Did Obama Commit “Identity Fraud?”

(Mar. 22, 2018) — On Wednesday night’s edition of “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” host Tucker Carlson interviewed San Francisco District Attorney candidate Joe Alioto Veronese about Oakland, CA Mayor Libby Schaff’s warning last month to illegal aliens within her city that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents would soon be in the Bay Area.

The enforcement of the nation’s immigration laws and arrest and deportation of criminal illegals was a cornerstone of President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign. Since he took office in January of last year, ICE has arrested tens of thousands of criminal illegal aliens with a special emphasis on removing members of the deadly street gang, MS-13.

During last month’s Oakland operation, ICE reportedly netted 232 arrests criminal illegal aliens arrests, with the agency’s Acting Director, Thomas Homan, estimating that approximately 800 more were able to evade apprehension because of Schaaf’s warning.

During the six-minute interview with Veronese, Carlson pressed his guest, who once sat on the San Francisco Police Commission and currently practices law privately, whether or not Schaaf’s action were detrimental to upholding the nation’s immigration laws.  In response, Veronese said that “232 is really good” as a percentage of those ICE had targeted for arrest.

Carlson argued that Schaaf allowed “people to get away and commit other crimes” in the wake of a report earlier that day stating that three illegals who escaped ICE’s Oakland raid, presumably as a result of Schaaf’s tip-off, have since committed new crimes.

Veronese agreed with Carlson that “definitely violent” criminal illegal aliens should be arrested, provided due process, jailed if found guilty and then deported.

During the interview, Veronese remarked that the United States is a “law of nations,” although he most likely meant “nation of laws.”

At 4:11 in the video of the segment, Carlson said that illegal aliens working in the state of California are committing “fraud” by presumably using false identification.  “He’s using fake documents.  That’s a felony.  Is that not a big deal?  It seems like a big deal, post 9-11, to me.  Is that a concern for you, as someone running for DA, that someone’s using fake documents, fake identification documents?” Carlson continued.

“If it’s a violation of federal law, the federal enforcement should definitely take over…” Veronese began to respond, with Carlson vehemently speaking over him with, “It’s not a violation of California law to use a fraudulent ID for the purposes of getting a job or doing anything else…?”

Veronese affirmed that in San Francisco, non-U.S. citizens can obtain a “California ID” which is not “illegal” to use.  “So you don’t have to use fraudulent IDs,” he explained, presumably to obtain employment.

“Oh, yes, you do,” Carlson retorted, “because you need to produce a Social Security number, and if you’re here illegally, you can’t do that.  You can’t get a federal Social Security number.”

“You can’t produce a Social Security number that is accurate or reflective of…” Veronese began, invoking “a federal law,” although he was overpowered by Carlson’s interjection of “That is true.  But that’s not a problem for you.  You feel like, ‘Hey, hands off.’  Someone’s using a stolen ID, committing identity theft; a fake federal document in California is like, ‘You know what?  It’s not our business.’  Is that what’s you’re saying?”

“No, identity theft is an entirely different subject,” Veronese responded.  “But federal immigration enforcement or federal Social Security law is not the priority of San Francisco.”

Neither Carlson nor any other media personality, commentator or mainstream journalist will touch the fact that former White House occupant Barack Hussein Obama was found to have used falsified identification during his eight years in office.

The origin of a purported “short-form” birth certificate image appearing on a number of websites on June 12, 2008 has never been confirmed, and the image has appeared in several color schemes, both with and without its certification number in the upper-right-hand corner.

On April 27, 2011, the White House released what it said was a PDF scan of Obama’s “long-form” birth certificate obtained through a special request by Obama to then-Hawaii Director of Health Loretta Fuddy. Within hours of its publication, several experts declared it a poorly-created forgery, which elicited strong pushback from the mainstream media, including Fox News.

Today, mentions of the questions behind Obama’s long-form birth certificate and by extension, his birthplace, are made in jest or ridicule of the questioner.

The claims made by document analysts and graphics experts became the catalyst for a criminal investigation opened by then-Maricopa County Sheriff Joseph Arpaio, who delegated the task of examining the image to his Cold Case Posse led by former detective Mike Zullo. Instead of “clearing” the document to set Arpaio’s constituents at ease, after several days Zullo was forced to report that the team had found the image to be fraught with problems.

As a result, the investigation continued, spanning more than five years and ultimately commissioning two forensic analysts who reached similar conclusions to Zullo’s own that the long-form birth certificate image is not authentic.

At an initial press conference held on March 1, 2012, Zullo declared that not only was there probable cause at the time to believe that the long-form birth certificate image was a forgery, but that also the investigation had determined that Obama’s Selective Service registration form is fraudulent.

Then-Selective Service System (SSS) Director Lawrence Romo refused a request from Arpaio to view Obama’s original Selective Service registration form or a certified copy. Shortly thereafter, the Justice Department announced highly unusual new guidance for destroying Selective Service records from what would have been Obama’s registration era.

Obama’s Social Security number has also been questioned by at least two private investigators given that the prefix, “042,” was one assigned to residents of or those with a mailing address in the state of Connecticut. Obama claims a birth in Hawaii and an upbringing there with the exception of four years between the ages of 6 and 10, when he purportedly lived in Indonesia with his mother and stepfather.

Zullo reported recently that Obama was in Indonesia, not Hawaii, at “age five.”

Obama’s life narrative contains no references to Connecticut.

In 2011, the Social Security Administration (SSA) stopped issuing Social Security numbers based on the state from which the applicant applied, thereby fully randomizing the assignment of every new number.

Federal law requires all males present in the United States to register with the Selective Service by the age of 26, and all males wishing to enter federal employment must have registered timely.

As Carlson told Veronese, the use of a Social Security number not one’s own is a violation of federal law.

The manufacturing of false government identification documents is a federal-level felony often investigated by the FBI.

In recent months, revelations have come to light of the corruption and politicization of the upper echelons of the U.S. justice and intelligence communities. To date, former FBI Acting Director Andrew McCabe and his supervisor, FBI Director James Comey, have been fired, while some of those close to them have been “reassigned” or announced their retirement.

Although presented with credible evidence via Zullo’s three press conferences given over the course of his 5+-year investigation that crimes have been committed in regard to Obama’s only publicly-proffered documentation, the FBI has taken no apparent action.

Similarly, Congress has refused to investigate the findings despite its launching, through various committees, of probes into alleged Trump-Russia “collusion,” Russian election interference, general election integrity, and alleged abuse of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) on the part of the U.S. intelligence community against members of the Trump campaign by the Obama regime.
