Video: New Criminal Evidence Stemming From Obama Birth Certificate Probe Coming

(Mar. 26, 2014) — A video released on Wednesday at BirtherReport.com detailing the criminal investigation undertaken by the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse into Obama’s documentation as well as a second resultant investigation states that “new criminal evidence” will soon be released to the public and suggests that Obama was never eligible for the United States presidency.

The posse’s investigation began in September 2011 after approximately 250 Tea Party members approached Maricopa County Sheriff Joseph Arpaio with a petition requesting that the image posted on the White House website represented as a scan of Obama’s certified long-form birth certificate be probed for its authenticity following experts’ statements deeming it fraudulent.

The image was uploaded to the White House server on April 27, 2011 after mounting pressure from then-potential presidential candidate Donald Trump.  On the same date, Obama gave a brief press conference contending that he was baffled that the questions about “the place of my birth” which arose in 2007 had persisted to that time.

In December 2007, progressive commentator Chris Matthews had stated that Obama was “born in Indonesia” and speculated that Hillary Clinton would use that fact to her advantage during the 2008 presidential primaries.  Obama’s official biography stated that he was “born in Kenya” until it was mysteriously changed to say that he was “born in Hawaii” in April 2007, two months after he announced his bid for the Oval Office.

In 2009, the White House had said that a short-form Certification of Live Birth posted at The Daily KOS and other sites was the only birth record available for Obama, but when Trump insisted that Obama release the more detailed, or “long-form,” version which every person born in the United States can produce, the purported long-form certificate was posted, among much fanfare by the mainstream media, which never reported on the questions surrounding Obama’s eligibility.  Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution mandates that the president and commander-in-chief be a “natural born Citizen.”

After a six-month investigation, on March 1, 2012, the first of two formal press conferences was given by the Cold Case Posse which reported that their findings showed that the long-form birth certificate image was a “computer-generated forgery.”  Unbeknownst to the public, the investigation had also included Obama’s Selective Service registration form, which also was found to be fraudulent.  “…We believe probable cause exists indicating that forgery and fraud may have been committed,” Arpaio said at the time of the two documents.

Arpaio has been dubbed “America’s toughest sheriff.”

While some mainstream outlets published the results of the press conferences on the web, none reported the news on television or traditional radio.  At the second press conference on July 17, 2012, Arpaio and Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo revealed that there remained no doubt that Obama’s documents were fraudulent and called upon Congress to launch its own investigation.

Congress took no action. Last summer, some members of the House of Representatives stated to their constituents that they believed Obama had committed impeachable offenses.  Since then, many Americans have accused Obama and his associates of treason as a result of constitutional violations and anti-American actions.

Mike Volin of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com had told The Post & Email that he and some associates had been working on the video over the past few weeks.  On Tuesday, we were told that it would be released today.

Last year, Volin produced a DVD which captured the presentation of Zullo to the Constitutional Peace Officers and Sheriffs Association (CSPOA) conference held in St. Charles, MO last spring with the purpose of distributing the information to as many citizens, public servants, media outlets, and elected representatives as possible.  In the presentation, Zullo explained the posse’s findings in detail and cited the work of a document and handwriting examiner used by Obama’s law firm, Perkins Coie, and as an expert witness during court proceedings.

In addition to the DVD format, Sheriff’s Kits can be downloaded and distributed over the internet.  In November, Volin and a group of volunteers traveled to Washington, DC to distribute the DVDs, reaching approximately 200 congressmen and 100 more people attending a rally held by Atty. Larry Klayman to protest the Obama regime’s alleged unconstitutional actions.

Since the fall, the posse has promised “universe shattering” information which would be released to the public at an upcoming press conference, perhaps in March or April.

At the time the video was released today, Volin made the following statement, which is published at BirtherReport:

Please join me in our quest for the truth.  We have had to endure much criticism from the main stream media.  We gave presentations to many members of Congress, some on our side ready to act.  Most are fearful to step forward.  We will hold both staff and elected officials accountable for not doing their job.  Please standby, Sheriff Kit 2 will be released after the next news conference.  We are ready to go back to Washington D.C. if needed.

Later on Wednesday, Volin told The Post & Email:

I want everybody to know that the Sheriff’s Kits now are just as important as they were before.  Now we have to make sure that everybody has a kit:  representatives, state and local; U.S. representatives, and members of the media.  This way, they cannot deny that they were not in the loop with the information, and we’re going to hold them accountable.

With that said, we’re coming out with a “Sheriff’s Kit 2” after the news conference.  It’s important for everybody to get on board, because we want to hold everyone accountable and we want to be able to spread the news.

Regarding accountability, Volin told us, “We’re not only holding congressmen accountable; we’re holding their staffers accountable, too.”

Volin said that the video can be copied, reposted and distributed freely without concern for copyright issues.  “The video is mine.  I want everybody to help me make it go viral,” he said.

Volin said he does not know the exact date of the presser at this time but that the video’s release was coordinated with the posse.  Knowing that many have become impatient with the time frame of the release, Volin told us, “It will be soon.”
