“PROBABLY AN UNDOCUMENTED ALIEN”

(Mar. 27, 2016) — At approximately 6:21 p.m. EDT, North American Law Center (NALC) lead attorney Stephen Pidgeon stated on the TNALC radio show that NALC has obtained “intelligence” and documentation from Canada showing that presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz was strictly a Canadian citizen throughout his life.
Pidgeon theorized that Cruz’s candidacy, which he characterized as “illegal” and “fraudulent,” has been endorsed by Jeb Bush and other “establishment” figures to further the “New World Order” takeover of the United States. Pidgeon believes that “international puppets” are dictating who controls the United States, beginning with Bill Clinton, who began a pattern of what Pidgeon called “looting.”
Cruz was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada to a Cuban father and American mother. He now claims to be a “natural born Citizen,” as is required by Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the Constituion for the president.
Also raised on the show was Cruz’s supporters’ claim, including that of commentator Glenn Beck, that Cruz has been “anointed” to be the next president of the United States.
Pidgeon said that Cruz, although having presented himself as a “Christian constitutionalist,” is actually “an operative working for the Bush cabal” and the North American Union.
He is “probably an undocumented alien,” Pidgeon said at 6:29 p.m.
Pidgeon suspects that Cruz is attempting to secure “just enough delegates” to deny the Republican nomination to Donald Trump, who is leading Cruz by more than 200 delegates.
Pidgeon called Barack Hussein Obama, who he would like the House of Representatives to impeach, a usurper to the office of the president. Since 2007, many Americans have questioned Obama’s constitutional eligibility, as no U.S. hospital has claimed to be Obama’s birthplace.
A four-year criminal investigation has shown that Obama’s only publicly-available documentation is fraudulent. The lead investigator of that probe, Mike Zullo, has been researching Cruz’s responses to media questions and citizenship laws as a private citizen and found Cruz to be “deceptive.”
Despite numerous requests, Cruz has refused to release documentation showing that he was registered by his mother or both parents as a U.S. citizen born abroad. Zullo has pointed out that Cruz’s story has changed over time as to his citizenship status, with Cruz telling a Univision reporter in 2013 that he was undoubtedly a U.S. citizen. In January of this year, Cruz told CNN’s Dana Bash that he is a “natural born Citizen.”
A number of lawsuits and ballot challenges have been filed accusing Cruz of seeking the office as an ineligible candidate, with one slated for a hearing at the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
The Post & Email has attempted to obtain a certified copy of Cruz’s birth certificate, citizenship renunciation application, and naturalization record(s) of his father or both parents but been denied for “privacy” reasons by the Canadian government.
In the case Rogers v Bellei, Aldo Bellei lost his American citizenship due to his failure to fulfill a 5 year residency condition that was then (since repealed) in place for naturalized citizens. Aldo Bellei shares the exact same birth circumstances as Rafael Eduardo Cruz. Why would Rafael Eduardo Cruz be a “natural born citizen” when Aldo Bellei was considered by the US Supreme Court to be a “naturalized” citizen?
You folks not the only ones that have studied the issue. I have as well, and I am convinced that Cruz is a natural born citizen and even more persuaded that there is not a chance that SCOTUS would rule against his eligibility.
The question is an important one and I don’t fault anyone for wanting to study it and determine the truth. I can even respect a person who disagrees, but what I find hilarious and have no respect for is the brain dead conspiracy theories. On the same web sites you’ll learn that Cruz is pretending to be a Christian and also that he is a devout member of Christian heretical group. He is a religious zealot and he is also NWO. Come on folks, pick a conspiracy and stick with it.
Finally, when reading the comments as soon as I hear the term “Lying Ted” I know I am dealing with someone that lost his/her power to think independently and rationally long ago. I’ve always had an interest in cults and I find it fascinating to watch the Trump religion develop right before my eyes.
I have done extensive research on this topic. Per the Constitution, Amendments, relevant court cases, articles and videos by a Constitutional experts, Cruz is NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.
The problem with Cruz and other ineligible candidates is that the GOP, etc. does not care. They have another agenda. The burden of proof is on the candidate to prove their eligibility. The GOP party is not doing their due diligence.
Cruz is a constitutionalist only when convenient. Numerous court cases have been filed against Cruz. They have been dismissed so far for the following reasons: not timely, no proof of damages-voters are said to not have proof of damages-only candidates can have damages. Victor Williams registered as a write-in candidate in several of the remaining state primaries. Since he is now a candidate, he has a better chance of proving damages. For his first case in New Jersey, Cruz is now allowed on the ballot, but the determination of whether Cruz is a natural born citizen and eligible to hold the office of POTUS was not determined. It is my understanding that Congress and the Supreme Court have jurisdiction for the natural born determination.
In addition, Cruz in his book describes his very valise relationship with the Bush family. He’s like an adopted son.

If Cruz is elected and sworn in as President of the USA, a precedent will be set that will allow any person born on foreign soil to one US citizen-parent to qualify to run for the office. This would mean a person born in Iran, Iraq, Russia, China, Venezuela, Mexico….. would qualify to run. Is this what we want?

I’m amused that people are still talking about the federals as a legitimate body. The contract between the political machine and the people has been irretrievably and completely broken.
Elements of the DoD/CIA and the Bush Crime Family false flagged us on 9/11. The bad guys have installed an undocumented worker in the White House. The legislative branch is actively involved with Wall Street looting the assets of America while the Central Banks play their fiddle (as the US burns).

Cruz was a solely Canadian citizen; as dual citizenship in Canada was not instituted until 1977, 7 years after Ted was born. His Mother, a one time( natural born) US citizen, was registered to vote in Canada for the period the family stayed there. The family never filed a CRBA (certificate of birth abroad) or initiated a passport which was necessary to claim naturalized ( not natural born) US citizenship for newborn Ted. His first passport was obtained in 1986 for a class trip abroad. (I wonder if he would release that passport.) If he naturalized as a citizen of the US (which I doubt) why would he have claimed dual citizenship in 2012 and “renounced” the Canadian citizenship then stating he didn’t know? ( which means, since he was not a “dual” he renounced the only citizenship he ever had.
This guy is supposed to be a Constitutional scholar , so we know this is all smoke and mirrors.

What the people don’t understand is that we are dealing with private entities. The DNC and RNC are private organizations and can make and use any rule(s) they want. Putting forth an ineligible candidate is up to them. The DNC has accomplished this. The RNC is hell bent to. As pointed out at the link in my previous post the only check on eligibility is during the joint session after certifying the electoral college vote and neither party is going to enforce that section of the Constitution. Lawsuits at any local level are fruitless because there is no law governing what the private party cares to do.
Take NH for instance. The secretary of state has a statute that states candidates need to be “qualified” to appear on the ballot but there is no language declaring the SOS to be the qualifier other than to certify a statement by the “party” that their candidate is qualified.
Ted is clearly a citizen at birth … and the only time Natural Born was defined in America was in the 1790 statute … and Ted is a Natural Born Citizen at birth by that definition and by almost any other definition if the day and time of the Founding Fathers … who went by the understanding of British common law at the time. Even without British common law … Ted is a citizen at birth … needing no process because of that.
