NH SECRETARY OF STATE AGREES TO INVESTIGATE

(Sept. 12, 2009) — New Hampshire State Representative, Laurence M. Rappaport payed a visit to Mr. William Gardner, the NH Secretary of State, on Thursday, Sept. 10th.
His stunning request: an investigation of Barack Hussein Obama’s presence on the NH 2008 Ballot.
Gardner’s stunning response: an investigation will commence.
I interviewed Mr. Rappaport by email, and asked him, on what basis did he make his complaint; he responded, “The basis for all of this is possible fraud. I don’t know what penalties will be assessed if fraud is proven.”
Rappaport’s action follows stunning revelations that Nancy Pelosi deliberately signed two different forms certifying Barack Hussein Obama was the Democratic National Party candidate for the presidency. While these forms have been known to exist for some time, it was J.B. Williams, writing for the Canadian Free Press who brought them national notoriety, earlier this week.
It is unclear, if, in the eventuality that New Hampshire determines fraud was committed, on the grounds that Barack Hussein Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States, if the State will move, through its governor, to take some sort of action on the National scene, or who would be liable in law for the crime committed in-state.
RAPPAPORT for POTUS!
I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how any person could hide all records of their past.Including,school records, birth cirtificate, place of birth,religion,and hell, even his age. We don`t even know what obama`s real name is.How did any one allow this ? How could any one vote for a person that spent in excess of 2 million dollars to hide this information,especially the election of the potus? The world knows and GOD knows that hideing something is an addmission of guilt for something.

Is Mr. Rappaport also aware of Senate Resolution 511 which was passed unanimously in the Senate 4-30-08 in reference to John McCain which provides the Senates own definition for Natural Born Citizen in its last two lines (born to American citizens). Once you show that to people they tend to start to see things a little more clearly. While as a whole the Senate has failed to discharge its duties in regard to this matter-having this in black and white does help.

This issue must be resolved at some point. The sooner the better.
The independence and localism that are native to New Hampshire are fortunately of a higher character than found in many other parts of our nation.
This issue places New Hampshire on the national stage in an unprecedented and historic way. I only hope your officials will return to the cardinal fact of Obama’s British citizenship at birth and the points of law bearing thereupon and not get sucked into the subterfuge as to where he was born. Wherever our current President was born, he was a British citizen at birth born to a British father. As Obama has confirmed, he was born under the jurisdiction of the British government, a subject of the British Crown.

That is Kerchner, et al. vs. Obama, Congress, et al. Filed at 2:50 AM, 20th January, 2009. See the bottom of page 19 and the top of page 20 of their action, and also the end notes.

Mr. Charlton replies: Thank you for your informative comment; I was not aware of this citation in Kerchner vs. Obama. I will leave it to others to argue the dispute on “discovery”.
As my grandmother said ” it will all come out in the wash” I believe this man -Bracka Hussein Obama Jr is a usurper a liar and is not eligible to be president of the United States. I believe that Pelosi and the DNC intentionally lied and mislead their party and the American people, the question that has to be asked, if this all proves to be true–WHO WILL PERSUE IT AND WHO WILL PROSECUTE THROW OBAMA THE DNC AND ITS MEMBERS INCLUDING PELOSI AND REID OUT OF OFFICE AND INTO PRISON.
My answer NOBODY the because you see the Republicans do not have the backbone and resolve to do it-the Democrats damn well won’t so who or what does that leave the American people with??
Do you think for a moment Americans will take to the street do you think they will unite and demand justice–hell most don’t even know the requirements under the constitution for eligibility to run for the office of president, and further more a large segment of the American people could give a rat’s behind.
