Who Forged Obama’s Long-Form Birth Certificate?

(Apr. 10, 2013) — In an interview with Pastor Carl Gallups on April 5 summarized on the PPSimmons website, Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo indicated that “a ‘certified’ source of legal investigation has now ‘signed off’ on the CCP investigation and has declared the evidence to be 100% accurate and the document in question to be a complete fabricated fraud upon the American people.”

Also announced was that several other “VIPs,” presumably congressmen or other public officials, have agreed to meet with Zullo and elevate the posse’s findings to the point of public awareness.

Gallups and Zullo had traveled to the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) held in Washington, DC from March 14-16, 2013, and met with the “VIPs” there.  One former congressman refused to become involved in the investigation because of “future political aspirations,” and Gallups reported on his Friday show that another who will soon be identified has reneged on his promise to assist in publicizing the crime of forgery after viewing the evidence Zullo had in his possession.

In September 2011, the Cold Case Posse was commissioned by Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joe Arpaio to investigate claims from two local tea party groups that the document identified as Obama’s long-form birth certificate posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 was fraudulent, thereby disenfranchising the voters in Maricopa County and throughout the United States, if true.

On March 1, 2012, the Cold Case Posse held the first of two formal press conferences and declared both the long-form birth certificate and the Selective Service registration form bearing the name “Barack Hussein Obama” to be “computer-generated forgeries.”  A second press conference held on July 17, 2012 declared that the “probable cause” hurdle had been overcome.

Since 2007 or 2008, questions arose as to whether or not Barack Obama was eligible to the office of president, as his birthplace had been reported as Indonesia, Kenya, and later, Hawaii, without proof.  The U.S. Constitution requires that the president be a “natural born Citizen,” which could include the citizenship of the parents as well as, or in place of, the birthplace of the child.

After an 18-month investigation, Zullo has suggested that identity fraud could have been committed and that August 4 might not be Obama’s actual birth date.  No hospital anywhere in the world has claimed to be the place of his birth.

To date, no public official has independently investigated the posse’s findings.  In March 2012, Selective Service representative Richard Flavahan advised Arpaio to contact the FBI if he believed that a crime had been committed, adding that the microfilm which would have contained Obama’s original application had been destroyed.

More than 18 months ago, Gen. Paul Vallely (Ret.) told a WorldNetDaily interviewer that three former CIA agents had analyzed the Certificate of Live Birth posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 and declared it “a forged document.”

On March 31, 2013, Douglas Vogt, a scanning expert who will soon publish a book co-written with typesetting specialist Paul Irey, told The Post & Email that he believed the law firm of Perkins Coie, located in Seattle, WA could bear some culpability in what he terms a “felony crime” and “a clear cut case of treason.”  Vogt contends that he knows the identity of the person who committed the forgery of the birth certificate, that the person works at the Hawaii Department of Health, and that it is a female.

Zullo has also stated that the forgery of the birth certificate is a federal felony offense.  The image has been described as having been created in as many as ten layers using computer graphics software and not originating from a paper document, although the Hawaii Department of Health has stated that it holds the original.

Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie, who was elected in November 2010 and sworn in early in December, nominated Dr. Neal Palafox as interim health department director, but Palafox abruptly resigned after approximately 45 days, withdrawing his name from confirmation.

An ABC News report which appears to refer to events in 2009 and 2010 but dated August 6, 2007 links to another ABC story dated August 6, 2009 on the same topic, perhaps indicating a typographical error in the year of the first report, rare in the world of journalism.

On January 18, 2011, Abercrombie stated publicly that he had resolved to locate the original birth certificate belonging to Obama to settle the matter of his origins prior to the upcoming 2012 presidential election.  On January 20, Abercrombie said that he had found “written” records indicating that Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961. Abercrombie might have been referring to the 1960-64 Birth Index, of which two researchers who traveled to the Hawaii Department of Health and viewed reported two different outcomes.  The first, who traveled there in 2009, said that no reference to Barack Hussein Obama appeared in the Birth Index, while a second researcher the following year reported seeing his name in the appropriate book with the anomaly entry “Duplicate” above it, as if the entry had been made in a different manner than the others.

The 2010 “Researcher” had hypothesized that the birth certificate number which had belonged to Virginia Sunahara, a baby who lived less than 24 hours, had been “reassigned” to Obama to give the appearance of his birth in Hawaii.

However, on January 21, Abercrombie abruptly ended his quest after the attorney general he appointed said that without Obama’s consent, it could not be legally released.  Hawaii law supports Louie’s statement, although questions as to why Obama did not release paper documentation during the first presidential campaign have persisted.

On January 24, 2011, a “close friend” of Abercrombie’s said that Abercrombie had told him that a birth certificate could not be located in the Hawaii Health Department archives, then recanted his story on January 26, 2011.

Public pressure which gained momentum through real estate developer Donald Trump for Obama to release his original, long-form birth certificate culminated in a morning press conference on April 27, 2011, during which Obama spoke but did not actually reference the image posted on the White House website.

Vogt stated that the forgery was accomplished with “trusted individuals,” indicating that more than one was involved in the conspiracy to fabricate a birth record for Obama.

Butterdezillion, a researcher who has studied Hawaii law regarding the release of vital records information for more than four years, has asked whether or not Hawaii Department of Health Director Loretta Fuddy has any knowledge of who within her department might have committed the crime.  Butterdezillion interviewed with The Post & Email in January after having filed a criminal complaint with her local police department.  She reported that Hawaii Department of Health Registrar Dr. Alvin Onaka failed to verify the facts alleged in the long-form birth certificate image bearing Obama’s name.  “He never said that those facts were true,” she said.

Butterdezillion suspects, as does Vogt, that several original birth certificate numbers were altered, including that of Stig Waidelich, who went on camera for CNN to show how he obtained a copy of his short-form birth certificate from the Hawaii Department of Health.  In the clip aired two days before the public release of the Obama White House image, reporter Gary Tuchman stated that Waidelich had been born “hours after Obama in August 1961.”  However, the number assigned to Waidelich’s short-form certificate is grossly out of sequence from Obama’s and that of the Nordyke twins’ birth certificates.

Vogt believes that Virginia Sunahara’s number was given to Obama, while Butterdezillion believes that Stig Waidelich’s original number was used, generating a number for his that could not have been possible, with which Vogt concurs.

CNN claims to have “investigated” the allegations that Obama was not born in the state of Hawaii, but it has not commented on Arpaio’s and Zullo’s allegations of the long-form image having been produced by a forger committing a felony. On August 4, 2009, Canada Free Press reported that it possessed “documentation of a cover-up relating to the issue of Obama’s eligibility to hold office” which had silenced the “corporate media.”  The silence on the matter has continued into Obama’s second term, despite the Cold Case Posse’s findings.

The posse claims to know the computer from which the image was uploaded and the date and time.

Vogt is sure he knows the identity of the forger, and Butter believes that Health Department employees acted under duress, leaving signals on their work products which served as silent protests against that which they were ordered to do.

The Post & Email will be speaking with Butterdezillion about her recently-published reports in which she contends that four birth certificate numbers were altered by employees at the Hawaii Department of Health.  Butter has drawn a connection between the abrupt departure of Dr. Palafox and Abercrombie’s short-lived search for Obama’s long-form birth certificate which he allegedly attempted to carry out with a search warrant and then abandoned after less than a week.

With “VIPs” beginning to take an interest in the Cold Case Posse’s investigation, PPSimmons reports that “definitive legal action” could take place in the next 3-6 months to arrive at the truth of how a computer-produced forgery was presented to the public as the official documentation of the sitting president of the United States in possibly “the biggest hoax in the nation’s history.”

On April 6, PPSimmons posted that a “definitive plan” was being devised to bring the matter of the forgery “to a full hearing.”
