IF NOT, SHOULD HE BE?

(Feb. 26, 2013) — Former White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs told an MSNBC host on Sunday that he was directed not to acknowledge the targeted-killing program presumably devised by Obama and his national security advisers which has killed at least two American citizens abroad.

Gibbs was press secretary from January 2009 to February 2011, after which he assumed the role of an Obama campaign adviser for the 2012 election.

The targeted killings were carried out by the use of unmanned military drones, purportedly at the direction of Obama, who personally culled through names and decided who would be assassinated, as reported by The New York Times on May 29, 2012.

On September 30, 2011, such a drone killed Anwar Al-Awlaki, an American citizen residing in Yemen who was identified as an Al Qaeda sympathizer and former communicator with Maj. Nidal Hasan, who opened fire at Ft. Hood, TX in 2009, killing 17 U.S. soldiers.  Of Al-Awlaki’s killing, The Times reported that “The strike appeared to be the first time in the United States-led war on terrorism since the 9/11 attacks that an American citizen had been deliberately targeted and killed by American forces.”

A month later, Awlaki’s 16-year-old son was killed in a similar fashion without charges having been brought or the benefit of a trial as guaranteed by the Fifth and Sixth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution.  Obama is reportedly a “U.S. citizen” by virtue of allegedly having been born in Hawaii.

Many states have laws which ban the execution of juveniles for crimes.  The younger Awlaki was born in Colorado.

Why is Gibbs speaking about the “drone program” now?

During the MSNBC interview, Gibbs appeared to disagree with the instructions he received to “deny” the use of drones by the Obama regime which The UK Daily Mail termed a “gag order.”  Gibbs has been hired as a commentator by MSNBC, which has heavily favored Obama, Democrats and “progressives” and has mediocre news ratings.  Rachel Maddow, who has accused Republican congressmen of “dishonesty,” told Gibbs in her own interview with him, “We seem to be waging war with part of our country that isn’t supposed to be accountable to us as civilians. I don’t understand how we can, in a democratic system, have something that kills many people, that goes on for years, that is a large-scale program, that the government denies.”

There is evidence that the use of drones by the Obama regime has expanded since it was first reported in May.

Gibbs himself called his instructions “a gag order.”

While White House spokesman, Gibbs had also laughed off a reporter’s 2009 question about Obama’s long-form birth certificate by stating that “we put it on the internet” after purportedly obtaining it from officials at the Hawaii Department of Health.

Was Gibbs told not to talk about the birth certificate or to brush off any questions if a reporter were brave enough to ask them while the aura of “America’s first black president” was still new?

Did Gibbs actually post the “Certification of Live Birth” on the internet in 2008 when it appeared at The Daily Kos and The St. Petersburg Times?  Does Gibbs run The Daily Kos?

After Gibbs insisted that the image which he or other campaign operatives had purportedly published in 2008, his statement was proven false when another image was uploaded to the White House server on April 27, 2011 and shown during a press conference, touted by Obama to be a certified copy of his “long-form” birth certificate from Hawaii.  Within hours, the image was debunked as a forgery, as its predecessor had been.

Beginning in September 2011, a group of investigators from Maricopa County, AZ carried out a formal investigation of the long-form birth certificate and found it to be a “computer-generated forgery.”  The same was declared of the Selective Service registration form issued to requesters through the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of which is in the possession of The Post & Email.  The first reported requester, a former military postal worker, provided an affidavit to Atty. Orly Taitz stating that he also believed the Selective Service form was a forgery.

The Post & Email and Mr. Kenneth Allen received a different version of the Selective Service form than did Coffman.

Two private investigators have determined that Obama is using a Social Security number which could not have been issued to him.

A U.S. congressman has claimed that Obama operatives are issuing tweets from fake Twitter accounts to create the appearance of greater support for Obama’s gun control agenda than actually exists.  It has been observed by others that dozens, if not hundreds, of fake identities have appeared on blogs and various websites arguing that Obama was constitutionally eligible to serve or having defended his actions in other ways.

The Saul Alinsky method instructed its acolytes to create the impression that their numbers were much greater than they actually were to achieve their goals.

In a memo leaked to NBC News, the Obama regime justified the use of drones on American citizens in the event that a person is “if they are believed to be ‘senior operational leaders’ of al-Qaida or ‘an associated force’ — even if there is no intelligence indicating they are engaged in an active plot to attack the U.S.”

The regime has labeled those defending the nation’s founding documents, the Bible, the right to home-school their children, and who oppose Obama as “extremists,” with a special group created last month to allegedly combat “online radicalization.”  An inquiry of the White House media contact asking for more information on the new program went unanswered last week.

On Election Day, Gibbs had predicted “a tight presidential election,” but the results appeared to show that Obama won by a greater margin than might have been expected by experienced elections analysts, many of whom believed that Romney would win.  Reports of widespread election fraud were made to Congress, which nevertheless approved the electoral vote count on January 4, 2013.  Such citizen reports have now been confirmed by independent organizations.
