Jeff Lichter Receives a Special Visitor

“AMERICA’S TOUGHEST SHERIFF”

(Nov. 18, 2014) — On Tuesday, Surprise, AZ Tea Party member and eligibility activist Jeff Lichter was visited by his county sheriff, Joe Arpaio, at the Kindred Hospital in Peoria, AZ where he was taken approximately ten days ago when his condition began to improve.

Lichter had been scheduled for surgery in September but tragically suffered complications, placing him into a serious medical condition.  In recent weeks, however, he has responded to questions posed from nurses and family members by smiling, nodding or wiggling his extremities.

Kindred is an acute, long-term care facility whose patients normally stay between 25 and 30 days.

Last week, a reader of The Post & Email conceived of the idea to flood Lichter’s hospital room with get-well cards, which can be mailed to:

Lichter was among the group of 250 Tea Partiers who requested that Arpaio open an investigation into the long-form birth certificate posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 purportedly to prove that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Honolulu, HI on August 4, 1961 and is therefore eligible to serve as president.  Earlier that year, real estate magnate Donald Trump had publicly raised questions about Obama’s only proffered documentation to that time, a “short-form” Certification of Live Birth which did not contain all of the details of the long-form.

On April 8, 2011, Lichter and several others from Arizona flew to New York to meet with Trump to discuss Trump’s public demands of Obama.  In an interview in February of this year, Lichter told The Post & Email that Trump had predicted that the White House would release a forgery, although he did not reveal why he believed that to be the case.

After the White House published what it said was a scan of Obama’s long-form birth certificate from the Hawaii Department of Health, Trump said that his “people” would “look at it” to determine whether or not it were genuine.

Within 24 hours, numerous graphics and Adobe experts denounced the image as a poor forgery.

After the Tea Party members approached Arpaio, he agreed to have the image examined by the Cold Case Posse associated with his office, which works at no cost to taxpayers.  Within 72 hours, the five-person team determined that the image most likely had not originated with a paper document.

A full-scale investigation ensued for the next six months, after which, on March 1, 2012, Arpaio and Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo announced at a formal press conference that the image was a “computer-generated forgery.”  Unbeknownst to members of the public, the posse had also studied Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form and declared that it, too was fraudulent.

The White House has not addressed the claims, the mainstream media reported the results of the presser only on the internet, and Obama was re-elected in November 2012 with most Americans unaware of the pronouncement of forgery in regard to the only documentation he had released.

Arpaio and Zullo urged a congressional investigation at a second press conference on July 12, 2012 which has not taken place to the public’s knowledge.

Many aspects of the Obama “presidency” have proved troubling to Americans, including the passage and rollout of “Obamacare,” apparently under false pretenses, based on six videos released last week by The Daily Caller depicting Obamacare “architect” Jonathan Gruber admitting that a lack of “transparency” was helpful in maneuvering the bill through Congress while deceiving Americans about the particulars.

Obama’s former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, and he were dishonest in claiming that an internet video had sparked the terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012 which killed four Americans, including the U.S. ambassador to that nation.

When Americans have been beheaded by ISIS terrorists, Obama has said little to nothing or said a few token words and returned to his golf game.

He and his family have spent at least $18 million on luxury vacations as the country roils from economic distress and the middle class is further impoverished.  Last year, a record number of Americans were receiving SNAP benefits (formerly “food stamps”).

After Lois Lerner and other IRS employees admitted that “conservative” groups were flagged and politically targeted, Obama insisted that there was not a “smidgeon of corruption” within the agency, which Obamacare uses as an administrator for the law.

Obama had promised “an unprecedented level of openness” and “transparency” on the part of his regime.

In May of last year, Zullo told The Post & Email that if the forgeries had been dealt with prior to the Benghazi attack, it “might never have happened.”  He said that the birth certificate image was posted with “the intent to deceive.”

Last November, Zullo revealed that the sheriff had launched a second investigation which had resulted in the discovery of “gut-wrenching” information to be released to the public at an unspecified time.  This week, Zullo may make an appearance on the “Freedom Friday” radio show hosted by Carl Gallups.

The Post & Email was informed that Arpaio and Zullo were to address a meeting of the Surprise Tea Party on Tuesday evening, and an exclusive interview with one of the group’s members is anticipated on Wednesday.

Arpaio is commonly known as “America’s toughest sheriff” because of his stance on border security and the manner in which he operates the Maricopa County jail system.
