Mike Zullo: “Criminal Investigation into Document Forgery”

“I DON’T BELIEVE THERE IS GOING TO BE A GAME-CHANGER”

(Mar. 30, 2013) — On Friday evening, Lt. Michael Zullo, lead investigator of the Cold Case Posse investigating Obama’s identity documents, appeared on Carl Gallups’ “Freedom Friday” radio show to discuss developments in the criminal probe.

Gallups stated for the audience that the information acquired to date indicates that the investigation has not centered on Obama’s birthplace, but rather, the fact that the only documentation bearing Obama’s name released by the White House is fraudulent, which Zullo affirmed.

Next Friday, April 5, Gallups’ show will again feature Zullo for 90 minutes and will be open to listeners calling in with questions on the investigation.

Gallups and Zullo attended the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) from March 14-16, at which time they revealed to at least four congressmen evidence not yet released to the public regarding Obama’s Selective Service registration form and long-form birth certificate image.

An electronic image of a birth certificate was displayed on the White House website on April 27, 2011 and purported to be the more complete version of Obama’s birth documents as compared to the “short-form” which first appeared at The Daily KOS and other websites in June 2008.  Questions had arisen as to whether or not Obama met the definition of “natural born Citizen” contained in Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution.

Referencing the eligibility question, Gallups stated that it is still possible that new information could become available which could indicate that Obama was born in the country to two U.S.-citizen parents.  Obama claims a British-citizen father.  Both of his birth certificates have been declared forgeries by numerous graphics and computer analysts, leaving no proof that he was born anywhere in the United States.  No hospital anywhere has claimed his birth.  “I don’t believe there is going to be a game-changer,” Zullo said.

Previously, Zullo and Gallups have referred to the investigation as one of “identity fraud.”  At the time the long-form was posted, Obama had referred to the demand for it and other proofs of his eligibility as “silliness.

In section 2 of the audio from the show, Zullo described his encounter at CPAC with former Rep. Allen West, a retired Lieutenant Colonel with the U.S. Army and recipient of several military honors for bravery.  Zullo stated that he held “the highest regard” for West’s military service.  “I asked him for a very simple request,” Zullo said.  “I asked him that, in the event that I was blessed enough to get an individual…to step forward and bring this issue to the forefront, ‘would you look at my evidence and support this individual’s pledge?’ and to my surprise, he looked at me and said, ‘No.'”  Zullo recounted that he then said to West, “Colonel, I’m sitting on a felony.”  West responded that he would prefer to expend any “political capital” on pressing for answers on the Benghazi attack, which killed four Americans on September 11, 2012.  West said he did not want to be labeled the wearer of a “tin-foil hat” if he were to examine the evidence or publicly voice support for further legal action on it.

West walked away saying that he did not wish to become involved in the investigation or its results because he might run for political office again in the future.

On Tuesday, The Post & Email wrote an open letter to West in response to his stated reason for refusing to support efforts to discover the truth about Obama’s documentation.

Gallups interpreted West’s statement as his being willing to “sell the country down the road.”  “That’s a colonel,” Gallups exclaimed.  He then indicated that “a couple” of people might emerge publicly in response to the Cold Case Posse’s evidence.  Zullo stated that a fundamental principle of the United States will be violated if the evidence he has collected is not acted upon under the rule of law.

Zullo said that the forgery of Obama’s birth certificate violated both federal and state laws.

The Post & Email interviewed a scanning expert, Douglas Vogt, who sent a detailed analysis of Obama’s long-form birth certificate and criminal complaint to the FBI almost two years ago.  Vogt claims that he knows who fabricated the birth certificate image and refers to the person as a “she” and a “trusted individual” of Obama’s.

Gallups asked Zullo the next step in the investigation, to which Zullo stated that Sheriff Joe Arpaio, with whose office the Posse has been working, had pledged his full support for Zullo’s desire to “advance the issue.”  Zullo stated that he is planning to “make various appointments and presentations to very important people throughout the nation.”  “No one has seen our book of evidence,” Zullo said.  “If they did see it, they would have a responsibility to act on it.”

Zullo compared the “cover-up” of the forgery of Obama’s birth certificate to the Watergate cover-up perpetrated by then-President Richard M. Nixon, to which Gallups responded that the Obama case is a much larger issue.  Zullo said that those investigating Obama’s documentation for a longer period of time than he has will be proven correct in their suspicions when the truth eventually emerges.
