When is Forgery Not a Crime?

Dear Sheriff Huston:

Many of us, as voters and law-abiding citizens, have serious concerns regarding the upcoming presidential elections and legality of the names being placed on the ballots across the nation.  In particular, the current alleged president, Obama, seems to be toying with the public, mocking the seriousness of the issue.

Numerous personal documents of Obama are sealed as he claims being “transparent” and investigators are finding serious deficiencies, even forgeries, in documents he does present.

The above links show the ongoing investigation in AZ by Sheriff Arpaio and Detective Zullo, as lead investigator,  These are serious law enforcement agents who have conducted extensive research for over six months, in response to over 250 people in their county who approached the Sheriff’s office asking for verification of Obama’s documents, in particular his “birth certificate” posted on the White House government web site.

Have you seen this document?  This pdf file said to be Obama’s “birth certificate” has been proven to be a forgery.

Also, Obama’s Selective Service document has been proven to be a forgery.  The date stamp was faked.

Also, licensed investigators have found using Social Security numbers not issued to him, and a lawsuit has been filed in OH regarding this.

So I am writing you, Sheriff Huston, as the top authority in Tazewell County, with my concerns and several questions.

1.      Are you aware of this investigation by an Arizona Sheriff?

2.      If so, what are your thoughts regarding this situation?

3.      Are all the Sheriff’s in IL and across this nation alerted to this situation? Are they aware there is a legal investigation in AZ finding forgery and fraud by Obama?

4.       What in your capacity can you do to protect the Tazewell County ballot and protect your citizens in regards to ensuring a legal ballot, when one of the names on that ballot has been associated with forged and falsified documents?

5.      Do you have authority to protect voters?  Do you go to the state authorities with these concerns? Do you as the SOS for help?  The AG? The Governor?  What steps do you take, as our top law official for the county.  Please know I have contacted all these representative bodies and beyond and no lawful and constitutional action has taken place.

6.      If you see probable forgery being committed, an you have taken an oath to uphold our laws, do you yourself look into the matter and inform the public of the serious situation?

7.      Is your office a political office, or are you apolitical and focus on upholding the law?

I personally see the Democratic party equally responsible, as they knowingly ran an ineligible candidate.  They took advantage of the public’s trust and betrayed the public.

Sheriff Arpaio thinks Congress should step in and resolve this concerning issue, but it is highly unlikely the Democratic members of Congress will help investigate this, as it would implicate them also and really a lot more than just these.  They seem to want people to think the “economy” is more important than a president falsifying his identity.  Yet, how could one expect any country to thrive, if the leader is fabricating his background?  They do not want to experience the ramifications on their Democratic Party, so they are zealously trying to distract the public.

Many lawsuits have tried to enter the court system, but they never reach the courtroom to bring in documents for forensic investigation, and are dismissed for various reasons, and the issues are never discussed.

Dr. Terrence Lakin, a decorated Army doctor, was put in prison and discharged, when he asked for documents and verification.  This showed clearly that Obama has no proper documents and is defrauding the public.

Voters are being manipulated and defrauded by the media, who seem complicit in the fraud, and are deliberately misinforming the public, and trying to mock people into silence those who question the forgeries and fraud.

Due to this chaos, we voters on now relying on our local law enforcement agents to protect our ballot and not that criminal activity being found by the Sheriff in AZ, we ask that the criminal activity be dealt with in a fair and just manner.

Could you please call Sheriff Arpaio and inform yourself of the situation, so that you can protect our ballot and ensure we are voting for people who do not post forged documents on government web sites?

Thank you very much for your time, for what you do for our county every day, and especially thank you for protecting our voting rights, by ensuring that any name on the ballot is backed up by verification.

Would you please do what is within your power to keep Obama off our ballot until you along with the AZ Sheriff find out why Obama is posting forged documents and using other Social Security numbers?  Sheriff Arpaio is confident his investigator has found forgery related to Obama’s posted birth certificate, and Obama has a forged Selective Service card.

As further proof of forgery, HI is refusing to verify the document posted.  No verification?  No legality.

Thank you so much for looking into this matter.  I and many others look forward to your reply and thoughts on this matter.

It is my understanding that any Sheriff, and therefore the Sheriff of Tazewell County, is the highest authority of law in the county, and the Sheriff can take whatever steps necessary to ensure the names on the ballot posted in his county are legal and no forgery is associated with their documentation to run for any office.
