    I do not believe that the Congress has authority to ‘rewrite’ the Constitution, in whole or in any part.

    Just as the Supreme Crt does not authority to make laws. Ex: obamacare

    Remember all the hoopla about the birthplace of the man who calls himself Obama? He was considered NOT eligible if he wasn’t born in the USA.

    Why does this not apply to Cruz?
