REFERRAL ORDER GIVES RISE TO SPECULATION THAT EXPEDITED DISCOVERY IS TO COMMENCE

(Sept. 11, 2009) — Yesterday U.S. Federal District Judge David Carter (Central District of California, Southern Division) ordered the Amended Motion for expedited Rogatory Discovery, filed by Attorney Taitz in the action Captain Pamela Barnett et al. vs. Obama et al. referred to Magistrate Judge Arthur Nakazato. This order followed Carter’s denial of Taitz’ request to remove Judge Nakazato from his role overseeing admission of evidence to the case, which duty he has according to Federal Court rules of procedure. Judge Nakazato is now to review the first Kenyan Birth Certificate.
Attorney Taitz had submitted in July a Kenyan Birth Certificate (hereafter the Lavendar Document) to be authenticated by means of a mandamus to Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, to move her to formally request the Kenyan Government to authenticate the document. This motion was denied by Judge Nakazato, whereupon Taitz filed a motion refusing to proceed before him, and a subsequent amendment to the initial Rogatory motion, on Aug. 20th.
Attorney’s for Barack Hussein Obama, led by Mr. George S. Cardona, acting U.S. Attorney, almost immediately replied to Carter’s order, with an ex-parte Application (accompanied by a proposed order), requesting immediate halt to any discovery which might be granted by the Magistrate Judge.
In this Ex-parte Application, Cardona requests,
an Order staying all discovery in this matter pending the Court’s ruling upon Defendent’s motion to Dismiss, currently set for hearing on October 5, 2009, with the exception of discovery which Plaintiffs can demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the Court, that they need in order to counter (this) said motion.
The substance of Cardona’s application is that it would violate procedures to allow any notable discovery, before Judge Carter considers the Defendent’s Motion to Dismiss, filed on Sept. 4, 2009 (editorialized by The Post & Email, on Wednesday).
At present it seems unclear, what the Defense in this case would fear from discovery resulting from what many Obama supporters have claimed is a forgery (based on a Bomford Birth Certificate, from South Australia, distributed by Bomford.net, an online geneological site); since, if the Lavender Document is a forgery, discovery should confirm this. Contrariwise, if the discovery would result in showing that Obama was in fact born in Mombasa, as the document purports, it is not clear why the U.S. Attorney Generals would oppose the divulging of information which would confirm the crime of the usurpation of the highest office of the land, by Barack Obama.
RUMOURS THAT CARTER HAS ORDERED EXPEDITED DISCOVERY ARE AMISS
This morning, Internet sites like Resistnet and Citizen Wells Blog are rife with rumours that Judge David Carter has granted expedited discovery in the action Barnett vs. Obama, in Santa Ana Federal Court.
The Post & Email can confirm from first hand soruces, that these rumors were based on the Referral order Carter issued yesterday and the previous court instruction regarding preparation for discovery, which should take place before the hearing on October 5th. This seems coherent with Judge Carter’s previous public statements, that procedures will be followed in the main case; which procedures did not call for expedited discovery at this time. Thus, The Post & Email can confirm that no expedited discovery has been granted in the principle action. The current dispute and ex-parte Application regard only the so-called Lavendar Document. Whether Judge Natazako will also review the Lucas Document is unclear at this time.

RECKLESS 2008 & 2009 U.S. CONGRESS MUST BE REPLACED!
I contend that as long as long as “any – one” of the elected U.S. Congress, appointed judges, officials etc of this reckless 2009 congress remains in office, the United States of America will always be at risk of communist takeover! You can’t tell the good guys from the bad guys, they talk out of both sides of their mouth!
TO QUALIFY MY POINT … Because of the reckless 2008 U.S. Congress, both jackasses and fat elephants, allowed this evil Muslim communist parasite, USURPER, barack hussein obama, to not only be nominated, they allowed him to be elected! THERE WAS NO “VETTING PROCESS” ON THIS ASS HOLE USURPER, barack hussein obama, BY THE COMMUNIST DEMOCRATS, WHO KNEW HE WAS INELIGIBLE AND THE REPUBLICANS JUST WENT ALONG FOR THE RIDE WITH MCCAIN WHILE CRUCIFYING SARAH PALIN!
I don’t know any of those who have expressed their desire to run for congress or those who are considering running for office in the 2010 U.S. Congressional election. These individuals might be good upstanding citizens and good choices under normal conditions. But … These are not normal conditions!
BE ADVISED … A few minnows swimming in a large pool of sharks will only eliminate the food chain! We must first eliminate the sharks, ya know, drain the swamp first to get rid of the alligators! The election process of the “Continental Congress of 2010” with fully vetted candidates is the only answer to a possible return to the Republic of the United States of America!

Having retired and moved to Honolulu 15 years ago, I found that once we elected a Conservative Republican Govenor…and a few others of the SAME honorable persuasions in the House of Representatives…we had a chance to turn the Republic of Hawaii around to some honest decisions, and bring a form of RIGHTEOUSNESS (our state motto) back into an active co-olition of voters… in time!
But “The Good ‘Ol Party” of long term “vested” liberal Democrats took charge, and regardless of 15,000 good folks showing up at our April 15th Tea Party in front of the State Building (not one of our Democratic “good ‘ol boys showed up!)…and many fine speeches to denounce MORE TAXES, the Democratic controlled congress OVERRULED 68 OF THE TAX INCREASES WHICH GOV.LINGLE TRIED TO SHUT DOWN BY VETO, by voting YES!
As to Obama’s birth certificate…? The hospital here seems to have “lost track of it”, or, “closed the books on it”, or, ” cencored any copies of it by order of the Federal Goverment”…! Oh ya!
WE have been PRAYING all across America for God’s MERCY, not the judgment we deserve. I believe God is going to answer our prayers and give us another chance to honor Him and Obey GOD’S WORDS. We pray against Satan and his angeles who disguise themselves as angels of light. We resist Satan and command him to depart from us and for God to bind the evil ones who would destroy our nation and the hope of our families. Let us continue to bow before God, to put God First and His Son, the LORD JESUS CHRIST, who died and rose again for us that we might have eternal life. We are blessed to be a Christian nation. From what I have ssen in research the CFR they are all in our Govenment positions, Obama put 20 of them in his cabinet when he slithered into office. I came from the Council on foreign relations office today and I read that they are in meetings with our Government offering advice and suggestions, yet they claim they have nothing to do with our Government, they are in it , doesn’t that count? Alsmost everyone in office is a member, that should not be allowed.
The CFR are hooked up to the trilateral commision, that was formed by John Rockefeller, the same man who said in his biography that he was conspiring for years against America and proud of it, these are the people who are in office now. The reason Obama is getting away with all of this is because he has inside help from CFR.
John Rockefeller stood on the stage behind Obama when he made his inaugeration speech clapping like a mad man, probably still conspiring against America and proud of it. After Obama is shown the door we should do the same to the members of the CFR. Get rid of the UN and close the door to the Hotel America for awhile. We need to start over again. No more Globalists, I didn’t vote on that, no more open door policies, I didn’t vote on that either. We don’t seem to have much to say about what happens to our country, or us for that matter. I hope ot exchange my tinfoil hat for a crown when these trials are over.
How is it possible, that anyone in the U.S. congress, SCOTUS or any judge for that matter, for the past 8 months, allowed this evil USURPER, barack hussein obama and his communist comrades, to remain in the white house, posing as the prez and commander in chief of the U.S. military, without authorizing Dr. Orly Taitz, immediate DISCOVERY!
I’ll be 76 years old soon, and in all of my formative years, I’ve never seen such a corrupt congress, SCOTUS etc as we have today. This useless corrupt U.S. Congress, SCOTUS etc continues to turn both deaf ears and both blind eyes away from the biggest and most important issue ever to face the United States of America, the U.S. Constitutional eligibility for prez of the evil muslim communist, USURPER, barack hussein obama!
The current corrupt congress in Washington DC is not going to mend their ways! They’ve had many, many years to do so and instead, just get more and more corrupt, they think like the USURPER barack hussein obama, they’re the boss and we work for them!
As for the “threatened” issue … These congressional people, SCOTUS and all Judges took an oath when they were sworn into office, to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America, an oath they’ve refused to uphold! When administered the oath, it’s very plain to see that the words they are required to repeat, are only shallow, meaningless recited words!
To add insult to injury, this evil muslim communist, USURPER, barack hussein obama, will allow the communist flag of China to fly over the white house grounds to satisfy his evil chinese communist comrades!!

This is beyond disgusting. There can not be anything more important happening, then the outcome of this case. How many people must die, before it is taken serious? What has happened to our Judicary system in America. Prosecute all of them, NOW!
