs to begin investigations.

Shortly after his visit to the New Hampshire Secretary of State, Rappaport was informed that Garnder no longer believed himself to have the authority to investigate, and that he was referring Rappaport’s request to the New Hampshire Attorney General.

No sooner had Rappaport and Gardner taken action that Shira Schoenberg of the Keen Sentinel attempted in an editorial piece to smear Rappaport, ridiculing his concerns.  In a subsequent interview with The Post & Email, Rappaport demolished Schoeberg’s argument with hard facts.

Since Sept. 19, Rappaport has informed The Post & Email that he was tracking the activity of the Attorney General’s office and would follow up.  When he learned that nothing had yet been done, he scheduled yesterday’s visit.

Maybe the State Representative should turn his attention to possibly seeking prosecution of the AG for failure to carry out his duties under NH’s Constitution and federal election laws. Just a thought!

The New Hampshire requirement is very interesting and I am wondering how did Obama’s party filled out the “qualification” slot.

And to come with an older idea of mine regarding the possible consequences of some fraudulence in such a context – wouldn’t that put Obama and his crew under the law’s scrutiny for RISING $700 MILLIONS FOR ELECTORAL PURPOSES WHILE FULLY AWARE THAT OBAMA IS NOT AN ELIGIBLE CANDIDATE?

This would be big time scamming –

Good News:
If the injustice, deception and approaching oppression were not so severe in this administration, we might only have settled for removing Barack Obama and his cabinet for fraudulently taking over the US government. Now we know how far spread this is and how intent they are to take away our freedoms; we can vote the whole party out and leave them neither branch nor root as the Bible says.

People of God cannot be silent now. NOV 3 is an election where we can send a CLEAR message, this party is over. We are voting OUT a party and those too weak and ignorant to require identity documents for this president that others in security sensitive positions must show when they apply for a job. That includes school records, birth certificate, health records, and passport.

Liberals are against God’s wisdom. (pro-abortion, pro homo-sexual agenda, pro more government control)

Isaiah 32:5-6 5. The VILE person shall be no more called LIBERAL

Proverbs 29:2 “When the righteous are in authority the people rejoice; but when the wicked bear rule, the people mourn.” If the people of God do not vote, then the devil’s voters will win. It is “God with us” not God instead of us that brings us good leaders.

High praise to Representative Rappaport, who is one of a precious few “public servants” who show an interest in serving the public interest by upholding our Constitution. He is a pinch of leavening that will make the dough rise. Without him and other patriots, American bread will become unpalatable–indeed, we are already choking on it.

New Hampshire should be interested in the outcome of this investigation as any citizen concerned with the sovereignty of the U.S. should be.
If this is not settled, some time in the future Ahmadinejad could come to any state in America, impregnate a U.S. citizen, and as long as the birth is on U.S. soil, that child can become President??
Scary, huh??
